I will start with what was good first, my pedicure. The tech that did my pedicure took her time and I was very satisfied. However, my full set was horrible. A different tech (Kim) did my full set while I was getting my pedicure. She cut my real nails down and didnt file them or anything. She then went on to put the tips on, they are all different lengths and some of them wasnt even the right size so my nails are showing on the sides. She sped through my nails like she was in a hurry (no one was waiting). In less than a week my nails are already coming up and off. This was my first and last time going to this salon.

Theres not one person in here who cant do nails. Ive been coming here for months now and they are the best! Im taken care of immediately, given free range of choice in nail color, shapes, and sizes. This salon is truly a hidden gem.

DISCRIMINATION ALRET!!!Last June (when everything started to open up because of the lockdown) I decided to go with my mom to get pampered. The older woman with the glasses (she usually works in the am) was rude and skittish towards me as if I’m the one who is spreading COVID. Five months later I came back to the salon (I prayed that I would not get the woman with the glasses and thank the most high I didn’t) and observed the same woman acting cold and skittish towards the woman of color (she was given her and mani) but when a woman with lighter complexion came and got her mani by her she was relaxed, happy and didn’t bother putting on gloves because she didn’t see her as someone who could get and spread COVID.I adore Kim because she’s always the same but the woman with the glasses ugh!!

I have been going here since they open over a year. My husband knows that I feel great after I have my services. My nail spot.

I used to live in Kannapolis. Now I live in NoDa. But I still Drive 30 minutes and come here to see Jimmy for my pedicures. He is the BEST!!! He’s the only one that has ever worked on more than just “doing my feet”. He massages each and every toe and all the way up my calves. He always goes the extra mile. Highly recommend him.

They are always nice and professional. I enjoy when I have extra money to get a 10 min massage neck and shoulders!

I got a deluxe pedicure for $35, while sitting in a massage chair drinking a complementary beverage. The staff was helpful, nice and clean. I really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be back!

Today I went to Nail Palace Salon and I must say that I had the most amazing experience of my life. The got deluxe pedicure, manicure, facial spa and waxing service. When I went in, the staff showed me the OPI fall collection shades so that I can make a good decision. Maria did my deluxe pedicure and she took her time and was extremely professional. She asked me several times if I needed anything to drink. Maria massaged my feet and legs with deep pressure and it was wonderful. Hannah is wonderful with gel manicure. She pays very detailed attention and made my nails look fabulous. Kim- the owner of the salon gave me the most relaxing facial spa with a massage and it was so peaceful that I fell asleep on the table. The facial/waxing room was very hygienic and clean. The sheets and towels smelled so nice and fresh. I love the customer service that Nail Palace provides and the people that work here make all the difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for professional nails, waxing and facial spa service done. You will not be sorry!

Highly recommend nail palace to anyone in the area. I can easily say this is the best salon in town. Every staff member at nail palace does great work and genuinely cares about their customers. I’ve been coming here consistently since March of 2017 and have never walked out disappointed. The owner Michael always takes care of my nails, although I would recommend any of their nail techs.

This is by far the #1nail salon in the area. Im always treated like Im the only one there, and the work that Jess,Tina,Mike, and Lynn do is amazing! They are artists! Jimmys massages caused me to give up chiropractic care. Simply because after his massage I feel like a million bucks..... Ive tried salons closer to my home and yet I always find myself returning to the Nail Palace and Spa..... My escape from hard work and the mundane annoying things in life...

I have been a customer of Michael and Kims since they opened this spa in 2016. I have always been shown care and concern on EVERY interaction. Even on very busy days, the employees always greet me and have a friendly disposition. Kim does and amazing job with facials and is awesome shaping eyebrows. I will NOT let anyone else wax or shape my eyebrows. Maria and Mike are extremely friendly and they also do great work. Michael is my go to person for picking my colors and my gel fill ins. I have utilized every service that this business offers and I could not be more pleased with EACH and EVERY visit. If you have not patronized this business, you are missing a treat!

I’m bummed! I was so excited to get a pedicure, haven’t had one since last summer. The people were very nice and the atmosphere was pleasant. The problem was I felt like he acted like he was doing all these things to my feet but basically I just got a good paint job. My toes look pretty but my heels didn’t get the dead skin rubbed off and he barely touched my cuticles. My feet have been in shoes all winter, I’m sure they needed more attention than they got. I will never be a walk-in again! Waste of my time and money!

