This place used to be one to brag about. Not anymore. Got there super early to get my car cleaned and the owner comes around and opens my back door (without my permission) and tells me it’s gonna be extra to have my car detailed because it “too messy, you have a dog?” my car honestly wasn’t even bad aside from a few car seat crumbs. Unreal. Won’t be returning after many years! $cam!

The people there are really nice. They had my car cleaner then I expected for something that sat for almost 2 years...it looked like new again. Not only would I recommend them to anyone but I also bought a gift certificate to give to my mom for mothers day.

I called around 2:30pm about getting a car interior detailing. I was told first come first serve. I arrive at 3pm. I had never been here before. But the place was empty except for the employees lifting weights in the interior detailing bay. I pull up to the bay since there’s no instructions on what to do, and they employees start yelling at me and asking what are you doing. I say I’ve never been here before but I want an interior detailing. They said sorry it’s too late in the day for that. I can get a car wash though. I said I don’t need a car wash. It was 3pm and they close at 5:30pm. My Mazda 6 mostly likely won’t take 2.5 hours. Especially with all 6-10 guys working on it instead of lifting weights. Very unprofessional and confusing. Will not be coming back.

This place apparently got bought out by a foreigner at some point and the service aspect is seriously lacking now. I recently moved across the country and just before I moved I went into Unos to have an interior / exterior clean. Despite the fact I had a fully stamped wash card and was leaving not just the area or the state but moving entirely across the country the OWNER would not allow me to have any sort of discount off my service for my fully punched card. He was also EXTREMELY rude. This is not the service you expect in New Hampshire. Any other business would have given me some sort of discount for my fully punched card in light of the situation. I will admit the cleaning service was excellent but the customer service aspect was not. Their waiting room used to be a very large room with heat, lots of space and a bathroom. Since it got bought out, now they have this tiny space that literally is only big enough to fit five chairs in a row. This tiny waiting room is in no way appropriate post-covid. It also is not heated so if you go in early spring when they first open like I did youre freezing sitting in that room. It also has no bathroom so while you are waiting two plus hours for your car to be cleaned you have nowhere to use a facility. I had to walk across the street to Jiffy Lube to go to the bathroom. If I was still in New Hampshire, I can tell you I would not be coming back to this place, regardless of my very long history with them.

The car came out of the automatic wash nice and clean. No long lines, and the the guys pre-wash with brushes. Prices are fair, sometimes I find coupons. I think they still offer a happy hour special price at 4 or 5 pm. The self wash is fine, too.

The car cleaning was OK. The interior has tons of spots completely missed. Dust and even the steering wheel had some coffee spill in it. Also I was getting a deep cleaning and it was in the garage and there was people smoking when we dropped it off and they must be smoking in there often so now my car smells like smoke. I gave 2 stars because the cleaning isn’t horrible horrible.

7/8 if the car looked amazing after the $20 super works. Passenger side bottom half of the car still had mud which was now waxed on lol. Otherwise it worked well.

Low pressure at the self wash, its only good for a light wash. Had to drive to Kerners next day to get out the bugs this one wouldnt.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I used a $5 bill to change in to quarters it gave back $4. I figured no big deal and use a $1 to get a air freshener. Except it took my money and i couldn’t get the money back. Then went to use the vacuums (ALSO) took another $1.75 and it wouldn’t turn on. No point in asking for my money back. Because the owner was behind me on the phone because a customer used the auto car wash and the car wash machine smashed through her brand new truck window. Place is a dump do not go here. Nothing but down hill and no proper working machines.

Fantastic wash! We got the $25 Ultimate Shine Package and it came with a Dash Shine Pad, glass cleaner and a Air freshener! The wash also did a great job!

I took my car here for a wash and my car got scratched. I immediately had the manager take a look and he denied it. Basically called me a liar. Beware!!

I stopped in today to have the interior of my car cleaned. They had no other customers and three guys jumped to help. Good start. One was explaining options when another interrupted to ask if there were dog hairs in the car. Probably, I answered. I do have a dog although hes rarely in the car. The second guy quickly opened the back seat and barked charge him an extra $20 for the dog hair.. Thats just crazy! I have leather seats front and back, the car is pretty clean, less than a year old. I cant imagine how the few dog hairs would impact the level of effort and the guys attitude was remarkably rude. I turned around and left. I wont be back and I WILL spread the word.

