If I could leave 0 stars I would. The actual Drs are great but the front desk staff is the absolute worst. You call you schedule an appointment they give you the appointment, you show up to your appointment and surprise no appointment. Absolute worst office. They 1st try to blame the parent. Ok Ill take it life is crazy but 6 time.. 6 TIMES. And all you get is sorry we do not have an appointment for you, sorry for the confusion. If your child needs help look elsewhere. And before they say your not a client. No Im not my children are under age and are unable to leave a review.

Andrew West has been wonderful, he really listens to your concerns and does his very best to help in anyway possible. He is patient and kind. Medicaid is accepted here.

I’m so glad I stumbled across West Counseling on my search for a therapist. The front staff is great and very attentive. I highly recommend Michelle Garcia, she’s been great and so accommodating to my needs.

I just received a bill in the mail for services back in 2019 for $430. Not my fault you didnt submit to my insurance company. After the fiasco I went through when my therapist, Annette Meadows, just up and disappeared to the unprofessional why the so called transition went to set me up with a new therapist..who by the way knew nothing about me because Ms Meadows took all her session notes with her..I would only recommend this place if you like migraines and mind games.

Went well at first, but slowly went down hill once they moved locations. I won’t get all into it, but the turnover rate for the therapists and med doctors are very high. As soon as you make a connection with one, they leave. For one reason or another. Communication from the office was very minimal. Office staff were friendly but not active in helping. I transferred to another doctors office, recommended by my primary care physician and left west counseling. I have had the same therapist and med doc for almost 6 months now which is a new record compared to west counseling. Would not recommend west counseling if you have a choice, don’t go. But if that’s all there is, it’s better than nothing at least.Edit: I was a client with you for about 6 months or so, I was going by my maiden name at the time but yes, I was a genuine client and had 3 different therapists, and 5 different med management doctors. However normal this may be for this company, still doesn’t make it right.

Dr West is great! We love him. He has put great practices into place for our family. I am so glad we found him!

I was introduced to West Counceling after my grandson had a traumatic experience. Andrew has been working with him over a period of several months. He has given several suggestions and the therapy he has provided has helped tremendously. I would recommend this group to anyone seeking help.

It’s in a nice peaceful space and my therapist is the best! I see why I was recommended this location.

A nice place with a very warm and inviting atmosphere

For a company that is practicing a people centric industry this has been anything but. I have felt unimportant and forgotten. I don’t know why it should take almost 3 weeks to set up an appointment. It probably would take long unless I reached out to you. Very disappointed in the communication and service I have received.

They are very professional I really like it

I took my grandchild for therapy. We went three time sand saw THREE different therapists and were never told why the therapist kept changing, Finally, on the last visit, I said we would not be returning because we didnt need to keep telling the history over and over again.

They strive to get over damaged that was caused in your old time. Doesnt make fun of you etc
