We recently contracted Windwood Productions LLC to produce our virtual commencement ceremony. While this is not their typical brand of production, they enthusiastically agreed and created a truly moving virtual ceremony for our 2020 graduates!Brett is knowledgeable and professional, driven and passionate and it shows in the way he communicates with and leads his team as well as the people he is filming. The team he has assembled is equally professional and passionate. I noticed several times through our days long process that he and/or his team would notice something that they wanted to film or re-film to enhance the final product – a certain location on campus or re-filming some footage because the lighting was better/the sky was cooler on that day. Having never had to produce a virtual commencement ceremony or any video for that matter, I appreciated their expertise, their creative eye and their guidance along the way. They work incredibly well together and play off of and rise to their teammates strengths.There were so many moving parts to this ceremony - many speakers, several different dates of filming, filming indoors and out and through it all Brett and his team were patient and kind, and created a relaxed and warm environment for all. Brett is organized and communicative which made this new experience so much easier to navigate.The final product exceeded our expectations in every way.
