Great Mechanics for all your diesel needs

I’m an owner operator (ATF Logistics) leased to BARCA TRANS INC and CONCORD SERVICES INC , I’ve been a customer for Concord Diesel over two years and I’m very happy with their services! They help me repair any issues and have gone above and beyond to identify future problems, making my job easier and knowing that I’ll be safe on the road. When I need to go out with a load and there’s something that needs to be fixed they’ll make sure to get it done in time , even if they stay working some extra hours . I hope they continue in business giving their service the way they do it and I hope more mechanic shops take this steps to help truck drivers do better over the road....

Please do not take your truck here! The owner Manuel will have you’re truck for months and tell you his working on the truck and never does! He will stop answering the phone. I will be reporting him to the BBB. Take your work elsewhere!

If giving a rating less than one star were possible I would not hesitate to give a lower rating. I had one of my trucks towed to their shop and after months there, they have stopped answering my calls. I even have the personal cell phone number of Manuel, the owner and he has also stopped answering. I have not received any updates on what they are supposedly doing to the truck! These are the most unprofessional people that I have ever encountered in my life!

Had the truck for over a month...... we had to complete the repairs on site.....will inform the BBB About the poor service

I will never take my truck or anything to these people...i took my rollback there to get a engine put in..4 months later and $11300.00 later i finally got my truck back..he said the truck was ready to go..i took it to another shop and found out the rotors were worn out and alot of bolts and nuts were missing out of the radiator support and the engine area..the Absalute worst shop i have every seen..DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO tHEM..

This is the absolute worst shop I have taken mytruck to, 15,000 thousand dollars later and am having the same problems from the truck from a engine he rebuilt and he doesnt care everything he repaired has broken from engine rebuild, I cant even go a full week without breaking down the front steer tires have even blown,injectors,etc I had to take the truck back three times with no results and I have all my receipts to back up everything am saying,@$$$ Dont take your truck to Concord diesel youve been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
