I cant say enough about my experience here today. I brought my 4runner here in the morning on a recommendation from my mechanic. I trust them enough to work on my truck, so I figured I could trust them on who to clean it up for me.Well, my expectations were exceeded to the next level. I wish I had taken before photos of my rig before I dropped it off. 😪 I expected it to be clean with shiny wheels, and clean carpets. What I found when I returned literally blew me away! Clean is not what I would call this. Immaculate is what I received! Hence the name I guess! Upon arrival, I was greeted by the owner of the business, who walked the vehicle with me and was watching my body language and eyes very carefully. He instantly brought it back in the shop for a few touch-ups. My 24 year old truck looked like it must have when it was new. Everything, I mean EVERYTHING was clean and shiny. The paint felt smooth and satin like. The floors and seats were shampooed and every inch of the dash and consoles were meticulous! The engine looked like brand new! Every detail was looked over and done to perfection! I cannot recommend this business enough! Literally the best of the best in ALL aspects of what they do! If you ever want your car brought back to perfection, these are your people! 110% job Micah and company! Kudos for a job superbly done! ❤

I have used this business in the past with great results. My wife went out of town and I wanted to surprise her and I called and talked to the owner about wash and wax and clean, vacuum and put leather conditioner on the interior of her 2019 Chevy Blazer. When I went to pick up I pointed out the interior condition and he was not concerned at all. I even pointed out you threw the floor mats in the back of the Chevrolet Blazer and he didnt even offer to put them back in. Door jams were not wiped down, it was just waxed and all the dust you can see in the pics. None of the glass was cleaned and they didnt even hardly vacuum the interior as you can see from pics. Also the leather conditioner wasnt applied. There were a bunch of spots all over the car that should have buffed out like tree sap and he told me it wouldnt come out. I get better service from Sams Car Wash than this especially the interior. This is a car detailer and Im very disappointed first of all it happened and second of all I gave them a chance to fix it. To be fair, I talked to the owner about my concerns and he promised me he would call me back on Monday and schedule a time to correct the problem, even sent him pictures. He never called and its been 12 days with no phone call to schedule an appointment.

I have a 2010 Ford Ranger that has basically been parked for the past 2 years. I decided to put it back into service, but it looked pretty bad! I took it to Mics which has transformed it back into the pretty little truck I bought brand new back in 2010.I knew it would look good, but I was still shocked to see the outstanding job they did on this truck!...it is immaculant, shiney, and simply gorgeous! I had them do and inside/outside detail, buff, and wax. They even cleaned the engine!!! I really got my moneys worth and then some!! The personnel were quite friendly and courteous, and you could tell that they took pride in their work.I will use Mics again and I highly recommend them to anyone that just wants their vehicle cleaned up or wants it transformed into showroom condition! It looks that good!

Two days ago, my daughter purchase a car from an auction and it was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. I’m so grateful because the team for us in, because there was a cancellation, and blew our minds with the transformation! My daughter was so happy and now feels great about her vehicle because it feels like a new car! Did I mention we drove an hour round trip twice to support this business because of Mike’s reputation? We did and will do it again with blinking! If you need your car detailed, it’s worth the commute and their prices are great. Oh, one more thing...we had it “detailed” by someone else before bringing it to Mike and his team. That business, which shall go unnamed, did a horrible job. Don’t waste your money, go to Mike first!

Literally one word to describe Mics... AMAZING! I bought my car used and lets just say when I got it back from Mics today it looks better than when I bought it. Top notch service, very communicative, extremely fair pricing. Ive never been a huge fan of having my car detailed but I will definitely repeat after this experience. Well worth the money

I brought my Rav4 here after my son scratched up my car with a rock. The owner Mike made my car look like it was brand new and I couldnt see any sign of the scratches. Went to Mics for my first ever details and I am happy that I chose these guys. The car was quite a mess after a harsh winter up north and these guys restored it as close to like new as possible. At 59 years old I have had my vehicle detailed many times over the last 30 years. Each time I thought, this is not bad, it was never great, but not bad. Then things changed after finding Immaculate Mics. My expectations were so far exceeded my friends now think I work at Mics as a salesman promoting clean cars. If you are on the fence about trying this place go ahead and jump, you will NOT be disappointed. Professional, friendly, timely and a great value for the work completed. I am highly impressed with the results. I have a black vehicle that had swirl marks in it from a previous detail somewhere else. They took the time and had the expertise to remove the swirl marks and make my van look new again. The paint surface is so smooth it’s unbelievable. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. I’ll be back for my next detail, no doubt.

