I have done my wash for about 4years at this place and I will never come back. The lady will fallow me around and watch me do my wash EVERY TIME then as I turn around to place my quarters in the dryer she will come up behind me and take my cart and walk off with it before im done. Im standing outside watching my wash from the window because if im inside she will stair at me and fallow me like im going to run off with her savings she came out to tell me someone is waiting for my machine and to remove my wash and my wash wasnt even done yet.

Dirty. Most washers and dryers have out of order signs. Will not give refunds. There are much better laundermats .5 miles away. Dont waste your time here.

I like the location of this store which is located on the quiet side of a medium size mall. The store is pretty clean and not so busy. Furthermore, there is a Food supermarket in the same mall, so I can always go grocery shopping while washing.

I paid 3.50 for a machine that did not even give out water to wash and lady didnt want to refund

This laundromat has the bast washers and dryers i have ever used.

That 1 star was too much this place is only friendly to the Hispanics I would never refer anyone here they will watch you use broken washers and say nothing they have a number to call if you have problems there but sadly no one will call you back you will spend at least 2.00 or more drying your clothes a big rip off....

Not recommended. Theres too many laundromats here in Concord. They clearly dont need the business since they told me to leave.English: Its 8:38 PM. The closing hours listed on the website say 10PM. As I entered the door about 2 minutes ago a man working on the entrance / window told me that it was already closed. I had 2 loads and wouldve been out on time. Never again.
