Broke my watch after paying a considerable sum with a bunch of excuses to not fix their job. Never go to this fast fix

I needed a pin taken out of a watch to open it all the way, and other places wouldnt help me. I came here and the employee, and owner helped me with no problem. He took the pin out with in seconds, and told me to come back for it to be put back in. He was so nice, and helpful! Highly recommend this business. Will return if in need of watch repair. Thank you!!

It was so wonderfully easy to get my repair work done at Fast Fix. I was in and out of the store in a very short period of time, and the work was flawless! The only thing that prevented me from staying longer and looking through all the wonderful things that I thought might be interesting to buy was the fact that I had an appointment to get to. They had fascinating things to look at and I would have probably purchased one or two if Id had the time that day. So my plan is to return soon!

These guys are the worst. In fact I would call this a crooked shop. The people working here have not sense of shame because they are only after gouging as many people as possible. This is especially true of the guy wearing glasses, who usually works at the counter, that is as cold as a fish when talking to customers.I recently had the frame on a pair of eyeglasses repaired less than a year ago. The repair broke and took it back to these guys for a free repair because it should have been under warranty as would be he case with a reputable repair shop. The guy wearing glasses, that I mentioned previously, tells me the charge will be $55 to re-do the same repair that originally cost an exorbitant $20 less than a year ago.I protested and pointed out that good workmanship, in this type of repair, normally lasts more than a year or more. He didnt care about that all because hes just a money grabber unconcerned about quality workmanship and reiterated that the repair would still costs $55.This repair shop is concerned with only one thing...separating you from your money. They dont care about doing a good job or providing the level of service one would expect from a professional. Stay away from this place. There are better repair shops in Sunvalley mall.

They are very nice and helpful. They have very neat and pretty objects but they are maybe too expensive. I ended up buying a pair of herrings very nice :)

Fast repair, got resizing in hour!

Two weeks beforeChristmas I came to this place and asked them if they could get my ring done in time for Christmas for my wife and they told me to be done in 3 to 6 days 2 weeks later they were late for Christmas... I trusted them and they failed me..I had stones changed for a different stones and they lost one of my older stones... Said sorry well try to replace it well call you that was days ago and I still havent heard anything.... Never again be wary

100% as good, friendly, efficient and honest as the other reviews say. Ive taken several watches to them now.

I went I .for a band replacement and another band fitting. Both were reasonably fast, one of the bands needed to be cut to match the body of the watch, but everything was fast and the pricing was reasonable.

I went to four place only three could do what I needed a clean resize and repair on a ring​. First place tells me $200 the other place told me $145 then I went here and was told $350 they need to make a whole new ring. Wow definitely take your jewelry to Gold Smith in Pleasant Hill.

Went there for a simple battery exchange, the lady grabbed the watch to start without telling me the cast. I said first tell me the cost. She said 19.95$ haha then I said WHAT? She said ok 15$ , I told her no wonder you have bad reviews. Took it to Macys and paid 8.95$Do not ever go to this place, such a greedy woman, no wonder they never have customer. Youre awful as hell!!!!!!!!!!

Technician is never in. Had to go back 3 times to find out that they cant fix my Fitbit. Called first and was told maybe.

Was in this place two days ago. Have a loose central stone (diamond) in my wife engagement ring, so need to secure it. Guess how much they said it will cost.... $250 !!! So far it is highest attempt for ripoff in my experience. Not sure how they even got good reviews in this area !!! Will not recommend any one.

This business is totally unethical. Sold me a $50 watch battery that died in 3 months and refused to refund me.

Not fast at all. Took 30 minutes to be seen, and 40 minutes to just pick up my order. They let preferred people cut in line in front of you and tend to talk down on you. I saw this happen several times to other customers as well.

They wanted to charge me 50$ for one battery and to size my other watch. CVS Is half the price and didnt SCRATCH my new watch, what a joke.

Went there for changing 6 battery they charge us $.12.95 each a RIP OFF!!!!!I did change 1 battery for another watch with another jewelry ( same battery)they charge me $. 5.00. only.YOU ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