I took my SUV the this shop to see what services I could get instead of paying $4000 for a paint job just on the passenger side of my car. I will eventually have to get a new car, but after today’s wax job and detailing job I almost cried with joy. So rather than trying to find a new car right now, they turn my dull looking car into a shining star. I was so happy with the results. Awesome job you guys.

They did a great job. They got out a soda stain I had let sit for two years on ceiling seats and door. Really nice and on time.

I brought my corvette in for swirls,scratches and water spots in the paint that I had tried in vain to remove. I was shocked at how flawless the paint looked when I picked it up. The team here did an AMAZING job on my car. I came in with a pretty bad 10 year old Ford Fiesta, with water in the trunk causing mold and mildew throughout the rest of my car, making it unbearable to drive.The team at Mics made my car seem brand new again, shampooing everything, and running my car through a couple ozone treatments. When I got the car back, there was no mold or mildew anywhere. I would definitely return here again, as they also did a great job with an interior detail and exterior buff and wax.

My car was stolen and when the police recovered it, it was trashed. Full of marijuana smell, trash, mud, spit, ashes , you name it. After I got my car back from Mic’s, the car looked brand new!!!! Took my car to get the interior cleaned. I have 3 small children and cloths seats! So you know how that goes. My seats were a mess stained, dirty and definitely needed cleaning. My car looks good as new they look such time and care in their work. My seats look.amazing no spot in sight. They clean every nook and crannie. They did my trunk and even got where leaves sometimes tend to get it. Everything was a pleasant experience from beginning at booking to picking up your vehicle. They even give you a courtesy call and text to let you know the status.Will definitely recommend 👌

Great experience at Immaculate Mics. I bought a used black chevy dually that needed some TLC. They buffed and waxed it to bring the black paint back to life. What would have taken me 2 weekends to do, they did in 1-2 days. Really good work and very fair on pricing.

This place is absolutely amazing !I took them my husbands Toyota when he spilled a can of white paint all over his black leather seats it the back and the door. I thought we would have to replace the entire back seat. They got all the paint out and had it looking like brand new, and not for a crazy outrageous price.I recommend them to everyone. Plus their staff is super nice and professional. I will use them for all of our vehicles.

I had the pleasure to meet James here, a truly good man and very professional person. I had a very bad experience, in a different place, with the window tinting for my car and couldnt even pass the inspection to renew the registration of my car. I explained the situation to James and although I arrived as a walk-in, he immediately took care of my car. He understood that I needed to fix my problem asap because of the deadline for my car registration. James removed the bad tinting, fixed my problem and left my car in perfect condition ready to pass the inspection. James was very patient, efficient, polite and I will definitely recommend Immaculate Mics to everybody because the service they provide is EXCELENT!!

Amazing work. My husband and I attempted to clean the car ourselves- but despite our best efforts and a brand new rug cleaning machine, we werent able to come close to cleaning the interior half as well as Immaculate Mics. When we brought the car in we had everything from oreos to melted lollipops and juice box juice in every nook, cranny of the car. When we got it back, it was like new. Well be back for sure!

Dropped off my 2015 Subaru Outback. Picked up a shiny clean immaculate vehicle. My engine looked pitiful before. It looks like it’s never been driven now. Just wanted to thank Immaculate Mics again for the awesome job they did on my sons Mazda CX-7. From the incredible interior and exterior detail to the complete headlight restoration, the car was truly brought back to life. This car looks better than it did when I put bought it almost 5 years ago. James was great to work with throughout the entire process. I could not be any happier.

Waste of time and money! This place is unprofessional and unorganized. The customer service was horrendous and unacceptable. They also play games with their prices. I came in, had my car looked at and was quoted a price. When I called to schedule my appointment, I was quoted a different price and told to refer to the pricing board. So when I arrived the morning of the appointment I did look at the board and the prices didnt match up. I then attempted to ask the employee if there had been a mix up in the pricing he pulls out his phone and starts yelling the second quoted price. Each time I attempted to speak he cut me off and just yelled out the price then finally said either you want it or you dont. The disrespect had me furious! But instead of arguing with someone who obviously hates his life and his job, I just walked away. I ended up going to AutoBell who did a great job! Sad part is my car didnt really need a full detail that cost hundreds of dollars but I called myself Supporting a local business. NEVER AGAIN!

