Workers who drive the recycling trucks can care less about their job. They left my cans partially full and didn’t bother picking up the trash that fell and the cans they knock over. Please hire workers who are WELL TRAINED and PROFESSIONAL

Kudos for an awesome job of our City of Concord solid waste pick-up team...always do a great service for us.

Granted they are timely, Id say about 95%of the time either my trashcan will fall over in my ditch and theyll leave it there for us to have to get out, or theyll leave the trashcan almost in the middle of our driveway making it impossible for us to pull in when arriving home from work. Its extremely frustrating.

Live in a large neighborhood with not enough parking... would appreciate it if they didn’t blow their horn 8 times in a row early in the morning because they’re mad.

I agree with the last review, the pick up times are always sporadic, most recently they dont come at all on Friday but even drag it out to Saturday. If your can lid is even slightly open to hold your bags, I have seen them drive right by and not pick it up at all. But we as customers certainly are not discounted for them ignoring our trash! Bill is still the same, when the service is mediocre at best.

Sometimes they just drive right by and dont pick up your trash, you call the help line who tell you to wait until 530 to see if they come back, then you call back at 530 only to get a 911 center that cant help you, and get told you have to call back in the morning and repeat the whole cycle all of again.

Never had any issues. Even when my trash lid is half open they still pick it up as they should and always before 11AM.

Never had a problem with pickup or recycling.
