Im on a bi-monthly plan. They always let me know at least a day in advance when theyre coming and when they have arrived. They do a thorough job and leave a detailed report of any problems found and treatment done while Im at work. Always professional.

I had a spider bite nearly take my life before Mike started taking care of my house for me. I havent had any spider issues since hes been around and I can sleep well at night knowing that I wont. Hes a pleasure to have around. He goes out of his way to make sure my dog is happy and safe. Hes family here.

Orkin has always been there when I needed them to assist with keeping unwanted “visitors” from joining my household, and their regular visits make sure it stays that way! Great job as usual No spider webs around outside, earwigs and ants seem to be very few if at all. I’ve been using Orkin for over a year and they are the most consistent. I have used other companies in the past and was very happy with the first spray but on the return visits it was not so great. These guys keep the creepy crawlers away for good! Orkin is a great service and my technician, Megan, was great but today I found out that he no longer works there. This is the second technician to quite. I wish the company would pay more and hopefully be able to keep the great staff they have.

This was just a first visit. He seemed to knowledgeable, and thorough. He put out different kinds of traps in different locations. He assured that he would follow up in one week. He told me what I could do in the meantime as far as stealing a garage door. I am hopeful that we will get rid of the problem. I hope we can all do this with a one month of odd jobs for $300. If so, that will be a very good value.

The technician was courteous, professional and very accommodating. I expressed concerns about the vent in our furnace closet, leading into our crawl space, was ripped. He offered to cover it up with metal meshing and did not hesitate to come in to our house to do this extra work when I accepted his offer.

We contacted Orkin to help solve our ant problem. The customer service representative I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant to speak to and knowledgeable about our problem. She scheduled a service for us right away and we had a technician come to our house the same day. The technician, Maegan Bascio, was very professional and thoroughly walked us through the process that would occur that day and in the follow up services, and was able to quickly apply to products with minimal disturbance to us.No bugs since!

Ever since I’ve had Orkin, I get a text usually 30 mins prior to them showing up. However, THREE times now, Orkin has either, shown up for an appointment that was CANCELED a week prior, shown up when NO APPOINTMENT HAD been made or as in TODAY’s case, appointment from 10-12. No text prior, I was home, NEVER heard a knock nor did my dogs bark. I step out front door to see an invoice under the mat by my front door. It stays that they were at my house at 9:20am & left @ 9:30. I have to unlock the back gate so they can do the full service I pay for! Gate was NOT unlocked, so now I get to play phone tag, yet again, so they can waste more of both of our time and COME BACK TO FINISH. 🙄. The practices of this company are ridiculous. I DON’T CARE THAT THEY’RE A BIG COMPANY, they can’t run a business. I have had to have them back out REPEATEDLY because I would still have any problems or some other issue that they’re supposed to take care of & did NOT! I AM CHANGING MY PEST CONTROL COMPANY!! 🙄😡🤬🤯

The technician that Orkin sent out was on time and very responsive on text about when he was coming. And he walked me through what he would be doing and explained that my situation is not uncommon for this time of year which put me at ease. He answered all of my questions and spent over an hour doing his job. I’m very happy with the service.

At the moment they just came for an inspection. Good news, I funny have bed bugs. Bad news, Third means Im allergic to fleas. They did a thorough job looking for evidence of bed bugs, looking in all the nooks and crannies. I plan on using their regular service to rid my house of any pests. Its surprisingly affordable for me. Once theyve done the treatment Ill revise my review.

Harry is my regular exterminator, he is professional, he explains preventative measures, hes very knowledgeable and he takes his time. I was sent another guy on Harrys day off and service was not the same. So I cant say if the service is all around great but my experience has been decent.

Orkin acquired the pest control firm we hired for routine bi-monthly maintenance. Unfortunately we are very disappointed with Orkin because they.1. Could not keep appointments and continually rescheduled at the last minute.2. Their service people we inexperienced and required being shown around each time for instance, the location of pest bait boxes.3. Their service is inconsistent and had to be asked to provide each service.4. Orkin pays their staff on how many homes they can knock out per day, so they no incentive to be thorough or do a good job and cant be depended upon to know what to do or find pestbait boxes without supervision.5. Orkin is painful to work with not just because they have to be supervised and asked to provide the various cleanngs and inspection but, thier inability to adhere means I have had to frequently reschedule my calendar for thm.6. It turns out the chemicals Orkin uses are incompatible with growing vegetables and herbs. i had to continuallly steer them away from vegetable beds.eeee

I have a recurring appointment with Orkin to keep my home and yard pest controlled. They are always prompt and courteous. Another plus is that they offer all natural options. I have pets so do not want the additional chemicals in the yard.

When I called to set up service in the Northern California location, I spoke to David and he was very friendly and great to work with. The Orkin employee that came out to the appointment was on time and friendly. Our only frustration/complaint is that when the worker arrived to do service, he notified us that in order to do the inside we had to have everything moved away from the baseboards and we had to take our dogs and leave the house for 2 hours. No one told us anything about this when we set up our service so we were obviously not prepared. This has resulted in having to book a second appointment in a few days for them to come back and do the inside. Very inconvenient. Unable to comment on effectiveness of service as this is our first treatment.

I always like the workers. It’s cheap and easy compared to other services. I live in downtown antioch so fleas, roaches, and cats are everywhere. It’s key to stay on top of the touch ups. Skipping service dates makes things worse down the line.

Kelli was great. She took time to explain the issues of our flies. Checked out attic and crawl space, and treated our home. Our recent terminate fumigation likely lead to a dead rodent somewhere in our walls and as a result we had a fly problem. Kelli made herself available for further questions.

I have Orkin for termite and gophers. The gopher trouble has lasted for one year and it is finally settling down. The Orkin has multiple professionals who dealt effectively to attack gophers. I received service the same day I called! Also I appreciate that their time gaps is nothing ridiculous. I was scheduled 12-2 and our exterminator arrived around 12:20 which I appreciate so much because I hate companies that have time gaps of 5hours and come literally at the end of the frame. He was also very professional wearing shoe covers, a mask and gloves. We’ll see after the next two follow ups if our ant problem is gone :)

Harry from Orkin has been doing a really excellent job of pest control. I live in an area where pests are a real problem. There has been an overwhelming reduction in every type of pest since he and they have been servicing the property.

$4000 to heat treat the whole house. Sounds like the most effective least complicated deal. Our guy Ozzy came to do an inspection. He was very nice, knowledgeable & professional. We are going to comparison shop before committing.

Jose was thorough and helpful with providing the necessities to help keep pesky fruit flies out of my condo and rid of the ones that currently might be in my condo. He sprayed and said he would follow up on the next appointment. I recommend Orkin.
