Pest control service worker was very helpful. Really liked him did a wonderful job. Was very impressed with his knowledge in answering my questions.

Carlos was fantastic. We have tried several other pest control services to control our seasonal ant problems. The other services just sprayed the perimeter of our house. Carlos was the only technician that spent the additional time to locate the ant nests. Highly recommend !!!!

Im glad I found them! Up until this week I have never heard of them, I have always used C***k Pest Control. Let me tell you Dewey rates are far more affordable with much better service. I was surprised when I called and heard a live human voice and not some recording. Great Prices, Great Customer Service, awesome Technicians Thank You for your Excellent Service.

Great customer service when scheduling my inspection. I had questions and the women who picked up the phone was awesome. Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful during the inspection! I thought I may have had bed bugs. Turns out I don’t. But, I would definitely use this company again!

At the outset I must warn people that DEWEY is absolutely irresponsible and unprofessional. Every person starting from the lady who answers the phone to their supposed manager is there to cheat you. The manager went on to tell me how its ok if I cancel because Dewey gets to charge you anyway.I took the service in July 19, and cancelled it in Aug 19 after being absolutely disgusted with their attitude. I signed up with them during one of their door-to-door soliciting drives, and it was a complete waste of my time. On their first visit, they came and spent barely10 minutes outside my house. The cobwebs on the eaves and fence are just as they were before their visit. They do absolutely nothing inside the house.Invest some time in getting referrals from friends, family, and Nextdoor to find out an at least a satisfactory pest control service. Choosing Dewey is a waste of money, time, and energy.

Your technician pull up to our quite Silverado neighborhood blasting loud rap and stayed sitting in truck for about 10 minutes before finally meandered up to door. (Song must have ended...if thats even music)

At first I was very frustrated because there were three times in which no one showed for an appointment. HOWEVER, after Danny was assigned and showed up I have been completely satisfied. Danny works thoroughly and has been very helpful. I can text Danny all of my questions and our bug problem has been damn near eliminated. If you decide to go there for service ASK FOR DANNY! He is probably the greatest employee at pest control I have ever had.
