During this time, Ryan not only managed to find us our dream house, she got it for us for a completely reasonable price, by sourcing us an off-market house. Our house fits every single one of our crazy and hyper-specific criteria!Ryan’s ethical compass points straight north at ALL times. As first time homebuyers, it would have been so easy for Ryan to allow us to convince ourselves that an overpriced home was a bargain. There were many houses that we stumbled into, thinking desperately that maybe they would work for us, even though they were at the top half of our budget. Ryan was so polite and kind, and would point out to work that would need to be done, and explained the cost of the work to us, as well as the true value of the house. In the end, the house she helped us buy was about 100k less than other houses we had looked at, and required much less work.She has a spectacular superpower for making you feel like you are her only client. We were commuting back and forth for house tours from Vermont. Because we were both working, our schedule was tight, and often times, we weren’t great about giving notice. Without fail, Ryan booked appointments that worked with our wild schedules, took all of our calls and held our hands as I flustered and panicked. I have no idea how she manages to provide this amount of personal attention to each of her clientele, but it’s truly miraculous. Ryan’s calming presence was vital for us making informed, rational choices. My husband and I were terrified of the idea of renting so we were looking to buy quickly; I’m always the first person to hit a panic button. I have thousands of anxiety-riddled questions about every aspect. Ryan was exceptionally patient, addressing each one of my questions promptly and sincerely.As with anything, the truest testimony is a referral to one’s mother… We loved Ryan so much that shortly after we bought our house, we recommended her to my mother, who was also looking to move…. He jumped in to help us look at a home we were interested in IMMEDIATELY because he was concerned that other offers would come in if we waited the few days we had initially planned to. There were bumps in the road and Chris was supportive and helpful in navigating the challenges which arose. Our home inspector was recommended by Chris and he did a terrific job, as did a glass company suggested by Chris as well. We had blindly picked the Hvizda team based on internet reviews and I am so pleased to say that it worked out tremendously well; I have now recommended Chris to a couple of friends because of his tremendous work. We are so grateful for the marvelous experience we had with Chris and Hvizda team and found Chris so enjoyable as a human that my partner and I were trying to think of ways to keep hanging out with him.
