Closed on my home March 17 2021,I worked with Lia and Matt over a period of about 6 months.(due to the home being built) Because of them I was able to secure a brand new construction build. I got exactly what I was looking for. Matt and Lia were there for whatever question or concern I had. They kept a constant line of communication to ensure I was comfortable with the process. Renters beware: we signed up for what we thought was going to be a private viewing on 7/18 only to discover upon arrival there were many others present in what the realtor described as, “more like an open house.” Upon entering the property, the previous tenants who were still in the process of moving out appeared horrified at all the visitors present. They were all wearing masks, while almost all of the people there for the open house were not. We quickly took a look around and felt uncomfortable and decided to leave. On the way out, the realtor said an email would be sent out later that day with details on how to apply. Two days later we have still not received an email. This “open house” seemed like a scumbag landlord tactic to draw extra interest for their non-refundable application fee. I strongly recommend caution if you are considering a doing business with Imperial Properties.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!! They will take your application money and never get back to you about the property OR if they even reviewed your application. They dont answer the phones, my real estate agent cannot even get a hold of them. But they sure will cash the funds you send them. THEY WILL NOT FAIL TO DISAPPOINT!

Matt and Lia go above and beyond whats expected of a realtor.you will not find better. Hands down best of the best .they allways have your best interest in mind.
