The two or three members of the staff at the Concord store I dealt with were very helpful. They had another store send a battery to their location for my convenience. They even did what they said they would do and called me the next day when it arrived. It saved me over an hour of driving. I dont usually fill out reviews but they deserve a pat on the back and raises. They also earned my return business in the future. Thanks.

Quick service. I order a battery on their website. The next day I went inside and it was ready for me to pickup.

They fixed my key fob, I was in and out in minutes. They also told me that I could bring back my old battery and get a core refund for the battery that I purchased. I would go here any time for my car and/or battery needs. Also they have a clearance aisle that is worth checking out.

The order was filled in minutes. It was ready to go when I got there. Checkout was fast and I was quickly on my way home.

Came to get my car battery changed, and as they were changing it the audio cord accidentally got disconnected from my battery, no big deal. However, the associate went to re-clamp the wire and dropped the clamp into my engine. After a while of trying to retrieve it with no luck, I was told that I need to go to the store to get a part now and fix it myself. I now have no audio in my car at all and it will be a while before I get the time to fix everything myself. I was given a problem, then provided with no solution.

The guys here were friendly, helpful, and got me squared away in less than 5 minutes. Well worth the cost of the visit.

Abe and Jameson helped me out. I normally do not post reviews on G. Three people in total helped me out and fixed my iphone7 that would not initially charge when plugged in to any cord. Like some people my phone keeps me connected to family and the outside world, so getting it fixed was very important. At first I thought it would cost me a couple hours out of my afternoon off, and close to $100 to repair. However, Jameson did the work and pulled out a bunch of lint. He also used a can of duster spray on the charging port. Four, maybe five minutes later I got my phone back and promised him a five star review (as they do not accept tips). Will be back to buy something, like a glow-in-the-dark leash, for my Mom’s dog. These local folks deserve your business!

Called, had the battery I needed. came to store, paid and left. what else is there? The battery was fresh, with a March date on it. OBTW: Website is a little confusing. The 10% promo code and the core charge are hard to deduct from your order online. I did not complete my transaction online because of that. Had to have the store do it when I got there. That is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.

I own three ATVs, and after a year or two would pass, my batteries would end up dying out.So instead of always purchasing the cheapest batteries, I started to invest a little more money at Batteries Plus Bulbs for top of the line batteries. And with the advice of the stores Manager, I added a battery tender to each battery. I can now rest easier knowing that when I want to fire up my machines, starting them is no longer an issue.

I had ordered specialty light bulbs online after the store had closed. The Concord store called to let me know they only had one of the light bulbs I needed but when I asked, they were able to transfer the order to the Huntersville store who had enough. This was very appreciated as I needed to get the bulbs ASAP.

I ordered my car battery online. My battery was ready for me so I was able to get in and out. The sale associate was very personable and nice. This was my first experience with the store/company and I would definitely go back for any future battery needs.

They have replaced a battery in my iPhone, and did an excellent job! They explained everything to me in detail. Our last purchase was LED lightbulbs for our bathroom. We did an upgrade and modernized our bathroom and light fixtures, and now we have a fixture for 6 near the sinks and 3 near the shower/tub. The 29 W GE lightbulbs would burn out monthly, and Lowe’s lighting department had a hard time matching us up to a better quality lightbulb. We went into Batteries Plus, and the associate helped us find a pack of 8 and a pack of 4 Duracell LED lightbulbs that have a 5 year warranty for under $20. That was less that what we were spending on the bulbs that were burning out monthly. If you have lightbulb or battery needs, I would go here before visiting any bigger box stores. The service, quality, and selection is much better than what you will receive elsewhere.

I didnt call ahead of time and just walked in after work to get a new battery for my Iphone 6. The saleslady was very nice, helpful and answered all my questions. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with a new battery and a 1 year warranty.

Everyone was really helpful and nice. They even carried the battery out to my car for me. Also, they told me that they have all the batteries that go into Uninterrupted Power Supplies. You save so much money by taking it to them and they will replace the battery for you.

