I had a great meeting with Jesse to plan out the cleaning of my house. We had stains from a new puppy all over and he did a great job with his team by communicating each step and showing me the outcomes. We could not be happier the service - Right from the start I new we had chosen the right company to work with - Jesse cleaned two 8X10 rugs and made sure we were pleased with the results - we were. I had no clue who they were before I googled carpet cleaning - I read just a couple of their reviews and gave them a call - Im planning to call them first next time I need the services they offer.

I unfortunately had a big urine stain on my custom made couch that continued to smell despite all the home remedies I tired. I contacted Jesse and he responded very quick! Came the next morning and was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. The couch now looks like the day I bought it and no urine smell! Jessie steam cleaned our carpets, removing a sticky patch of silly putty that had resisted our clean up attempts for years. Saved me money in having to patch that spot. He also noted that our grout was not the color it should be. Since we were not original owners, I had no idea what the grout color was originally. Once cleaned, I was pleasantly surprised to find it a close match to our walls. He uses a few tools, including a black light to identify pet urine spots and then makes sure they get the removal and deodorizing needed. Although not cheap, it’s a lot less expensive than replacing and/or patching.

Thankful and happy to find Jesse to have him clean our carpet for the first time. We bought our house over 6 years ago and were excited to have a clean carpet like new:). He was very professional and knowledgeable. I like the fact that he can also clean the tiles/grout and hard wood floors. We will definitely hire him again and again. Thanks Jesse :)!

Jesse has cleaned the carpet in my house twice and did an excellent job both times. I would not use anyone else to clean the carpet in my house. He showed up on time, quoted me a fair price and had the work completed in the time estimate he quoted. He also is pretty flexible regarding scheduling. He provided me with a date within a couple of days of my call. He also always answers his phone and even called me when someone cancelled to give me the option of moving up the date to clean my tile. So if you like personal service over some big company that treats you like a number, use Jesse!He did so well with the carpet cleaning that I also had him clean my marble tile floors.
