They did buy an old camera from me which was cool. What wasnt cool at all is the owner left me a nasty, mean, voicemail message. You should NEVER do that if you want to keep a customer, if you dont KNOW customer service, that is what you do.

Went to another place to have a Stock chart poster with meticulous graphics copied and the guy did a terrible job. Brought it here to Be re-done by Happy and team at A1 Photo & Video lab, they did a fantastic job and very quickly. Most of all at a great Price. He also recovered the photos videos and documents of my wife’s 2000 MacBook.

I hired Happy at A-1 a few weeks ago to come to our office to do Live Scan Fingerprinting for all of the attorneys. He gave us a killer deal and a great discount on travel. Ben was the live scan pro who ultimately came by our firm last week and 11 attorneys were able to be finished in just over an hour. He was very professional and efficient.

Worst place to go to, they lost my video tape, AND they charged me double when......they didnt transfer everything on my tape to the digital chip!!!! they only transferred half the stuff on my tape to the digital chip!!! one unsatisfied customer

Very excellent costumer service. My husband and I get in there like 10 minutes before close time and the owner and his daughter were very patient and kind with us, helping us in an emergency situation with a video we had in our computer.. staying in there until our problem was solve. We are so grateful we found such a very kind and professional people in this amazing place.