I have a GMC Acadia with a kayak rack on the top. I have gone through the car wash multiple times in the past. Today the gentleman that’s the manager that doesn’t speak English very well decided that my car was too high to go through the car wash and refuse me service I will never go back there again

I have been going here for years and even buy their booklet of car washes ahead. I usually put up with the rude demeanor of the owner/manager but today he was over the top. The car wash was broken and instead of giving me back my prepaid ticket he pushed me through the car wash. He had the guys spray my car down as they always do in the prewash and then put my car through the wash. NOTHING was running - not even any water. So he prewashed my car and go it soapy and then sent me through a broken car wash and I left with a soapy car. I had to go down the street to rewash my car. I will be using my prepaid tickets up and not returning. They lost a customer that has been using them for years for not being honest. He knew it wasnt working because he yelled at the guys to send me through and the guy said it isnt working. So, disappointed.

They did a great job cleaning my husbands truck (it was a birthday surprise) and polishing the outside! Great value for the money. ....and I forgot a bag from CVS in the waiting room and when I went back a week later, they had the bag set aside... even the chocolate!!! Great coupons in the Val-Pak mailers as well as discounts with the coupon books. Great area business!

Went to the car wash out for the first time and purchased the top wash for $20.00After going through thetunnel the windshield had bugs and dirt on it so I asked the guy if he would clean it up. Brought my wives car here to be cleaned out. Talk about a Joke. Was charged $80.00 for the extra clean they didnt clean anything they just wiped stuff down. They barely vacuumed anything. They do a horrible job. Granted the basic car wash is nice but font bother if you actually want the car cleaned and detailed.

I used to wash my car there, but my car got scratched badly on front because their brushes were dirty in automatic wash. Since then I never go there.

Not the same as when I can do it at home but with the cold weather Im not able to and this is the only car wash I trust to clean my car if Im not able to do it myself

I like this car wash accept I have a hard time getting a wash with cleaning. I had May, June & July coupons. I went at least 5 times per month at different times. I was always told no time because there was too many cars waiting. One time I went, the boss said he had too many. There was one car in bay & 2 waiting. I am handicap with a brace on leg and one hand crippled so I need them to do it. I plan to go again and wait the 4-5 hours to get it done.

I brought my truck there for detailing. Was told a 2hr wait I came back before 2 he and was told 1/2 hr wait. I left my truck went across the st to eat. Came back in 1 hr and no one had touched my truck. The man was working on other cars. Gave me a lame excuse...so I left and went else where.

Great place to clean your ride

Got all the sand, salt and grime off everything. Two minutes and shiny bright. Used their towels to wipe down the grill and was on my way. Oh! It was just $10 bucks and no freezing cold for me.

Car came out and was not clean. No one dried it off or inspected it when it came out. The entire back of my car looked like it wasnt even touched by the water/soap. Very dissatisfied that I had paid for the best package offered and the rain could have cleaned my car better.

I used the self service car wash and vacuums. I found the bay to wash my car with mud all over the floor and some trash inside inside the bay. I needed to wash the area in front of my door to be be able to get back in without messing up my car’s floor.It costs $4.00 to start and then cost $.25 for each additional 15 seconds. I think that’s a bit high considering the condition of the car wash in general. Also, the vacuum area was quite dirty and trash cans were nearly full too. The overall appearance of the car wash was in disarray. The best thing I would say that they did well was to offer towels to use as well as window cleaner. Kudos to them for that.I wouldn’t come back here if at all possible. The one employee that I did say hi to was very nice though which is why I gave it an extra star. I THINK my car is cleaner than when I arrived.

This car wash has been in constant operation for many years now. They have everything you need no matter if you want to vacuum & brush or pressure wash your own car, have someone else clean the car for you at a fairly reasonable price, or just drive thru the tunnel after choosing one of no less than three different wash options. The machinery has never failed while Ive been there & the end result is a clean car. Easy to see. Easy access & exit.

