Wow, is all I can say. I had a 1am appointment they gave me a door at 9:45pm. Started unloading 10:15 call for paperwork at 11.

Easy to find location. I was able to unload a day early due to changing my appointment time by calling receiving. If there is a available window they will let you do that. Im not saying it will always work out like that for me or everyone but they were able to help a driver out this time. They say there is no parking after you are unloaded but they have a big dirt lot by the exit gate. You might ask them about it if you need to park after unload. There really isnt anywhere to park around this place especially with the late night early morning appointments. Check in to check out was 2 hrs. Drive safe drivers

My appt was at midnight. Its now 5 am and they havent even started unloading yet. Reefer running for 5 hours with the doors open wasting fuel and running my clock out. Now I wont have enough hours to pick up my next load. The receiving lady was kind and professional but thats the only good thing about this place. Im definitely not impressed and wont be coming back here again.

As far as grocery distributors go this place is pretty good. Can come in early and park left side of drive. They will come out a bit early and give you your door assignment even if you are way early for your your appointment. Only negative is nowhere to park once empty.

I had a 01:30 appointment I got there at00:30 put me right in door 17 by 0:130 I was closing my doors and headed out!!! Lady in the receiving office super nice!!!! Lumper fee best ever 56.00 dollars!!!!!! Everyone was nice!!!!! Great place and really great people!!!!

EXCELLENT! Appt 0300, parked in driveway, security knocked at 2130, backed in dock door, called me just before midnight! Exited to the left, finished break in the gravel lot. Super nice folks! Potty available. I came down 77s took xt25 to hwy 73 it cuts over to Concord, in case you didn’t want to deal with Charlotte..js

Had 1am appt, arrived at 11pm, got a door right away, out by 1:30am. Super easy in and out.

Surprisingly, this is a good McLane DC to deliver, I came in 10:40pm. They gave me a dock roght away, my appt was for 5:30am. You guys can park outside the property, alongside the street.

Wow guys great spot to unload put me in door right away when I got here 1.5hr early. I had chicken on they have a bathroom prefer you to leave once unloaded. Great attitudes and respect this is one of the best mclanes I been too.

Best McLane DC anywhere.Day shift offered to reschedule my delivery to a better time for me?!?!!! Yes, she gave me a better delivery time without my having to ask. Day and Night shifts were awesome in their professional support and friendly manner.Overall, this place was Very supportive and considerate towards the drivers time. Again, everyone was nice and professional.The warehouse people unloaded a full 42000lb 29 palette trailer fast fast; and they were very polite and professional.McLane Battleboro DC is a s-hole and can learn a lot from these people.I would be happy to deliver here, McLane Concord, anytime.

Room to maneuver. Put you in a dock right away. They dont call or knock on door when they are done. So if you are sleep for 6 hours and they are done in 2. You should just wait 2 more for a reset.

Best McLane ever been in and out in 35 minutes, maybe because its Saturday 5am.

The best place to ever be unloaded! Super quick and super nice folks! (But if you need to shut down for a nap they wont run you off the property!) AND reasonable lumper fees!

Horrible customer service! Most drivers are ok....then you get the ones that dont want to do nothing and dont care if they damage your merchandise and very rude. Customer service is no better when you call to complain they dont care about your situation then get just as rude as the drivers. Hate this company and there policys just glad I only have to deal with them once a week.

Good place to deliver. Normally theyll open gates for receiving at 10pm and if they have doors available they might take you in before the appointment. Theres lumper service.

Best McLane hands down. Unloaded a full trailer 41k lbs and paperwork was done before i could even finish my 30 minute break.

2.5 stars. Got here 30 mins early for a 0430 appt. Greeted by a nice, well spoken, black woman who gave me a quick but comprehensive procedures overview and got me in a door. It took an hour to get a red light. Sat another 30 before they started unloading. Took 2.5 hours to unload. Total time 4 hours. Place uses lumpers but I was prepaid. Office is after the first set of docks. Traffic is one way. Easy docks. No overnight on lot. There is 4-5 spots on street but dont count on it.

Great place. Showed up two hours early and was out straight in a door. Around an hour fifteen for unload time and done by 2:45am fifteen minutes before my appoint while I snoozed in the truck. Despite what the other reviews said I wasn’t run off immediately and was left alone until nearly 5am when I awoke on my own. All this to say between the good work of the warehouse guys and the clll dude behind the desk I’ll definitely be back

McLane through out the country is always a good place to deliver, because they are organized and have got employees who know how to work.I arrived at 02:00 for my 03:00 appointment and had my paperwork at 02:45.Also, it is more comfortable to NOT go to McLane hours before your scheduled appointment, as they will take you, because, I am not a part of all those Guys who have to be the first one there.

