Ive used Ken for several years and been extremely satisfied.This last time, when my yard tractor was acting up and showing signs of future expensive problems, Ken advised me to use it as long as it will run and then buy a new one, rather than putting more money into it. These guys were great, they came out when they said they would, assessed my mower, and worked hard to get it running. They advised that it would be more cost effective to purchase a new mower rather than put money into repairs on the existing one, and I was not charged a penny. That’s putting the customer first and that’s a company I will not hesitate to give referral business to.

Took a fairly new generator to a different lawnmower repair shop as it wasnt running properly. That company tried to charge me $283 to fix it. I said no way, and called Mobile Lawn Mower Repair. They fixed it in well under an hour at a total cost of $90. And they came to my house to fix it. Very happy with their service.

I was given a time window of which I couldnt be home and was told to leave it in front of the garage. Really stand behind their warranty of parts and work. They come when they say and work efficiently. I would recommend to anyone. Fees are fair and you come out cheaper than paying to have mower picked up and returned.

Gentleman did quick and efficient work. Clean the carburetor on my tiller and garden tractor. They were done in about 20 minutes. They only reason I gave them 4 stars rather than 5 is that they are a little bit pricey. But I will use them again.

With Hurricane Mathew scheduled to make landfall this week, I wanted to make sure our generator was up and running well. I contacted Ken Tuesday evening, he was at our home Thursday morning at the scheduled time. Within a matter of 10 minutes, he had removed the carb, cleaned it out, removed the old fuel from the tank, and had it up & running strong with only 1 pull. I am very happy to have an important part of our familys emergency equipment up and ready, standing by if ever needed. I would recommend these guys. They showed up in a nice service van and were professional. They were in and out of my driveway in 28 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves.

As a combat veteran with ptsd the one thing that keeps me level is being able to cut my lawn myself and when it died on me I was disheveled but Ken is amazing hes understandably backed out a bit but he fixed the issue (carborator and fuel line) right at my house and came back out quickly when it was still acting up. Highly recommend!

Showed on time to get my gocart running came home same day excited about it running.Got on it ran for just a minute no throttle response...Called him left message and actually texted him also...About the problem he did call Saturday which I told him I couldnt answer at the time this was August 31st..He did text and say he would be back out the following week...It is now September 23rd and still nothing good thing I didnt pay him...Never use this guy again...

Our Toro push mower developed a problem in the fuel system and I planned to take it into a local shop, but both places I called quoted 2-3 weeks just to look at it (granted, it was peak season). To be honest, I was leery of the mobile solution, but since I couldnt afford to wait I decided to take a chance and am extremely glad I did!Ken and his team were to my house in a couple days, were very professional and fixed the issue no problem. Then, when I also discovered I was having issues due to water contamination in my gas - which was definitely my fault - they came back out to flush the fuel at no charge since I was a new customer! That level of customer service and business sense is unheard of these days.Ill definitely be using MLMR as long as I own a mower and will be recommending them to all my friends and neighbors!

I have used this company three times. The first experience was ok but they overfilled the oil in the engine which caused a smoking issue until I drained the excess. The second time I had no issue. The third time they missed two appointments. The second appointment caused me two waste I/2 a day waiting for them. When I called 1/2 hour past their appointment window they didnt seem to know when they could come out and wanted to re-schedule. They are very unprofessional.

Realizing my 2010 TroyBilt mower had an issue with the belt I had bought, he corrected the mistake that had been made simply due to a Bad Belt (Fear Amazon. Im Proof of That. You cant trust unwrapped, maybe B-Stock- products)I really Had No Business attempting this, but I had trusted another Repairman when Mr. Wheatley had been away. Proof that you Stick with Who You Know. Ken was Essential in early 2016 when I had the engine and blades worked out, it had Never Run That good!...not even New.I had tried Seneca, Lowes, the Small Engine Repair shop on Old Pineville Rd. that was replaced by the light rail, but no one has Ever just been out to the house and done all of the work On Site. Fabulous! Highly Recommended. You Will Not find Another Like These guys!!

Ive used these guys on a couple of occasions, 2 different mowers. Both times they had me up and running within a few minutes. Today they offered to sharpen my blades to at least offset the $125 service call. It would have cost me $75 to pick up & another $75 to deliver my mower to have it repaired onsite somewhere, so that was worth it to me.

Was looking for parts which they dont sell. However, they were so helpful and genuine Id definitely recommend them as well as use them in the future!
