I agree that Jana is professional and responsive. However, the quality of the work of the cleaning team that was sent to our home was not at all thorough. Over the course of a year, I regularly had to point out mildew buildup in our shower that was left behind and unaddressed. When I pointed it out the team would clean it but I hated having to keep pointing out the same thing. There were often spots on my hardwood floors that were clearly not cleaned. Bathroom floors were not mopped thoroughly. A member of the team who regularly cleaned our home was rotated out (I dont know if she left the company or not) and I was not notified. This person had her own keypad code to enter my home, I probably should have been advised to update/change it. The last straw was when the team left our house they forgot to lock my front door. The explanation I got was they thought they locked it. Went back to our previous cleaners who were somewhat surprised at the condition of the place because ours no longer looked like a home that had been receiving regular cleanings. Maybe Jana has better teams than the one she sent us but I was displeased. Overall I felt the service we had was careless.

Ive always had a great experience with EH Clean! Ive used them for 4 years and never had them cancel or just not show up. They always leave our condo smelling fresh and looking bright. Highly recommend them.

EH Clean has been cleaning our house for two years and every time they do an exceptional job. They have an attention to detail and always make my daughters room look so cute with arranging her stuff animals. Ive been a customer for over 10 years with EH Clean. Before I used EH Clean, I had a cleaning company that stole from me which was extremely upsetting and was a mess to deal with. So because I went through a financial & legal mess with the old cleaning company, I checked out EH Clean credentials before I hired them. I found they have insurance & workers comp so I wont have to deal with a nightmare if there is an incident. Im glad to say that I trust EH clean so Ive stuck with them. Im comfortable now to leave my home with cash and jewelry laying out when they are cleaning. I like the quality of work the EH clean teams provide. I get a team who speaks English which is a real plus for me. I can communicate with them as needed. I havent noticed any staff changes so I pretty much get the same team each time they come to clean. I like that they use eco-friendly products because of my pets and children. I have one child who has asthma and is very sensitive to certain cleaning products. So far she hasnt had any reactions to the cleaning products the EH clean crew uses. Overall, Ive been pretty happy with the crew showing up consistently on-time. I havent had any bad issues like a no-show or cancellation. My experience with the customer service is very professional. I like the housecleaning because its pretty detail oriented and the employees work hard. If I have an issue, the owner Jana, has been very accommodating to my last minute changes or emergencies. Jana responds very quickly to my emails. Its a great team effort all the way around.

So I found this place on google and I went to the website and requested an estimate unfortunately I ended up in an ambulance to the hospital because I was having a miscarriage clearly not planned. On this same day hoursLater I check my phone and I see I have a voice mail from Jane Alexandrou saying she’s at my home. I called her and let her know I apologize I am not home I am in the hospital. She had an attitude and I can understand her frustration but I was in the hospital alone dealing with my situation. I later on tried to reschedule for weeks leaving text messages calling and emails today I left another email and text and got a response. The response we are fully booked I said ok I just want to know have you gotten my emails so I can book in the future her responseBook with someone else.

We hired EH clean to help me clean while I recovered from surgery, They arrived a 1/2 hr late, and did a horrible job...once they left we found they had taken a gold chain, collectibles we had for years, and four other things of less value, and when we told the owner of the co. Jana Alexadru she did absolutly nothing we than went to the concord police dept. filed a report, and when she contacted me all she was concerned about was the check we canceled to her co. not the fact the her employees had taken things from our home, and did not do the cleaning job they were hired to do, just the canceled check... we now hwve to take her to samll claims court due to the fact tha she lied about being bonded, and has no intention in trying to fix the problem...stay away from EH Clean and JANA ALEXANDRUE shes a fraud...
