Saw Hercules today after a dye job gone wrong elsewhere and he killed it! Excellent job! Exactly what I wanted and extremely thorough. I liked that he also explained the process as he went along. 20/10 will book again and recommend to people! Thank-you for making me feel confident with my hair again!

When I mentioned that I had a trip coming up, I was pleasantly surprised that Kae was willing to come in on a Sunday to get my eyebrows done asap.Kae made sure that I understood every step of the microblading process. She did several comfort checks while she was working to make sure that I wasnt in pain. The first time I ever went to Salon K to get services done, I worked with Taylor... and ever since, she is the only stylist I go to (but from seeing all the other clients with all the other stylist, I can just tell they are all amazing at what they do!). I truly have never walked out of a salon and loved my hair, I always have some type of regret, but the first time I went to Taylor, I knew that I would never need to go to any other stylist. 10/10 recommend not only Taylor, but the entire salon along with all of their services!

Both services were done beautifully. They had been closed due to the pandemic and I went in shortly after they reopened. They have all precautions in place, and were professional and very friendly. Our recent trip to Salon K was the best experience I have had in salons in years. I was lucky enough to able to get in with Emily for a flawless color upgrade and trim. Specifically, great consultation with attention to detail of every step of the process, tidy application, great blow out which has lasted me a week thus far, and I was refreshingly confident and impressed with results. My daughter saw Delanee, who I sought out after hearing of her talent and passion for color as well as color correction after an unfortunate home box dye fail. Delanee is talented, beautiful and genuinely so so sweet and thorough and my daughter loved her AND her new locks! She saved her hair and confidence and I can not thank her enough for that!! This is a wonderful salon, very professional, very warm, and the stylists *extremely* talented. They have good ideas and also listen to what I want The salon is clean, relaxing and attractive; everyone is accommodating and helpful. My hair has NEVER looked better!! The clientele is really nice, too. I am always welcomed graciously and promptly. The desk workers usually know me when I come in or call.I read the entire web site including comments when I moved to New Hampshire, and decided to book an appointment with Hercules. I always go back to him because he is fabulous, truly the best stylist I have ever had, but in a pinch, I would have trust in the other stylists as well if needed. Its an 80 minute round trip drive for me, and completely worth it, even during the New England winters!

My former hairdresser of 19 years recently relocated, leaving me to find a new stylist. After going to a few places around the area and having a poor experience, I can say that Salon K does the job right! My new stylist, Delanee, takes the time to get the style right, and ensures everything is at the perfect length.Additionally, the amount of personal care they provide is top notch. From relaxing scalp massages, to hot towel treatments, they go above and beyond to make you comfortable. They provide all of this in a general haircut, which is why prices tend to be slightly higher than competitors, but it’s well worth it.

Owner Kae and her team worked together recently to solve a brassy tone in my hair that was very unbecoming. The magic started at the consultation- Kae and her assistant Aspen took all of my concerns/wants/needs into consideration, and along with their professional recommendations were able to customize a formula to meet my needs. Kae is a master at determining which pigments can correct undesirable undertones and used others to enhance. We aimed for a ‘Milky Way candy bar effect’ and that’s exactly the end result! Another highlight of my visit was Aspen’s glorious scalp massage. Highly recommend Salon K!

I had a great experience! Amanda threaded my eyebrows. The price was more than I would usually pay but the service was well worth it. She did a great job and it was completely painless. The salon was beautiful and everyone working there had great customer service. They even gave my husband a cup of tea while he waited for me. I will be coming back for a haircut soon.

This was the first salon Ive been to where the stylist actually listened and gave me the exact cut and style I wanted. Salon K AVEDA offers a lot of great services and the place has a great atmosphere. They were extremely responsive after I sent my message to book an appointment and actually got me in the same day!

Returned after a year away using clippers myself and growing my hair out to get a professional chop. I was pleasantly surprised when I booked online only a few days in advance that Kae had some openings, so I was able to get her for my hair cut and waxing! She was excited to get creative with my hair and was so affirming as my style drastically changed--and I love the result! I travel an hour to get to this salon, and its definitely worth the drive!

Kae just did microblading on my brows 3 days ago and all I can say is WOW! I feel like a new woman. My brows look so natural (still a little red because my skin is so sensitive) but they make me feel beautiful. Kae was so gentle and asked many times throughout the process if I was comfortable. I actually dozed off a few times because she really is so gentle! She really took the time to make sure I was happy with the shape and size before moving onto the next step. I’m very particular and she was patient and cooperative with every tiny change I asked her to make. If you’re thinking of microblading your brows, Kae is your girl! I am new to the area and needed to find a new hair stylist. My co-worker referred me to her stylist, Bailey. My experience with her yesterday was amazing! I took my daughter to get her eyebrows waxed for the first time ever, 4 days before Christmas, as a walk in. This was my first time at Salon K. My hairdresser was Bonnie. She took her time listening to me and gave me what I wanted. My hair came out great. The color was just what I wanted. The place was clean and welcoming. My only negative was the price. I got a $20 coupon but the total was higher than I was expecting. It would have been nice to know ahead of time what the approximate price was. But maybe that is normal pricing for around here. Overall, it was great though!! Definitely would recommend!!