The staff at this location is so kind and knowledgeable concerning their products. Tim and Gail were amazing and extremely helpful when it came to ordering and installing the optima battery for my civic hybrid! Tim was even kind enough to let me know that the old battery was still technically good and could use a charge! You don’t get that kind of honesty very often. Hopefully I won’t need to be back soon, but I certainly know where to refer others to.

I needed a spare chip type laser cut key for my newly acquired jeep. I found this place on Google and they had the key in stock and cut it and programmed it in just a few minutes. They were about 1/3 of the price that the dealership quoted me. The people were very friendly. They have all kinds of stuff like flashlights, batteries(all kinds), and a bunch of other stuff. I highly recommend them.

As a disabled Vet I was worried about getting my 2 tractor batteries into the store. What a helpful staff, as they took care of both unloading and loading the new ones. They really make you feel at home and explain everything , rebates etc. This company is lucky to have staff with such great personalities. Wish they had a store in Salisbury, NC. Great Car Battery Prices, with Install

Like most people, I am skeptical of having a non-APPLE repair done to my IPhone, but with a new screen running $170 for my 3 year old 7plus, it was either DIY or find a place. Thankfully I came across Batteries + Bulbs. I have used this location for acquiring several hard to find batteries in the past, but when I saw they repaired IPhones and the price was less than half of what I was quoted by APPLE, I was sold. After making an online appointment to save $10, I arrived, was politely greeted, and within the hour had a like new phone. The screen is bright, clear, functional and best of all, crack free! Thank you guys!

Excellent customer service! I had a Samsung S7 phone that needed a battery. They had it replace with a complete diagnostic in less that 30 minutes. I was going to purchase a new phone until I heard that BPB did repairs, they saved me hundreds of dollars! While I was waiting several people came in and they showed them the same excellent service, I will use them again. Oh yes, it did come with a warranty too!

My phone battery was no longer charging properly. They had 4 in stock to fit my phone replaced it for me and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes and the phone is working perfectly. There were so many batteries in there I cant imagine they wouldnt have what youre looking for.

Purchased this battery for my ElectraGlide Classic. Perfect fit, which is what I expected from DuraCell. It was $10 cheaper and had twice the warranty (2 yrs vs 1 yr). Ask me again 3 or 4 years from know what I think of it.....

I told my daughter to go to Batteries and Bulbs to get her iPhone 7 screen repaired and man was that a mistake. This company charged $20 more than the company up the road (shouldve looked at reviews online first) and it took them 3 hours to complete the repair after telling her it would take less than an hour. To top it all off the screen has a different hue and the home button isnt working now. This company should stick to what they do best and thats batteries.. Highly highly highly disappointed in the service she received.

Service was very fast and professional, but I took my Galaxy S4 in about 1-2 months ago to get my cracked screen replaced. Sadly after paying over $100.00 to have it replaced, it is already cracked again. They must know that it happens with the replacement screens they use, because they inform you that the new screen comes with a 6 month warranty, but it doesnt cover if the screen cracks again. I thought this would be a place I could recommended to other to get screens replaced, but its not worth spending the money for it crack again. Just to note, I am not rough on my phone, it sets in my packet or on my desk. Would not recommend them for this service.

As fate would have it my computer UPS failed the other night at 2 AM as signaled by a constant beeping. The following morning I determined it was telling me the battery had seen better days and was in need of replacement. After researching the required battery I called Batteries Plus Bulbs and the gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable of the features of each of the possible replacement batteries. They had all of them in stock. Based on his information I ordered the battery on the web. When I arrived at the store a few hours later it was a very short process to pick up the battery. The battery fit perfectly and is hopefully good for several more years.

On Sunday I took my Samsung Galaxy 5 cell phone in to have the glass replaced. On Monday morning less than twenty four, I noticed that the glass was cracked where the microphone and camera area is. I took the phone back and asked if it was under warranty, I was told no that the glass wasnt cracked when you left the store and it wasnt put incorrectly. They had the audacity to ask if I wanted another glass installed, really for what to have another glass crack in less then 24 hours..I wouldnt refer any one to this business.
