The line moved quickly. The pickup truck was in good condition. The return process took about a minute. I wont hesitate to rent here again the next time I need a pickup for a small job.

They always have what I need and do the best job they can to get me the lowest prices they can! At least thats what they make it seem like. I was over charged for my truck rental 2 months ago as I thought I was. I received a check in the mail confirming so. Fast forward to now 2 months later... I reserved a van they didnt have it so as they state they owe you 50 for it.. okay so I rent a truck the total comes to 171 and then they refund the 50$ after I had to reach out to them about it because all together they had now over charged me 187$ including the 50$ that they did refund 2 days later... so I get a 50$ refund and still have not been refunded the other 137$ dollars for 2 additional charges 1:65$ and 1: 73$ and some change obviously.. and no one has any answers at all expect it should drop off well guess what? In the first place I never even authorized those 2 charges to go threw. I authorized 1 charge of 35$ when I got the van and then when I returned it I was authorizing them to charge me 121$.. and was as a total charged 302$ and change after the 35$ charge dropped off that I authorized.. so now I am sitting here fighting for 137$ that never should have been touched. Took all my money for my Bills and food and such for the week and have no words to explain it and or how to fix it. My bank is calling it fraud due to not being authorized to take my money and they did. I suggest strongly to use another uhaul. Once is a mistake but not a 2nd time and not multiple charges.

I made and paid for my appointment online, arrived for appointment and was told my hitch would be installed within the hour, after an hour I asked how it was going and was told the car was almost done. Saw my car being driven around in the parking lot so I asked if it was done, I was told no the technician just started the car. They have no clue what goes on in that garage and the manager wouldnt even talk to me. No one apologized. It was awkward and unprofessional. There are plenty of other locations, try them first 👍🏻

Friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable staff.Edit : had an issue with the trailer wiring installation causing my lights to stay on or not work in the rear of the vehicle. U-Haul gave me a lifetime warranty on the hitch and installation. I brought it back and they fixed it immediately no questions asked. So they can add service after the sale to their credit as well. A+

Not impressed with there service one bit payment goes out on the 5th told them was cleaning off unit was 5 days late getting it out after speaking to someone and they still charges me the full month of 134 how can that be if Im out not happy one bit dont be going there again.
