First time going. The ladies were nice and patient. This was the first salon that had head rests in the sinks! When you get a wash or color these things are a neck saver! One thing they need is better parking. There is no place to park when its crowded.

I have been going here ever since the new location opened. Always friendly and have never gotten a bad haircut. My daughter and son both go there as well. Both of which are extremely particular and have always walked away with what they asked to have done.

Get your hair done at your own risk. My hair was done without discussing with me what was being done to it. Needless to say Im not happy with it and i was overwhelmed by how much I had to spend on something I did not ask for. My hair needs to be redone and honestly Im scared to let any1 touch it now. This place had good reviews and they messed me up.

Worst experience ever!Horrible customer serviceThey lie about your check in time.They make you wait and then come back and say they will not take you in because you were late.This happened to me twice, only that the last time I asked for an explanation or a change , instead of doing the smoothing system that take 2-3 hours I asked to my root color instead because it takes half of the time and they “supposedly” had programmed 3 hours to work on my hair but as they didn’t have one explanation neither accepted the change and apparently they didn’t like me questioning I was told that they didn’t want to give their service to me anymore.The owner yelled in front of all the customers that she didn’t want to see me or any member of my family in her salónThe owner yelled at me and in a very humiliating way kicked me out of the salon calling the police on me.She totally acted like a psycho. She was out of control and honestly I don t understand how an owner that her business depends of her clients can treat someone like this and in front of her other present clients and staff. It’s insane!The police was very nice and told me I didn’t do anything wrong and I was not in any kind of trouble and that technically and legally they couldn’t denied service to my family since they were not there and had nothing to do with it.I think she will be hearing from my lawyer!Don’t go there, don’t waste your time.!!We go to salons and spas not only to get a different look but also to relax and take a little time to ourselves and as clients we don’t deserve this kin of treatment.By the way this place have a history of the same issue, I read reviews complaining about the same.

I had the best experience ever here on 9.29.2020!!! I had Katie as my stylist, she was SO good, super sweet, and gave me multiple hair care tips!! When I walked in, the receptionist girl complimented me SO much, i was about to cry I felt so flattered! It was such a great experience and they just were so nice!!!!

Kelsey is the best! Modern boutique with friendly staff. Great high quality products for sale at reasonable price and same products they use on your hair. Always always love the way she does my hair! 5 stars is not enough!

I have 3b curls a lot of hair; tricky for cutting and overall maintenance. Camilla has NAILED my layers and corrected my multi-color mess (from the past). The team is welcoming and the ambiance is cozy.

LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM FROM THE OWNER OF THE PLACE.If I could give 0 starts I would definitely do it.The owner aggressively yelled at my mother over a simple question. Then proceeded to cancel my appointment without even letting me know, which makes no sense because I wasn’t even there but I did get to listen all of her screaming over the phone call I was having with my mother. She even called the police but thankfully the cops saw how psychotic she was and said that she didn’t have any legal right to say any of my family members couldn’t get our hair done in her salon, I’m obviously never attending this salon anyway because this was so disappointing.Everyone should check the other 1 star reviews from people complaining about their lack of professionalism.The owner should be embarrassed of acting this way in front of all of the customers.

I made an appointment because I had a coupon and it was pretty close to my neighborhood. I had no preference of stylist since I’d never been and my appointment was with Alli. She called me to say that I could arrive early if I was free (or could maintain my appt). I showed her a picture and she asked a lot of questions to be sure we were on the same page. She gave me a cut and balayage. I love it and will definitely be back. She gave me exactly what I’d asked for and have gotten many compliments.

