As a small business owner that got her start in corporate, my tech support experiences in the past were purely practical and straight to the point. However, Greg is a breath of fresh air in this industry! He is professional, personable, and super fun to work with! When my computer crashed, I initially tried to self-resolve through the available tech manuals, since I no longer had the tech support of a large corporation available. I quickly realized I was in over my head, and had wasted precious time trying to resolve myself. When I contacted Greg, he came to the rescue and swiftly diagnosed and fixed my computer. He talked me through step by step what occurred, and helped me get back to work in record time. Having Greg as my trusted tech support is a weight off of my shoulders!

My company needed a responsive IT professional as the company started to grow w/ new clients and bigger projects. Office 365 was already the business environment we were working in but needed more top level expertise in order to use more of the tools and functionality. I am notorious for not understanding technology to the point I will literally ignore any problems by avoiding whatever device is having them. My laptop was infected (or something) probably 2 or more years ago. I didnt notice anything other than lack of memory when I wasnt using much or the incrementally slower running as time passed. One day I just stopped opening up my laptop and didnt really touch it unless absolutely necessary. My companys IT guy even offered to take a look at it for me, but couldnt remotely access it and wasnt able to meet in person so he had no luck helping. Then I met Greg. He said that while he might not be able to remote access it, I could still share my screen and he would walk me through fixing it up. He helped me for at least an hour, walking me through each step to setup malware and run scans and retrieve reports and all these other fancy terms he used that make me feel like I know what Im talking about. His patience with my technological savvy (or lack thereof) was much appreciated and he even set me up with enough knowledge to be able to keep an eye on my own computers safety for at least the near future. Greg comes with my highest recommendation for anyone having any sort of IT issues that they just cant seem to figure out on their own.

Our Community Center recently had work done on our network. We essentially needed an entire reworking and upgrade, as we have experienced issues with the internet and network for quite some time. The network in our facility went from having multiple areas with little to no coverage, to having complete and efficient coverage throughout the entire facility. Greg, at My Tech Coach, was excellent! He was extremely thorough in walking us through the steps that would need to be taken in order to get our network where we wanted and needed it to be. We would highly recommend My Tech Coach for any of your IT needs!

Greg did a fantastic job from start to finish fixing and setting up the wireless network at my parents home. Us three kids all made a mess of the system, each doing different things, Greg was quick to diagnose the problems, correct them and upgrade the whole network so there are no longer any issues at all.He is very responsive and eager to help, communication is top notch. Will not be going anywhere else for our IT needs from now on. Thank you Greg!

We migrated our small staff from O365 to G-Suite, which was a project that was beyond my meagre capacity. So I reached out to Greg. He was great in establishing a schedule and shepherding the project; he got all of my users - and their data - switched over to the new workspace in a way that was largely transparent to my team. Very responsive when a few issues popped up, and they were quickly resolved.

I inherited a computer that was buggy beyond my abilities to solve. Timing was critical. Luckily, I found Greg Phillips through HomeAdvisor. His reviews were encouraging, and in desperation I reached out to him. I am very glad I did. Within days the bugs were wiped, and Greg generously spent time discussing the issues and helping me figure out how I might avoid them in the future. He helped me set up a password program and followed up to see that the issues remained solved. I am so very happy that I took that leap and gave him my business. Perfectly delightful to work with.

I had been having Wi-Fi issues for years at my house. I own my own business and Wi-Fi is important. I had spoken with the service provider many many times and had a tech out on multiple occasions. I changed routers and modems and still nothing. I met Greg from My Tech Coach through a networking group. Greg came to my house, wore appropriate PPE to keep every one safe. Greg was able to work out some issue with the service provider because Greg talks the tech language. Greg made some suggestions on new equipment and made some adjustments to how the router works. In the end my Wi-Fi is working much better. Greg’s fees were very reasonable. I would recommend Greg and My Tech Coach to anyone with computer, Wi-Fi or general technology issues.Thanks Greg!

Greg was very helpful via phone in coming to a decision regarding my 8 yo Mac desktop that died overnight. Was it was worth fixing or should I go with replacing? He provided some diagnostics to help determine the reason it was not booting. Discussed changes in the Mac OS with which my desktop would not be compatible in the near future. He was willing to come to my house within 24 hours to swap out the HD with a solid state drive if I wanted to pursue that option. I decided upon replacing feeling confident that I made the correct decision thanks to Gregs advice.

A simple job of updating Windows 7 to 10 turned complex when the issues I had been having with my computer made a backup of my disc impossible. Carefully and completely, Greg was able to install all of the upgrades and pull files from the old corrupted disc so there was no loss of any information. Yay Greg!

Greg helped us out of a huge mess when we fell for a computer scam which compromised our data and corrupted our laptop. It was very traumatic upsetting, as it happened at a very stressful life changing time in the household. Greg was compassionate, efficient, and comprehensive. He was creative in finding ways to help, as we lived a distance away. He never made us feel foolish and helped us learn how to protect ourselves in the future. Greg was very good at explaining what was wrong with my very OLD computer. He suggested several possible new computers and then helped me set up my new one when it arrived. He was able to retrieve all my files from my old computer and downloaded them onto my new one, for which I am eternally grateful because I had been unable to log onto it and thought all was lost! He is very easy to work with and explains things in laymans terms and treats you like an equal. He gives you the time you need and doesnt rush through the job. I will be using Greg in the future for all my computer needs. It is very refreshing to find someone you can trust and with whom you feel comfortable! Thank you Greg, you are appreciated!

I had intermittent internet signal from Xfinity and thought I needed new coax run through the walls of my home to the router. Greg examined the existing line, and while old, found it to be sound. He determined that the source of the problem was outside of my home. Greg saved me hundreds of dollars for new line installation! BTW, it still took 2 more tech visits from Xfinity to replace the line from the street to the house.