Quick and easy. There are times when you have to wait to get your car cleaned but I see that as a compliment to their quality of service. Highly recommend.

Nice wash. Attendants to help with the trouble spots before the car goes through the wash. It can be expensive but buying the coupon books for multiple washes make it much more affordable. Definitely a good wash to get the salt off. Went through when the temperatures were single digits, they were open and still got a good wash.

What a rip off. I went there to use the self serve car wash. It costs $4 to start, and you only get 1 minute per dollar. Are you kidding me? It would be cheaper to spend the money on gas and go to the next town. I wont be coming back, thats for sure.

Very professional with fair prices, but my car never comes out clean. Therere always dirty patches left along the sides. I drive a 2010 Outback, your car might have better luck.They give you a free card to earn a free wash after so many paid ones.

This is the best car wash- bar none! They have places that you can wash your own car with a pressure washer, or you can go through their drive through car wash. If you go through the drive through, you drive in and put your car in neutral, the car wash moves your car along through the wash. First, though, there are usually 2 workers who do a quick wash of your car with long brushes (like brooms) , they do a good job right there and then you go through the wash and your car actually looks clean. They have lots of vacuums and provide free rags and spray cleaner to use to clean inside your car. I have also had my car cleaned once with what I think they call detailing ( maybe its another name), anyway, they washed the car, then vacuumed it and washed all the upholstery and carpets. They have a rather dingy room that you wait in, but its sufficient. I think it had a TV in the room and some magazines. Its been a while so I cant remember. My friend has them just vacuum the inside, and do the wash. Ive never had that done, but she loves it. Im actually online right now to see if they are open on Sunday and saw they had no reviews. Excellent place, and just having those free rags and spray cleaner is really nice when you are in the mood for vacuuming your car. Most important though, are those guys who clean your car before your car goes through the automatic car wash. Excellent job Unos, thank you!!

This is a good car wash. Weird though to pull up to the drive-thru and be greeted by dudes puffing on Camels. They do a good job just the same. They have towels. The coin op vac I used was good. The have a wash card program, the sixth one is free. A little out of the way, but so is Concord.

Best car wash ever! I love that they allow you to pull around and they offer dry clean rags for you to wipe your car down for free.

Convenient and has every way to clean you car imaginable but the one downfall we ran into is you had to have cash so we raided the change dish in the car and was able to make it so we could clean the car. We are the credit card society haha we wouldve liked a credit option.

Vacuums barely work and only operate with quarters. Very short operating time and you can only increase the time by inserting 4 more quarters to restart the vacuum. I went through all the quarters I had ( $3 worth) and still not able to finish my minivan. The small area for vacuuming was not very clean. expensive for just the drive through carwash

Best cleaning job of any machine in the area. They leave towels out for detail drying. They have both an automatic car wash as well as individual power washing booths. They also offer full detail service.

Try to dry my car detailed. I get there on 7/21. Over an hour wait. I ask what time on Sunday they open. They tell me 8. I arrive at 7:20 and am first in line. By 8:30 NO ONE HAS SHOWN UP TO OPEN THE BUSINESS. This is not the first time this has happened… The work they do is great but they’re on reliable as far openin time

This is this only car wash that I go to. They always do a good job but today the young man (reddish hair) spraying the outside did an exceptional job! He went around the car at least three times, making sure all the bug spots were gone etc. I was impressed! At Xmas time I buy books of coupons to give as gifts-every needs a carwash!

Best car wash in town!

Apparently pays more attention to phones and texting than getting your car done in the hour and a half that they say it takes. Still here waiting and watching him text meanwhile it’s my one day off from my business in two weeks and I am wasting my entire day off here. Save the texting for after the job is done.

The $35 wash and interior clean is the best deal around! Takes about an hour, and they do a fantastic job! You cant beat it for that price!

I called on a Thursday to see if appointments were needed as I had decided to trade my car in and wanted a quick interior detail prior to the trade-in. I was informed that it was first come first serve and it was recommended I come when they open at 8am. 8am I brought my car and was told, rudely, by the owner that he could not do it because they were cleaning the car wash I was told to leave my car or come back at 10am. 10am I called to ensure I was not wasting more of my time since I was now at work. I was told there are three cars ahead of me and it will likely be at least 2 hours as the detailer may not have even been there yet. I cant rate the work done at UNOs because I could not get my car in unless I was willing to leave it there all day. The young gentleman who initially helped me and spoke with me on the phone as very nice and apologetic for the situation and his rude boss.