The owner started my nails then had a lady who walked in do them. The lady who did my nails was a friend of the owner and did not work there. She walked in because they had plans so the owner asked her to help so she could get done faster. They left before my nails were dry so I had to just guess when I was done. She was nice and was trying to help a friend, but if you don’t want to be open don’t be, and if you are open you have to give each customer quality work. Once the owner left the nail technicians were more worried about painting each other’s nails than checking on the customers who were still there.My nails are not smooth and they were definitely rushed, due to the owner having plans and wanting to leave.I never give bad reviews but this was the worst nail experience I have ever had. No one working there today was concerned with the customers.

I got bad service and when I said something about my nails not being done right I was told by two employees that when there were kids making noise they couldnt do a good job. The lady with the kids keep them calm and I didnt think it was a problem. But I was left with poorly done nails and was over charged as well.

Took my mom to get pedicure and manicure and my mom was very HAPPY with the man that took care of her, I hate I didnt get his name, therefore I cant mention. My daughter and I also had the same service were VERY please. Thank you.

I requested a gel polish manicure with French tips. Maria did a beautiful job on my nails, exactly what I wanted!

My daughter and I have been to Nail Palace several times and have always had a great experience. We get SNS Nails and Pedicures mostly with Maria and Tina. We went in tonight and while neither Tina or Maria were there tonight we still are pleased with our nails. Kim is always kind and works with us offering advice, drinks, etc. Definitely our favorite nail salon in quite some time! :)

Love getting my nails done here. They are always so nice however I strictly go to Jessica. If you’re wanting her make sure to call ahead.

I usually come here to get my nails done but recently my nails have looked horrible and many times they always make my nails crooked and it’s very obvious and it looks bad and then I went again and the man doing my nails ended up cutting me 3 times!!! And he put a bunch of acrylic on my index finger and it looks bumpy. I also brought my niece and they only painted her toes and hands and that’s it and charged $25!! And it was very sloppy and was on her skin. I DO NOT recommend coming here

I’ve been coming here for a while and getting SNS but apparently the standards have changed. My tech was no longer taking off my set and putting an entirely new one on- just cutting off the backs and adding more sns. Now because they weren’t changed properly my finger has an infection.

They cannot do SNS. They lie and use a gel overlay. One girl there is so rude and has no business working with the public. Dont waste your money. I have had my nails done many times and i do not think anything about spending 150.00 when it is a good job. This place is horrible. It is an SNS NIGHTMARE

Very disappointed. Went in for SNS, the gentleman doing my nails didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. Took him multiple trys to get a shiny coat on them. Also, very overpriced and my nails look very, very sloppy! Will not be back.

Very rude, poor work and awful customer service. Took my wife and her friends to get her nails done for our anniversary. She specifically asked for SNS. They said they did do the service but acted very unsure. My wife asked if the nail tech had much experience with the SNS service and she responded very short and angry. She got offended that she was questioned if she knew the process. After that, it went downhill from there. She made my wife sit with acetone on her fingers for 30-40mins while she did a pedicure on a customer that came in after her. My wife was patient and tried to diffuse the situation by explaining that she wasnt trying to offend her, just wondering if she had much experience with the relatively new service. The nail tech was very short and rude the rest of the service. Not only was she rude but she actually in fact DID NOT know how to do the service because she put the wrong finish on it! Her nails immediately started chipping and flaking off within hours of the service. We went back today and the owner/manager was very rude and walked away from us when we showed him the poor work and requested a refund. Another nail tech jumped up and offered to fix it however they couldnt fix it because they dont have the SNS top coat products or the knowledge to fix it. It was horrible customer service and we still cant believe how they handled the entire situation. Awful experience.

It was walk in and we had a group of 5. Results differed person to person only one of the group was disappointed with the quality withing a day of our manicures.

Been going there sense they opened. Went in tonight with my momma and received horrible service. They acted like they didn’t have time for us.

This is the worst nail salon to go when your in a rush or just trying to get in and out their waiting time is rediculous for no reason at all !
