This store is good and all but customer service has to improve. Bald guy was very rude and pushy, everytime I shop.

They have a great selection of different products most at reasonable prices compared to other stores. Its also nice they have a good meat selection. Ill definitely be going back especially since I saw quite a few things Ive been looking for

I left this store extremely upset after my interaction with Sam! I asked a question about a return, the way he responded was very rude and condescending. I later had a question about a product, again he was very rude, impatient and shows a lack of customer service. The cashier who assisted me at check out was very pleasant. Obviously my business was not important to Sam!!! Very disappointed.

Wonderful experience.Store employees were Very helpful for my first time in the Store. Get place for restaurant owners & larger get togethers. Speciality items just what I was looking for.

The store staff was moving stuff for re-stcking or location change. pallets and pallet movers caused lot of difficulty for shoppers. Furthermore the cashier was un-welcoming.

Great place friendly they got the coldest freezer on the planet. I love it here.

I found the best cooking oil to be the Rice Bran Oil. The smoke point of the oil to be 490 degrees. If you do a lot of stir-fry, or deep-fry like us you should try this oil. It is also good for baking. Highly recommend it for your taste and your health.

Excellent prices, the staff is also very friendly and helpful. There are a few things here I pick up in bulk where the next-best price somewhere else isnt even close. A younger white fellow around 59 helped me the other day and he was just amazing.

Nice place to shop for bulk items. My go to place without having to deal with the crowds at Costco. Yes this place has large format items but that what this place is catering towards.

Great place to go shopping. We love their prices on Coconut Milk 18 Quarts for about $52.50 / 20oz of Horse Radish $4 / Many great prices on spices..... I always stop in if I have time to browse because youll find surprises there.

Love this place. Good prices! Lots of fun stuff to look at but mostly bulk. This is the place to go if youre having a party and you dont need a membership. Never crowded. Employees are always very kind and helpful.

Excellent place to shop for groceries. Sure, is not whole foods with soy free, free range, hydrogen free, free blah blah...... But its not supposed to be. Its clean, organized, great service, excellent selection, and even better prices! I will definitely be shopping here again!

WOW!!! Such an amazing store and so much to choose from. They cater to businesses but anyone can shop there and I have a family of six and it is so convenient and great prices to buy in bulk. Shop here almost every week for my two stores, one in pleasant and other one concord, if i got choices i will not come here, im might look young, they really dont like me, and i dont know the reason, today i came by and wait line the guy at cashier keep smile and joking with other customer such a great cs, but my turn his face turn so mean, every each of them, im always say hi and greet but since they dont response im just smiling everytime i come here, its okay, today is my last day shop here, i have being most of cash n carry stores in bay area, this one is the most bad cs ever, sad but i need to drive bit more farther now, thanks for mean face and nice cs to others people