Due to no fault of my own I was late 2.5 hours for my delivery, and past their 5:30 a.m. receiving time. They offered to reschedule the delivery or charge $105 late fee. I paid the late fee and they unloaded me in less than 1 hour. I updated my wait time experience and facility information in the Steel Cobra facility information app I found on the Facebook Steel Cobra project page

Over 3 hrs on the dock reefer running no unload yet.i see a lot of good reviews but i feel i hate this place.why not have doors closed until they ready instead of wasting so much fuel

My appointment was 5 am I got out 8:25 I got late pick up my next load 👌👈🏼

We got here a couple hours before our appt. plenty of room to move around and we were here for 46 minutes. That’s from the gate to the green light. Most deliveries aren’t this painless, so thank you McLane!

Place sucks. Slow to unload. Waited 4 hours so far and still not finished. Dont waste your time here, deliver somewhere else. Leave this place for Swift.

I read all these reviews and I wish my experience was as great as those where... I brought lids for Bojangles from Illinois 5,000 ibs... 1am appointment.. .I arrived at 12:30pm Thurs night that put me right to dock 34 5 hrs later I get the green 💡.... Than I pull out and had about 20 cardboard skid skidsheets in the trailer.. .no parking on site.... Just my experience Im sure it seems most are better... The people where very nice... And plenty of room to move around.. .Ty have a blessed day

Very chill people working the night shift. Easy in, easy out. If you get there a few hours before your appointment, they wont turn you down. Appointment was at 3am. Checked in at 2:45am. Green light at dock at 3:30 am. There will be a lumper charge.Parking is available BEFORE you go in, but not AFTER. So plan accordingly. If you show up way before your appointment, parking is available on the LEFT SIDE before the gate. After you get unloaded, there is no place to park, and they wont let you park on their property.

This was hands down the absolute best McLane in the nation! Unloaded super fast and everyone was so nice 👍

Got here on time, two drivers in front of me was assigned a door immediately, no door available for me, but every other truck after me was assigned a door. Still waiting after an hour. 🤔Update: Been here a total of 6 hours so far. 😠

Absolutely awful. I would never recommend using them. The drivers are unreliable, rude, and have consistently broken things in our store AND run over employees with their dollies without apologizing.Multiple times they have shown up over 24 hours late for their delivery WITHOUT telling us it was going to be late. Anyone who runs a restaurant or any business knows how unacceptable that is. They have given us an entire delivery for a different store without realizing it.The customer service on the phone is just as bad - rude and unhelpful people. The phone system doesnt make sense, and when you finally get to a person that is supposed to help you, they never know the information you need.Our entire company hates working with them, and Im looking forward to finally replacing them with a capable company

These people took 5 hours to unload me without any lumper charges. They had a problem counting the freight. Maybe they should start hiring high school graduates. Then, there was a few people already in the office complaining their load locks werent in their trucks. I told them to just check while Im in the office. They said to go back to the truck and check first. Sure enough, 4 bars were missing. Then trying to go back in the warehouse, the yard jockey was super rude telling me I have to pull out of the door. I would understand if they didnt just screw me on the unloading time and stealing my load bars. Anyway, coming here, get ready for some super long counting times and getting your load bars stolen. When empty, just go right to the warehouse and take them, cause they will be stolen.

On Sunday September 15th gates are closed no one will answer call box or phones. After reading all the reviews i assume on weekends or atleast today. They don’t open gates until around 5am. Even tho appointment time was for 4 am.

Not a good experience. 3hrs plus and still at the dock being unloaded. You would think paying $226.00 would get you unloaded faster. Wishful thinking on my part.

They open the gates at 2300. Sure theres a whole line of trucks on the street but if people can park closer to each other we all can fit in. Had to park on the right side of the street. And then they want you to leave once youre empty. Where do you go in the middle of the night?

Friendly people working here. Slow unloading just six pallets. In door twenty minutes before appointment, but still setting over five hours waiting to get unloaded.

Got there at 540 am. Appt at 630. In a door by 550 am, outta there by 8 am. Took a bit longer than I thought it was going to but I got out with enough time for my next load.

Dont be late they charged me $105 late fees and they put me at the bottom of the line but they still got me out in 2.5 hours
