This is my first time back at Foxy Nails since early this summer. I have been to almost every nail place in town and this is the only time my nails and cuticles don’t hurt! Vi did an amazing job taking off my old acrylics and putting on new ones without nicking or burning me with the files/drills. This is my new nail place for sure!

Workers are incredibly kind and make sure you are comfortable during entire experience. Definitely would recommend!

Wonderful people I followed the owners Hannah and Sonny when they left their prior salon to open this one in 2015. I go twice a month for shellac and occasional pedicures. I have never been disappointed.Staff are professional and very nice, salon is clean - love the plastic liners for the pedicure tubs. Recently upgraded/renovated the massage chairs ! So comfortable! They have a variety of options from dip, shellac, regular polish - best part they have a TON of colors! Highly recommend!!

I get my gel manicure done every two weeks with Hannah and she is wonderful!! I never leave unhappy. She takes such good care of my nails and everyone who work there is so kind! I can’t recommend highly enough. This place is clean and well-priced salon.

The pedicure was fine but the woman who did my pedicure wasnt even a little bit nice. I wont be going back.

I had a full set of acrylic nails put on. I thought they were ok, but I didnt want to complain. I should have. After 1 week a nail had fallen off. By the time 10 days had passed, half of my nails had fallen off!!! So I call them on the tenth day to see about getting them re-done. They wanted to charge me $30-$35 to fix the horrendous job that had been done!!! They werent very long, and he charged me $45. When I called, they quoted $35 for a set. I will never go back there, and I will never recommend that place to anyone. Im STILL furious with the whole thing.

The staff is always wonderful and friendly. My daughter damaged 4 or 5cof her nails was then a week after she had them done when she fell on ice. They fixed them all with no problem at all. The owner is great and loyal to his customers.

So worth the wait, the bonus of Lucy & Jacquie was a great way to end a ruff week.

Horrible!! Got a manicure with my fiancee, The cuticles werent fully removed & what was removed was hacked, nail polish doesnt cover the entire nail, have a broken nail she didnt do anything for except paint over it and she soaked my hands in colder than room temp water then put them under a cold air dryer. My fiances nails I had fix after leaving because she filed them but never buffed them and didnt clean up his cuticles either. 2 different women both were very nice but both did a terrible job.

Foxy Nails is great. They make your experience personal and they are so friendly. On top of that their services are amazing and their nail techs are all amazing and talented. As well during covid it is obvious they are taking all the necessary precautions to keep you and themselves safe! 10/10 would recommend.

Foxy Nails does a fantastic job every time. I came in with damaged nails, broken, thin, and ripped. The nails hurt so bad I just wanted them off. The staff were so kind and promised my nails would become stronger and that Hanan could work miracles! She did! The manicure did not hurt and my nails have grown stronger with every visit. I got a dip manicure yesterday. They had lots of staff on and I only had a very short wait! The gentleman I had did a great job and really paid attention to detail when doing my nails! I am very happy with the results :)!

I’ve been going to Foxy Nails for about 4 years now. Shellac manicure every two weeks and a pedicure once a month. The staff is very friendly! They recently got new pedicure/massager chairs that are very comfy! I recommend calling and making an appointment ahead of time as they can get busy esp. on the weekends! Ask for Oanh (One)! She is the best! Sonny, Tan, and Hannah are great too! Try a spa manicure you won’t be disappointed!

I have a normal technician for my nails and will use anyone for pedicures. My nail technician is phenomenal. On time, no pain, attention to detail, remembers what your preferences are.

New owner seems like she means well but the technician was rushing. Waited 40 minutes and ended up being there 2 hours for a Dip. Nails are clumpy and uneven..did not even file/shape them. I have been going there about 9 months but will not return after this.

Hannah does such a beautiful job on my nails! I have seen her exclusively for a while now. Plus, there are really cute pups there!

Ok my regular pedicure was done in less than 1/2 hour but it was done so fast, no shaping of the big toe nails, nail polish not properly applied on the side and top, no friendly service and all that for $45.00. I still gave a 20% tip because I am a nice person, but I won’t go back there.

I gave them two chances to do right. I just moved to Concord and they messed up my nails and my brows on the first try. I was willing to let them work on JUST my nails the 2nd time. Big mistake....all she was reinforce my nails w super glue and add more acrylic. She also burned my cuticles RAW. I will not be back...I would give 0 stars if possible...

I have been coming here for the last three months and I get a full set of acrylics Ryan does an amazing job, pays attention to detail, gentle, and the shape is always perfect! My previous experiences with other techs have never been so good they would always come out lumpy and not the right color.

They were very busy when we came in I thought my daughter made us appointments and then found out she didnt so we had to wait a while before something was open which is understandable they are professional and do a great job!

I dont like the way guy spoke to me😡 Also, make me so uncomfortable by talking their own language often when I asked them a Question. They told me the full set and with some color design, it all cost me &50, I was like okay, but the middle he asked me again to show the pic of the nail which I show them before and somehow he changed his mind and told me it charges me $60 which makes no sense out of nowhere, and the design was definitely ugly ever I seen😡😡not satisfied at all... RECOMMENDED TO NoT To GO THERE AGAIN✌️

I started going here right when they opened and it was great. Then every time I went it got worse, only about 2 people know what they’re doing. I would spend on an average of 2.5-3 hours there for a dip fill, I would have multiple people work on my nails only to have them barely last a week.

