Sams visit was for new tires. I had an hour wait to shop. All associates were cordial. The time I was given for my vehicle to be ready was accurate and on time.Good experience.

During Checkout I was informed of my Yearly Rebate Amount which too nearly $100.00 OFF of my Purchases for Yesterday.

The only thing I dislike about Sams club is sometimes they carry something for quite a while and then all of a sudden you cant find it ever again. Other than that its great.

I gas up at their pumps, they try hard to stay below everybody else, which is great for us that are members 👍

Sams is great for the price. The downside to clubs like this is the rotation of items. If you find something you love, stock up- you never know when its going to be gone.

Gorgeous Valentines Day bouquets and really yummy looking cakes and Valentine cookies!!! Was really excited to see the items for the celebratory event!! And their little restaurant was open so got a large cooked pizza along with frozen yogurt!!!

This is a very nice Sams Club. The layout is great and organized in a way that makes sense for the average shopper. The bakery selections are always plentiful. Ive never had bad produce from this store either. Bathrooms are always clean. The customer service counter is in an odd place and seems congested when there is a line because of its location. Otherwise a great place to shop for bulk items.

For what they have in stock, the curbside pickup was a very effortless experience. I ordered online, then I receive notice on the app that my order was ready 4 hours earlier than my designated pick up time. Ipulled into a designated spot and told the app where I was. A worker brought out my order and put it in my car for me. If only everything I wished for was in stock (milk, cheese, normal things), it would be perfect!

Again you gotta wait in a long line just to leave the place.

Great place to buy in bulk.

Sams Club has always been my choice over other clubs similar, including B.Js Wholesale Club. I find Sams Club has a much wider and more diverse amount of products. A lot more to choose from. Having been a member of both, Sams is my preference.

This is a member’s only warehouse store. I am writing this review in June 2020. They were well stocked. Items that limits on the number you could purchase was clearly marked. The store was clean and bright.Some name brand items may not be in stock. If you are looking for something specific check their website or call.You should always do your price checking and quality check. It is both.

Got in and out quickly and had everything I needed

As usual it was busy for a Saturday but they Re fully stocked in all departments.

Its a big box club like them all. I can only purchase limited items because I dont live in a warehouse. You have to buy big or go without like I do.

Like anywhere else, some prices are great deals. Others you wonder what theyre thinking. Overall its a good store thats well stocked. Obviously during these trying times they were out of the most popular of things, but still had alternatives in stock

Worst Customer services by employee and manager. Wont even try to help. They lost one of my part when they did the car services now they dont care and told me to go somewhere else & get it fix.

I have the Plus membership and one of its perks is that you can go early, 7am, and pick up your online orders. So convenient, so easy to do! Clearly marked stalls, right in front of the store.

Had to return an idem and had a question on my last checkout slip and was taken care of quickly. Great place to shop.

The prices arent quite as good as they used to be, thats why I didnt give it five stars. Also because there are limited types of items as compared to a regular grocery store, but thats what you get in exchange for being able to get other things in bulk. And in this time of the pandemic it is nice to be able to go somewhere where I can get toilet paper and paper towels where theyre not out of them.

It is always exciting to go here and see what they have beside the usual!

Fruit, veggies, meat very good. Things rearranged again, frustrating but makes you look at all they have which changes. Number of selections in cheeses seems down but still good. Staff most helpful and friendly.

Hard to rate properly since I only stopped in to sign up for a new membership. Got some gas though and the price was great!

Not that impressed today. Product quantity went down and price stayed the same. Also no one to help with lifting.

Always bright and clean. 95% of the staff is super friendly. Best sized and tasting, $4.98 rotisserie chicken compared to the other stores around town. Havent done pre-order and pick up in a long time because its more of a hassle than its worth. I keep renewing my membership.

Shopping was ok. Stated at the front door that we had a medical exception. Walking through the store we got harrassed again by another employee. Had to again state that we had a medical excemption.

I know it has been difficult for everyone to adjust to the covid norms. I think this Sams club has done a good job to enhance safety while still offering a quality shopping experience. I have noticed that some brands/items that are staples for my family and business have either brand changed or discontinued (hopefully only for now). Still hardly an interruption for me. Hope for all or most. Peace to all.

Great store, for the bulk shopper, fresh fruits and veggies. A very nice assortment of pastries and baked goods. Pies , Cakes , Cookies , ETC. Plenty of great Electronics .TVs, phones, computers, and such. Plentiful sundries and a huge amount of great deals on frozen food stuffs. I always enjoy my visits to SAMS CLUB.

Quick and easy and affordable

I just had a terrible experience at the Sams club in Concord. Ive been a member for many years and know that while there are some good deals at the club, the customer service is non-existent.I was planning to order items on-line, but when I tried to place the order, I saw that I was about to be charged $100 more for the plus membership (instead of $45 for the basic). I was not able to cancel the membership charge, so I did not place the order and instead drove to the store to pick up my items. I unloaded all the groceries and (after she rang up the items, the clerk informed me that I was going to be charged the $100 extra). I told her I wouldnt do it and was told I needed to take all my items over to customer service to check out. I refused and walked over to customer service. After waiting at least 15 minutes, I was told the computer was down, but the manager would override the card and let me check out. I checked out, but WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Terrible store! Id rather go through the regular supermarkets or Amazon. It was a truly traumatizing situation!

Its big, spacious and well organized. It has excellent prices and deals and good quality stuff. We lost our receipt which was needed to be shown before exiting and they were very kind to print a digital receipt. Excellent customer service and good pizza!! Thanks Sams Club!!

What is there not to like? Its a warehouse store. If you want paper clips that last a decade, or more meat that you can carry... This is the place. It is clean, and the staff are great. But best of all is the location. Nearby are Walmart, best buy and a whole bunch of big name store, all in the same general area.So why not 5 stars? Because it is warehouse store choices are a bit limited. You have to like the brand of baked beans they sell else you are out of luck.
