We have used Sloops to pressure wash an exterior side of our home that had grown some mold as well as cleaning off our back porch/deck that was filthy from years of dirt buildup. Ive tried for several months to find a company that would pressure wash the house and shop. Most companies I tried would ask for the property details and never call back. **UPDATE** The day after my home was pressure washed my front porch light did not work. I think the high pressure caused a short b/c every time I flip the circuit breaker it shuts down all the power connected to that breaker. I have to call an electrician to come out. I am sharing this information with anyone that has older vinyl siding on their dwelling which may have faded or become chalky. I have wondered what could be done to improve the look and got informed to either paint it or replace. Neither appealed to me. Cameron had washed my house a couple of times and I decided to ask him about the situation. He informed me of this rejuvenation process he does and sounded really great. He is the only business I know that does this so I decided to give it a try. Cameron did the process and even followed up on it to make sure it was satisfactory. Folks it may be rather pricey but much less expensive than my other solutions. It looks great. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Cameron and his associates for their help!

I wish I was one of the customers who could rate this company a 5 out of 5; unfortunately my experience barely justifies a 3 out of 5.Very long story short, they performed my house wash and patio and driveway pressure wash on November 6, 2020, broke something and it took the owner until January 4, 2021 to have it fixed. In between, there were many phone calls and texts, one of which involved him loudly telling me he didnt appreciate my phone message and many where he mentioned how extremely busy he was.I try to support small business whenever possible, but owning a business takes more than just knowing how to do the work and collect the money; it involves customer service. By the posts on their social media, they seem to do a lot of commercial work; perhaps that is where they should focus their efforts.Edited to include my response to the owners subsequent comment...Once again, we are going to have to agree to disagree. I, too, have kept all my texts, emails and phone call records. As far as the employees not having raised their voices, youre right...it was you who returned a phone message and loudly told me you did not appreciate the message I left saying I was upset you were not responding to me and that I had not yet responded to a text from housecallpro asking me to review your company, but that when I did I doubted youd be happy with what I had to say.As far as the recessed light not being watertight, I have three of them outside. Only one out of the three experienced an issue and it was directly adjacent to the area where your guys pressure washed, despite them later saying that the ceiling panel was sagging on that side. Why would they have sprayed water into an area that was open, thereby wetting the electrical components? When that light didnt work, tripping the breaker (also leaving me without kitchen or dining room lights since they shared the breaker) you told me to let it dry out, I did, and the light briefly worked but then went out completely. I texted you November 17 providing the requested information about who installed the light and where it was purchased. On November 29, I texted you again, asking for an update since I had heard nothing from you in the interim. On December 11, I texted again for the same reason. You responded that an electrician was supposed to reach out to me that day to set up a time; you also asked me to take a picture of the light so you could try to get a replacement. I sent a picture to you on December 13 and didnt hear from you until I texted December 18 asking for an update. Finally, on December 21 you contacted my saying someone was scheduled to come out. That vendor finally got in touch with me at the end of December to schedule a replacement.Not exactly what I had in mind for customer service

The results were beyond my expectations.My driveway had not been cleaned since we bought the house in 2001. It had tar stains from rainwater runoff from the roof and they are gone. The driveway looks new. More amazingly, my old deck and steps went from looking like they need to be replaced, to looking like I did replace them. The house is the cleanest it’s been since the day I bought it. Highly recommended!

Sloop Pressure Washing: Hire them. I reached out last week and they responded quickly, emailing me a quote right away. Once I confirmed, I received a text and email confirmation. The morning of, I got updates when they were on their way. The guys showed up an hour early and worked on the house, driveway, fencing, gutters, etc. Cameron walked me around the house when the work was completed and knocked some $ off my bill due to there being less work than expected (I have gutter guards). The guys drove back to tell me that there was a 10% discount because I was a new customer, but I had them keep my original payment - they did excellent work, caring for my home and yard and moving my patio furniture, blowing leaves they had dislodged and making sure everything was as perfect as possible. Professional, courteous, communicative - will definitely hire again! Well worth the money.

Had heavy build-up of algae and other stains on house siding that triggered an HOA violation. Discussed problem with Cameron and he assured me Sloops could resolve the problem and could do so at a reasonable price. I scheduled on Monday and the job was completed on Wednesday. The gutters and underside is very clean. I would have gave 5 stars but the chemical they used killed my rose bushes and 6 pots of flowers. I did not know such harsh chemicals was going to be used.

In two hours time, they got more done and with a better finished product than i have ever been able to achieve with any combination of house washes and equipment I was using. Gave an excellent demo on the roof soft wash, and even suggested that at 20 years installed , the gutters would not stand up well to polishing.