Im so disappointed....Ive been severely ill and havent been able to get out of the house to get my haircut in over six months. Yesterday, I finally felt well enough to go somewhere, so I made an appointment for today at 4:00 pm for a cut and style.Id never been there, but Im new to the area and cant really plan things ahead of time, (I dont know how Ill feel from day to day). So, since they had good reviews and availability, I took the chance.Was running 5 minutes behind. Id never been there, and the entrance is awkwardly placed, so I passed the building and spent a couple more minutes doing various u-turns to finally get there.I walked in at 4:07 and there was a receptionist desk with no one there and a giant wall where the stylists were behind, so I couldnt even see anyone to get anyones attention. After standing there for several minutes (I thought maybe the receptionist was in the bathroom), I finally asked a customer if anyone worked at the front desk. She said she thought they alternated, so I walked around the wall to catch their attention. Nobody even looked at me. I finally awkwardly asked loudly if anybody worked at the receptionist desk and someone finally said that theyd help me. I told her that I had been there for several minutes and she said Oh, we normally hear the door ring. Thats on us.When she looked up my appointment, she said my stylist was finishing up and would be with me in a few minutes. I said ok and sat down.Twenty minutes later, the stylist FINALLY greets me (its almost 4:30 now) and says it might be a bit of a wait, like 30 or 45 minutes because I was 15 minutes late and she had to shuffle her appointments around. I told her I only lived a few minutes from there and could go home and come back in a half hour if she wanted (or I would have been happy to just stay), but then she tells me that she wont be able to fit me in because of their 15 minute late policy. I told her I was only a few minutes late and that I waited at the receptionist desk for several minutes (and even then it wasnt 15 minutes past 4:00), but she just replied that I could come back in the morning because she had a babysitter and had to get home.I told her it was really difficult for me to get out of the house and asked if anyone else could see me. She said no. It took all my energy to get ready and get there. Going through that all again in the morning to get myself out the door with the chance I feel up to it wasnt going to happen.What I dont get is if she wasnt going to see me, why did she make me wait 20 minutes just to come out and tell me that?? (or even acknowledge my presence 😒)Talk about disorganized 😕. Dont overbook your clients, not acknowledge their presence and then tell them its their fault.By the time I left and got home it was already 5:00 and it was too late to even see if anyone had any walk-ins somewhere else.I literally had spent all day looking up hairstyles and was really looking forward to doing something (for the first time in a long time) that would make me feel better about myself.What a let down..

Haley is a professional, knowledgeable and very helpful manager and hairstylist at the Speedway salon. She has a wonderful personality! Haley takes time to meet with new clients to get to know their likes and dislikes when it comes to their hair colour, style, cut and right down to the hair products. When I have issues with my hair due to well water at my home, Haley takes time to suggest different products that have been a big help to keep my hair in the best colour, shape and texture possible. What is important for me for my hair is just as important to Haley. I appreciate everything Haley has done for my hair since we met at my first appointment with her 6 years ago.I have also been to the Manor salon for facials and manicures /pedicures. Every person I have met and interacted with are super, and super qualified.I highly recommend CC & COMPANY!

I arrived for my appointment 5-10 minutes early. Checked in. Was told by the receptionist that I would be seen shortly. That was the last time someone spoke to me in the salon. I waited 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start to quietly walk out and leave. All of the stylists had people in their chairs when I walked out. The receptionist then called me 25 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start to see if i would like to reschedule or to see if I was coming back. I politely said no. This was my second chance giving the Concord Parkway location a chance. The first visit was equally disappointing. I have never had any trouble at the Manor Avenue location. At no point during my wait did anyone attempt to inform me that the stylist that was scheduled to cut my hair was running late or was delayed in any way. So I extended the same courtesy and left without saying anything.

Owner and receptionist and manager there treated me horrible! I went in there for 9 years for manicures, pedicures, sometimes haircuts and foiling. Last 2 times on manicure I tried a different girl due to my regular girl not liking to do acrylic at all on soft or broken nails. I was never told the charge was up!! I took my own CND dip, my own polish to use. Second girl used my own items on two appointments. For 9 years I was charged $35. Second girl on first appointment charged me $40 after my appointment when using my dip and polish. Second manicure I was charged $45 even though she used my CND dip and my own polish. I complained due to being shocked!i was really upset. Told it was upcharge after appointment even though they used all my own things!! Hide upcharge until you check out!! Owner?? She kicked me out of her salons!! I told her I had bought things and paid probably over a thousand or more in 9 years for her salons!! She never gave a darn! The manager ignored me many times in salon and made me very uncomfortable. The girl at check-in had a bad hard cold personality for customers. The girl who cut my hair good?? Last 2 foilings I took my photo in for color. She foiled it wrong color twice!! Why, since I showed her color I wanted? I wouldn’t go to get it done from her anymore either. Wouldn’t listen to what customer wanted. After trouble at salon for more charging hid, manager and receptionist tattled together and blew out what really happened, and called girl who cut my hair. Told her not to cut my hair anymore. Took my years here to find a girl to cut my hair right. Well she text me rotten things on my phone! Told me I picked apart salon! And other more bad things. Well, gee, hiding upcharge after you get things done? And mine was $10 more than usual when she used all my items!!! I bought those I liked since salon never got them on. Gal loved my CND dip! But charged me more anyway! The salon deserves to lose customers!

Made an appt for 1:45. Arrived at 1:45. Stood at the front for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged, then one of the stylists FINALLY looked up said can I help you? To which I said I had a 1:45 appt and was told someone will be out soon. No further acknowledgment of my presence for the next 15 minutes other than a 5 year old child offering me a chocolate muffin. Walked out after 20 minutes of pretty much being ignored and called the salon I had spoken with earlier (that didnt have a appt for me but made the appt for the speedway location at 10AM that morning) to speak to a manager (because Im assuming a salon that uses their five year old daughter as a receptionist doesnt have a manager present) and was told no one could speak to me until Tuesday. No thanks.
