Robert came to do an inspection, he was so kind and nice. Gave us lots of information and help guide us to the best decision for our home. His inspection was very thorough and looked at all our concer areas. Amazing, will definitely be calling him if we have any other issues. I would rate his service 12/10.

Upon making the unpleasant discovery of a cockroach in our garage, we called Clark Pest Control who sent out a technician within 2 hours which in itself is impressive. We have had Clark Pest Control service since 2011. When we first stared we would have a different tech each time since we wanted Saturday service but after a year or so we changed to a weekday service and met Jeff. We never wanted anyone else after meeting and talking with him. Jeff Beringer is knowledgeable, thorough, and cares about his work. We have never had to do a callback for any issues. We are very pleased with our Clark Pest Control service.

Rodney was my Clark service representative and he was extremely friendly. Most importantly, he got rid of the awful ant problem we have had due to recent rain. We were so happy we ended up signing up for the bi-monthly service!

I’ve used Clark Pest Control for the past 6 years and I have to say that their service has actually improved over the years. First when I bought my home, they helped eradicate the chronic rodent problem while maintaining regular pest control service, spraying for spiders, ants,... A couple of years ago I had mole and vole problems in the yard and they were not able to help me with that so I had to call a gopher/mole/voles specialist. I learned that they are very different creatures that require a different kind of trapping, not really covered under normal pest services. My current technician, Steve, has great communication skills, is always on time, willing to go the extra mile to get it done, and always always nice and friendly. He is helping me with yellow jackets and wasps these days. Nature is fully active on my property and I couldn’t be happier with Clark Pest Control.

After two visits, and spending $200 for the Clark contract, ants are just as bad as when the fellow came out for the first time six weeks ago. The Clark technician installed a few traps in the kitchen and master bath, and placed some bait outside, which appeared to us to be a once-over-lightly effort. Our house is spotless, so no issue there. We had no guarantee of eradication in our contract with Clark -- just the promise of more visits (which we would have to pay for). Would not recommend Clark, based on our experience.

Weve had the service for almost a year and I will definitely continue. The original contract was for a year, and now that theyve been coming every other month weve had no problems. We started with a horrible flea problem. No matter what we used we couldnt get rid of them. It took 2 sprays a month for 2 months to get them gone and weve had none since. They call to let me know what day they want to come and ask if we have any specific problems. Definitely keeping the service!

My handicapped friend recovering from hip surgery is bound to a wheelchair. She lives in a small unit in front of her landlords home in Pt Richmond. Her little cottage has a terrible mouse infestation that has been going on for near 3 years. The landlord called Clark Pest Control. Two of their workers (one of them Bruce C.) came out to inspect the situation. They were very abrupt and discourteous...that was just the beginning. In her bedroom, they pulled out weighty containers from under her dresser...and left them there...blocking the access to her closet. Then they pulled out her stove and LEFT IT IN THE MIDDLE of her tiny tiny kitchen blocking her access to her small bathroom...because she could not get the wheelchair close enough...she actually had to call them to come back to move the stove back in place. Three days later, I visited her so that I could put the containers back. I cannot speak for the quality of work as they have not yet finished the job, but their disregard for the tenant and especially a handicapped tenant infuriates me!

Ron did a very good job spraying our backyard and front yard today and refilling the traps. Thank you for a job well done.

Every year we have had ant problems during heat waves or rain. Last year we started service with Clark and despite the abundance of rain we have had this year we have not had a single ant appear in the house. On top of solving our most annoying pest problem, they have been out to check and service other minor pest issues which were all included and fixed immediately.I would highly recommend Clark to anyone looking for a pest control service.

I have used Clark Pest Control for many years and am completely happy with their service. I have no bugs and that is the purpose of their service. My home is bug free as well as my yard.

No complaints about the service - their techs are very nice and show up on time. They have done a good job of taking care of both our Argentinian ants and a mouse flare-up. But they charge charge charge. Seems like were getting bills constantly for $110, $45, etc. Even though we have a contract.

I have had Clark since 2010. I called for a pest problem which was eliminated. They returned on call until the problem was completely eliminated. They come every other month to treat the perimeter of the house and all is well.

We have Clark Pest for two sites. Our own home and a rental unit we have in Pleasant Hill. the account numbers are different for the two accounts and the amount for service for each is very different. However the business office is unable to differentiate between the two and for the past 6 months the accounts have the money put to the wrong account and then one of them is overdue. Trying to get them to do it right is so difficult that we are now going to cancel service with Clark. We have been with them for almost 20 years with different homes here in this area. It is difficult to understand how this is such a problem for them to figure out. In researching other companies we have discovered that in some cases they will bundle the two properties and give a discount, which Clark does not do.

They always respond when vermin act up and need extra attention.. They also highly professional and caring about the needs of the customer.

We have contracted Clark pest control to help us with a rat problem in our home since October last year. They have charged us several times for their technician visits, since then they have not trapped anything. 2 months ago they requested us to take care of some small holes around the house in order for them to guarantee that the rat problem was going to go away. We hired a company to fix every single hole as they requested and sent them proof of this. The technician came and did not install anything nor take any additional measures. We just got back from a two week vacation and our home is a huge disaster. Now this issue has escalated to the point where I’m losing lots of furniture, clothes, etc. I’m hiring a janitorial service to urgently clean our entire house and I will lose days of work so this can be taken care of. I’m expecting their supervisor to call me tomorrow and take care of this once and for all after 9 months of their services doing absolutely nothing. These photos aren’t the half of it.
