The first packet I had him serve went great. The second one not great. He cashed the check but I did not receive a proof of service, nor did the court. Ive left multiple messages with no response and now his phone isnt taking calls. Now I have to find another process server and pay again. This has delayed the eviction process about 3 weeks. Unacceptable.