First time coming here I came in looking to get dip removed, and new dip done. The woman filed off half the dip, then tried to let the remover work. She then filed them again, with the drill not a normal file, using that and taking off all of the length after I asked for her not to. She used the wrong file on the drill causing her to slip up my hands and fingers multiple times. I let it go the first couple of times Then she started pushing my cuticles back with the drill! And kept nicking my fingers. My hands looked worse leaving there then when I went in. I asked her to stop and I would pay for just the removal of the dip, which they still charged me $10 for my nails were ruined. I could of removed my own dip with way less pain. I went somewhere else and they could not believe thats how awful my fingers looked, not even just my nails. I wish I could post a picture, of them! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE.

I use to love this mail salon. Then they kept getting new people. Every week it seemed I would get a new person and my nails would look horrible. I know its not fair, cause they are learning so I didnt complain. But it really sucked week after week being disappointed with my nails. So I just started going somewhere else

I was sorely disappointed with my second visit. Took over 2.5hrs for dip to be complete. I came in there were three people nearing the end of their treatment. I got to sit and soak my hands. Within ten minutes four or five older woman just drop in, then a mother her mother and two kids come in and my tech is completely distracted. This was my mothers day gift and this Entourage of disorganized behavior settled in. Then I get a tech who didnt know how to use the filer. So my fingers were not shedding the previous dip. When finally the third person arrive he was the guy everyone raves about. I was not impressed. He lost track of how many times he dipped my fingers. They looked ok for about three days. Then the peeling started. I needed them to last six days. They did not last past five days. Was very unhappy and will not be going back. Horrible customer service and they cannot handle the walk ins and the appointment folks. Whats the point of an appointment if you are the one waiting for the walk ins. Never again.

This place is filthy. Don’t go to the bathroom or look around... the pedicure was nothing special.

I had the most uncomfortable experience! The woman continued to try to trick me into getting added charges on my pedicure. I asked for basic. She pointed out several things about me/my belongings and asked how much each cost. She then proceeded to tell the rest of the salon and scolded me that I paid too much. You worry about your money and I’ll manage mine, thanks! There are too many other options in Concord to bother coming back here.

I will not be returning to this nail salon, and certainly will not be recommending them. Upon arriving, the tech stood over my shoulder while I picked out my nail color, making comments to the other techs while I was standing there. I was given 3 different prices for the service that i needed (acrylic fill) and of course they ended up charging me the highest amount. they then asked me literally 5 times if i wanted gel polish, and each time i said no regular. even once i picked out my polish he said he would go and get the gel polish, because it lasts longer. I was asked to move chairs 4 times before I finally sat down for good. The tech that I had answered her phone more than once, and was talking obnoxiously loud the entire time. She also got up in the middle of my fill to talk with other techs, to cash other customers out, and to answer the phone. She made me bleed multiple times because her drill was out of control. She had so much pressure behind it i felt like my nails were going to melt off. I told her many times how it hurt and she just said okay okay. she would tap the top of my hand several times if i wasnt holding my hand how she wanted it. Also, the place was a mess! never again

I have been to this nail place 5x before. Today I walked in and they were busy so she told me to write my name down and wait. I was fine with waiting. Another lady walked in 5 mins after me and she too wrote her name down as she was told and she was told to sit at desk #4 and shortly after started her nails. I thought maybe she had an appt so I went up to see the list and surely enough she didn’t she was a walk in. At this point I knew I wanted my nails done and didn’t have time to go to another place. So I just let it slide. Minutes later another lady walked in and they told her to write her name and sit at desk #7 that’s when I got up and walked out. I found it so rude. I get if you forget the first time and let someone before me but twice! No thanks!-when busy they rush and do a poor job- they need to do a better job cleaning-wipe down the desk every time someone has gotten their nails done*once getting my pedicure they cut my skin on my second toe.*also with my daughter they are very nice and careful with doing her nails so that’s a plus but after today I won’t be going back.

Didnt dip mynails enough time and I broke off 4 natural nails due to this. Skip them and just make the drive to Bedford glossy nails.

Was there today and have to say was not impressed. Took about two hours to get a French dip done, and even showed the lady what I wanted. I wanted the coffin style French type. I left with flat, indented, uneven nails, she cut me a few times with the sizzors, and filed my skin at one point. I should have got up and left but am not rude like that. Will never go back! I came home and filed them myself. Also she didnt seem to really understand anything I told her. I do not recommend. Wish I knew her name so I could warn people.

If I could put zero stars for them, I would. First of all their prices outrageously high. The first time I went here the customer service (or lack there of) was absolutely horrible! However, my nails came out okay so when I needed a fill and color change I decided to try them again. I had a full set on and wanted a color change but they took off my whole set. I told them I wasnt paying for a new full set because I didnt want them taken of and the owner started yelling at me that that was what they needed to do to change colors and I would have to pay because they already started. Then they put the long tips on my nails and the owner made the girl move to another customer to make me wait. I asked for clippers because I was going to leave and the owner turned his back to me. So I walked out of the salon with those tips and nothing else on my nails. The owner or any of the workers did not apologize for their mistake or try to stop me. Not only that but the lady shredded all asked round my nail bed with the drill file. Overall it was an absolutely appalling experience and I have told everyone to never set foot in their salon. I went to Princess Nails to fix them and they did a fabulous job and the nail tech told me that get at least 2 or 3 people every day coming in to fix what Foxy Nails did to them. I highly recommend avoiding this salon at all costs.

This place was awful and i will never go back. My mom and I went there and her nail tech was unprofessional, loud, and obnoxious. She was coughing and wiped her nose with her fingers and refused to wash her hands. And all the techs several times broke into hysterics to the point where all of us customers felt uncomfortable. We questioned if the utensils were cleaned, and the towel they used on the counter had the previous women’s nails all over. Hoping we don’t get sick from this experience, never going back!!!