Im so glad to have found Karrie at Salon K!! I tried another local salon a couple of times, but they really botched up my cut and color. When I moved to Manchester from Massachusetts I knew I needed a really good hair stylist. So I went driving around Concord just looking for Salons that looked good. I drove down Pleasant St. and there was Salon K! Somehow, and I know this sounds strange, but I just KNEW this was the place for me! I hav been going to Salon K for a number of years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Kae is a master at styling and coloring. All of her staff are friendly and welcoming. They are very attentive to my needs whether it is water temperature, hot towels or any of the many other services that make you feel special. I love the Aveda hot tea! The shop is always clean and all the staff is great. I have also had pedicures. I have never left without being totally satisfied. Looking forward to coming back when we can. I travel from Sandwich to come to this salon; I always feel welcome walking in the door, all the employees are personable and friendly and I love my stylist, Taylor. They offer a lot of excellent services, my mother went with me this last time and tried the eyebrow tinting and they look stunning! I love the Aveda products and how they feel in my hair and I have noticed since coming to Salon K, my hair and it’s growth/repair has been 100x better than in the past. I also feel that pricing is very reasonable especially given it’s an Aveda salon, I don’t feel I am over charged and I am happy with the pricing.

My mother in law and I went for pedicures today. We had Amanda and another woman whose name I forgot but was also amazing. This wasnt the standard pedicure that you would see in like a mall. The aromas and style seemed a lot more natural but were just as relaxing. All the staff there was friendly, even when I called 3 different times I never felt like a bother.We were both a fan and will definitely be back again to be pampered.

I went in for a men’s haircut this morning and had an excellent experience with Denise. I typically get a haircut once or twice a year and as a result it was very long when I went in today. I briefly explained what it was that I was looking for (essentially a clean, professional, workable length) and showed a couple pictures to give a general idea of length and then let her take over. We had a very enjoyable conversation and she worked very efficiently while taking her time working down the length which I really appreciate in a stylist. I could tell halfway through that I was going to be very satisfied with the outcome. The final product was exactly what I had envisioned and didn’t require any additional trimming or reworking which has always been a rarity in my haircuts as I always notice tiny details that drive me crazy. I left feeling extremely satisfied which is absolutely worth every dollar. If you need a men’s haircut and want to go into it with confidence that it will be done exceptionally well then Denise is a great option and Salon K is a great place to go.

What a great experience! My wife and I treated ourselves to the full foot pampering packages, with foot bath, foot massage, nail and cuticle care! The works! We relaxed seated side-by-side in the most comfortable chairs with our feet in beautiful, large bowls while two lovely young people cared for our weary feet. Glorious!

This Salon is a big city salon in a small city. The stylists here are professional and meticulous. Hercules did my hair and is beyond amazing. A true artist and master of hair coloring. Visit this Salon for your dream hair. They have olaplex, natural products, other great services like eyelash extensions and even cosmetic injections. Second time Ive been here for waxing services. Quick and efficient. No hair breakage, a few missed hairs (even with that bright light - I didnt see them either until I got home). Place is very clean and nice. Nice products used, also uses the yellow wax with sticks or purple wax that gets picked off, depending. Friendly staff. Prices are mid range for the services (waxing in NH can be very overpriced and/or not quality service). Very glad to find a place I can happily return to.

The lovely Sarah is my lash girl- AND most recently, she has done IPL services on me. The treatment is working so well! My underarm hair growth is already much slower and finer. I just went back for my third visit to this salon. Ive had a different stylist each time, and all three were professional, personable, and knew what they were doing! I live over an hour away, and the drive is worth it to me to get stylists who can listen to my ideas and make them happen. Its tough to find a salon where I can get modern, funky styles, and this is one! Ive also gotten pedicures, and Amanda is the best! I would definitely recommend this salon to friends--and do!

I was introduced the the Aveda lifestyle about 1 year ago in Florida. So happy to find an Aveda salon here at home. I was so impressed with the friendly staff. The salon is both professional and comfortable.. I have found my salon when I am in New Hampshire. I would happily recommend Salon K.

After 5 months of working in the wilderness of Montana, I was way over due for a hair cut. My hair was flat, split ends for days, and just all together dead! I don’t trust many people with my hair especially after using a certain shampoo that my old stylist recommended, and left me with a rash on my forehead for a year. I wanted to dye my hair and get a cut, but I was very nervous about products and trusting people. I did some research and found Aveda products and Salon K had great reviews so I decided to give it a shot! I had talked to the owner Keith, and explained my concerns about having sensitive skin to products and he was more than pleasant and helpful! He had me come in to get a patch test to see if I experienced any type of reaction. That same day I made an appointment for the following day and it was the best decision I ever made! My hair stylist Karrie was phenomenal! I wish I had before and after photos! Her and Keith are so talented and amazing at what they do. The two of them were open to my thoughts about what I wanted done and they both came up with a color that suited me perfectly. At Salon K they actually care about their clients and strive to not only make them look good, but feel good too! They were more than accommodating, kind, and professional! I definitely got what I paid for and more! I would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone!