I totally enjoy using Uno Car Wash and Car Detailing, the staff is amazing. The owner is personal and truly appreciates the customers feedback on their service. I highly recommend this car wash and car detailing service.

I like the way they clean the outside of my truck, but I can never get to do the inside in a timely manner. Their sign says inside and out cleaned in 35 minutes or less, but everytime I check when they only have one or two cars in the bays, they tell me two hours or more minimum.

The owner is extremely rude - barks demands, annoyed, treated me as an interruption of his day and not thankful at all for the business. The kid who cleaned the vehicle was nice but sloppy - for $70 didnt even wipe down leather seats or clean out trash from the console. Too bad - I manage a fleet of vehicles and WILL NOT BE BACK.

Showed up to have truck detailed on Thursday around 10am, they said they were busy and do not do appointments, asked me to come back in an hour. I came back in an hour and they say theyve just booked someone else and to come back in 45 minutes. Guy who talked to me the second time was very rude. They must get enough business that they dont need to be decent to customers. Never going there again.

Great place for the most part and has/had been for lots of years. Id caution everybody though if you were not satisfied with your automatic wash to NOT to talk to the Asian man as he is most rude and made it obvious he was not interested in helping me. It probably doesnt help that he cant speak clear and concise English (if any at all). This isnt meant to be hypercritical but stating a fact. Their guarantee is theyll wash your car a second time with a duplicate wash which he didnt. I had purchased the Works and it was showing strange spotting on the finish of the car after it had come out the first time. The second time I went through with the basic wash. The reason I know this is because none of the lights were flashing in the tunnel as I went through and obviously he had intentionally punched it in that way (that was confirmed for me by one of the workers). Needless to say the spotting did NOT come out the second time around. Im hoping they werent squirting the car with a solution they use on the tire rims . This seems to happen there occasionally. Ive been using Unos exclusively for many years and I buy their coupon books regularly. Should you go there and encounter a problem, Id suggest you ask for Clark, who is the owner; he is friendly ordinarily and usually accommodating. Generally speaking Id give Unos 4-5 stars; todays experience merits 2 stars at best. If you have a brand new car, Id be cautious wherever you take it.

I work with a local car dealer and bring a minimum of 3 cars a week to Unos. Recently, the price has gone up and the quality down. The only reason I keep bringing them cars is because there isnt another detailer close by. At this point, were looking to hire a part time detailer.

(Update summer 2019. I have a new black truck that I run through Unos SuperWorks wash for $20 plus $2 tip every week. I give up. I can see dirt streaks that are not getting cleaned on the tailgate, back bumper, and back window. And water spotting on all surfaces! Somebody please open a proper car wash in Concord that does a quality job for $20! ) I have been coming here for years. Something has changed ( for the worse!) in the past year. The property and facility are no longer clean and well maintained. The wash tunnel quality is very inconsistent. I have a new truck. The first time I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of my wheels I was told the crew was short handed and I could wait or clean them myself. On subsequent visits the wheels were not cleaned I let it go and hoped for better results next time.Yesterday, they were not busy. I expected a good result. When I was finished in the tunnel I inspected the result. Wheels and tires were not cleaned. Remember that Unos sign promises clean wheels every time. I went back around to the tunnel entry and complained. The supervisor and the tunnel staff had a mildly heated conversation where the staff appeared to complain that the wheel cleaning solution sprayer wasnt working. I wonder for how long that has been an issue? So the staff worked harder the second time and cleaned the wheels, doing a better job but the result is still not to the standard that Unos has operated at for years. Where is the owner with the black Jaguar? He ran a tight ship when he was there on a daily basis. It is not a well run operation anymore, and the wash results are mediocre.

Does a good job. Generally cordial. Nothing to complain about, nothing that stands out.

Ive gotten the shampoo and general interior clean for my car. Both times were excellent quality cleaning. They open for that service at 8am on weekdays, but there can be a wait at times.
