Huge shout out to Taylor and William who came out and inspected and cleaned our chimney today….we are pretty clueless when it comes to chimney stuff and they were so patient with us! They explained everything thoroughly and showed us a lot. They were professional and time efficient! Brandon came out and did a thorough job on the inspection and cleaning. Nice guy, timely and efficient (5 stars on that part).I had to knock a star off for the exorbitantly-high price quote of over $450 to pull my small chimney cap off, screw it back in with masonry screws and seal it.

Owen’s chimney is GREAT! My husband and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a chimney work.We were having issues with water leaking through our chimney into our house. After interviewing several chimney companies as well as contractors, we decided to use Owen’s Chimney for our project. I am so glad we made that choice! They ended up having to completely tear down and rebuild our chimney from the ground up. And it looks amazing. Better than my husband and I expected, and we are confident we won’t have a leaking issue again, which gives us much peace of mind.Ryan and Tim worked diligently for several weeks to complete this project. On top of that, they always kept me informed of their schedule, where they were at on the project, and any issues they came across. I never even had to ask, because I would always get a text or call from Ryan with an update each morning/afternoon. I don’t think we could have asked for a more hard working, thorough, and competent team to do this project. They went above and beyond our expectations.

I had Ryan and Blake today (5-7-18) to repair several cracks on the top of my chimney, as well as pressure wash and seal my chimney. We had Taylor and Blake come to our house. Taylor rebuilt our fire box and did a MOST excellent job. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Blake was working outside pressure washing and sealing the chimney. Together they made us feel so proud of our home. THey were AWESOME!

I have been a customer of Owens Chimney Services since January 2014. They rebuilt our chimney after a fire making it far better than the original one that was in the house. The staff is very professional and very efficient. James Owens, the owner, is very knowledgeable in all aspects of his business. Yesterday David Hixson and Brandon Forbes were at my home for my annual cleaning. This is the 4th cleaning following the fire and David was the technician that was here last year also. They arrived very promptly, in fact a few minutes earlier that the window of time agreed upon. They were very pleasant and immediately began to go to work. They were respectful of my home and my concerns. Brandon went on top of the house and David stayed at the stove. The work was done quickly, very efficiently, and both young men exhibited very professional behavior. I would expect nothing less from Owens Chimney Systems, as this is what the owner expects and builds his business and reputation on. I would recommend them for any and all chimney work concerns. I called Owens to setup an appt to have them look at installing my wood stove in my new house.Brandon and Craig came out to look at everything. Both were super nice and looked at what was needed, made notes and then typed me up a professional quote.Few days after the initial appt I called to schedule the install. My house has no chimney so pipe had to be ran from the stove, through the ceiling and attic and then out of the roof.Ryan and Kenny did the installation and did an AWESOME job. My wife and I could not be more pleased. Ryan and Kenny worked very well together, were super polite and friendly. They were here 2 days and called and communicated both mornings that they were on there way.Everyone I talked to from the office to the guys coming out were very friendly and polite. I highly recommend Owens.The only thing that sucks about getting a woodstove installed in September is that it’s to hot to burn wood. But when the time comes in a couple months I know I’m ready. Ryan went over all the clearance specs and made sure everything was right. Can’t wait until fall.