I got my eyebrows microbladed with Kai and had a great experience. My mom was worried at first about the process, but she was was great with reassuring her and myself too. She also understood what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the results and also kept updates with me through the process and after. I love my eyebrows and how natural they are!

I went here the other day to get my hair styled and make up. I paid 74 dollars, which is expensive but COULD have been worth it. My make up was fabulous.. however i cant say the same about my hair. The stylist was very nice and personable however she was supposed to curl it into a nice style, which is what I paid for.. not cut or anything, just a simple style. I left the salon and ten minutes after my hair did not stay. It fell out so fast.. it was such a waste of money having my hair done here. But the make up looked fantastic, and lasted all night long.

I have my Brows done by Kay and I love them! She is the most talented and professional artist! In addition I have eylash extensions done by Amanda and I can not say enough abpout how great she is at this service. They look great! Coming from Miami I was worried about finding the right spa and Salon K is it!

I received 2 services today. I always try to be up beat, so let’s look at the positives. I am en route to a wedding today and thought I would treat myself to makeup and hair. As a mother of 4, this isn’t something that I ever take time for and was very much looking forward. The hair experience was great. I’m very happy to how it was done and the stylist listened to me and helped me find a way to make it last all day. So I would give it a 5 for a review, if I was only rating Taylor and her work. I’m very disappointed in my makeup. Less than 2 hours and the lashes are already off. It’s not hot or humid today at all. The artist was struggling with them during application and I feel that she was rushing to finish me, and didn’t do a quality job. Not only were the eyelashes peeling right away, there was glue left all over my bottom eyelids and mascara marks all over my eyes. I don’t feel she followed the photos I showed her of what I wanted, she never even looked at them after starting.. like she said she would. Since the eyelashes are odd and there is quite the mess left behind.. I will be re doing my makeup once we reach the hotel. Just a shame to spend so much money on a service that lasted not very long.

I called on a saturday night it was an emergency i shaved my eyebrows off and was embarassed to go out in public . They were booked up for weeks but when she heard my story she booked me for the next day wich was her day off and Sunday and told me to come in and opened up her store on her day off for me. So needless to say i was beyond amazed. And now i have eyebrows and they look real and amazing. So thank you Kae if there were more than 5 stars i would give them to you!

Taylor rocks the highlights socks.

I asked for my micro-bladed brows not to be red, I was promised there would be “red cancelling” material added so they wouldn’t be red. Brows were obviously reddish afterwards and still are red more than a year later.My brows don’t look like they’ve been micro-bladed at all and the shape on one brow is off.I’ve spent hundreds trying to have the red removed from my eyebrows and have the shape corrected.

I had Taylor for my stylist this time. I was pretty nervous since she had never cut my hair before, but she did a great job. I think she was the first person to do my hair that I didnt have to immediately go back home to re-style it. I didnt get like a whole make over or anything, just a trim, some thinning with the shears, and she touched up my layers. I was very happy overall.

I followed Denise Jewell from another Salon because she does a perfect cut and color for me. Salon K was a pleasant surprise with the more upscale atmosphere and surroundings which made the salon experience a double pleasure: great stylist in a lovely location.I have super grey hair and the color I receive lasts well into 7-8 weeks with a tiny trace of grey at the roots. Love the Aveda shampoo and conditioner.

FINALLY a hair designer that listens!!! Hercules is absolutely the best at what he does and actually listens to his clients - even if they are big babies who have had their long hair chopped one too many times to trust salons! If I ever leave this area, I will fly back just to have Hercules do my hair - strongly recommend!!

This was my first time this week. Denise the stylist who did my hair was great. Will definetly go back.

My family and I have been steady clients at Salon K for several months now and are completely satisfied with the service weve been receiving. Keith, our stylist/owner, goes over the top for us each and every time. He is adamant about how we look and requires are approval before leaving the chair. His staff is courteous and friendly and quick to ask if you need anything. The shop is immaculate and comfortable, to say the least. Overall I cannot say enough good things about Salon K.

DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GETTING YOUR EYEBROWS MICRO BLADED! I had mine done here 14 months ago. After about 6 months I lost all pigment and all I am left with is red lines where the pigment once was. I’ve seen three different people to get opinions and all of them have said that it was cheap ink used and that they needed to be removed. Now I am currently in the process of getting the red ink removed and it sucks. It’s painful and expensive. So by the end of this journey I will have spent over 1200$ on my brows.

I just moved to the area and needed a new place for a haircut, I had such a great experience here! Will definitely be returning!!

Salon K is the complete experience! Michelle’s haircuts are fabulous and she rocks when it comes to color! I turn to Salon K for many different types of routine services and for services like lash extensions and microblading by Kae for eyebrows. I highly recommend this Salon. Taylor was a wonderful stylist. She was very nice and made me feel really relaxed. I got to enjoy a nice conversation and drink a great wine. My hair was no easy task ethier. I needed a cyber-punk futuristic hairstyle for a independent sci-fi film that I am starring in this weekend. I gave her artistic freedom, and she absolutely did a fantastic job. This is by far the best salon I have ever went to. Thank you so much for the high-quality service, and the welcoming hospitality.