I have edited my review and changed it to a five star. I will tell you why. The owner right away called and was responsive to the scheduling problem and miscommunication. He truly cares about his business and the service he provides to the community. If he was that quick and responsive, imagine how they will detail your car. I have experienced their work and it is amazing.

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago and verified appointment earlier this week..... Arrived to drop vehicle off at scheduled time only to be told that I was not on the schedule and my vehicle could not be serviced until the following week. Poor customer service and organization.

Mic cleaned one of my cars about a year ago. They did well. It was at their old location. I have tried for 4months to get my car cleaned and his new location. Calls go unanswered. Returned at the end of business tellin me they are booked up, wont allow me to schedule an appointment. I stop by multiple times in person just to get my Interior cleaned, nothing. There is Always an excuse or reason. Today was the LAST time I try giving him my business. Not to mention I have a whole fleet. I TRY to give my business to local businesses but I 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND Immaculate Mics! Go somewhere else!

Brought in my Moms Chrysler Town and Country mini van to have it detailed for her birthday. I brought it in on a Tuesday afternoon and it was ready as promised on Wednesday afternoon. It looked brand new. When my Mom saw it she couldnt believe it was her vehicle. We will now start bringing other vehicles to get detailed.

They did an awesome job buffing on the car! Had scratches and marks that we thought would only come out with repainting the vehicle, but Mic and his crew got them out and the car looks like its been repainted. Unbelievable difference! Also the inside of the car looks new and they were able to get stains out of a seat. Great job !!! Made an appointment and they also finished at the stated time.

I took my car to Mics for a full detailing, it had not been cleaned that well in years. Lots of issues with cloth seats being messed up by kids when they were young. I was very pleased with the outcome. I heard that they worked on it non stop from 9 when I dropped it till 5 when I got it back and it was quite reasonable price for the amount of work they put into it. Also, they dropped me off after I left the car with them and dropped it to my home after it was cleaned, that was a very nice touch and convenient.

They did a great job my truck was covered in mud and dog hair and they had it looking brand new. Expensive but you get what you pay for!

My car was pretty bad from taking it to festivals, taking our dogs on our hikes, letting friends borrow the car and used to be smoker so been smoked in 4 years finally quit smoking and decided to treat ourselves to a fresh detail. So I dropped off a dirty 2013 Chevy Dually and I picked a Lambo! Great service, smiling faces, hard workers! My truck was truly immaculate lots of scratches gone, exterior looked great. The interior was just like a brand new car. SPOTLESS. I didnt want to get in and mess it up. They have made me a permanent customer. I received the full wash, wax, buff, wet sand , engine cleaning, shampooed the carpets seats , the headliner.

I was passing by and decided to stop and inquire about having my car cleaned up. I didnt know what it was going to take and upon speaking to Mic he was very friendly and told me to bring the car up to their place and he would look at it and buff a test spot. After looking over the car He said it was just oxidation and would need to be buffed and waxed. He explained the process to me and made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands. I had a busy schedule that weekend but he was very accommodating to me. I brought the car to him and in just a few hours he called me and said it was ready. When I pulled up to pick it up I saw the car and it looked better than when I bought it. He made the car look fantastic again and I was very thrilled. Mic also recommended products to use in the future. He has great customer service skills and does his best to accommodate the customer despite a busy schedule that he has himself. I recommend Immaculate Mics auto detailing.

Took my Sonata in after one of my boys left the door open in a rain storm. Mic & his team went above and beyond my expectations. Mic did an incredible job at our home. He made an 11 year old boat that was dull and moldy look better than we thought possible. Add incredible service and communication on top of that, and Mic just earned himself some very loyal customers.

I’ve had my Lexus SUV detailed at Immaculate Mic’s several times, and they always live up to their name! My car comes back to me spotless despite all the crumbs and dirt it had smeared and shoved into the cracks and on the seats by the kids. I had some scratches from people hitting my doors in the parking lot and they were able to buff those scratches out, saving me from having to have my car painted. This is definitely the place to go if you want a professional detail that has your car looking like new!!

Fantastic work! I have a 2018 Mercedes GLA 250 (hatchback). I found myself in a situation where I had to carry 5 goats in the car, for 3 hours. Needless to say my car was a horrible, dirty, smelly disaster. I brought my car in the morning and by the afternoon, my car looked and smelled brand new! Thank you for the excellent work and for saving my car....and my nose ;)

I picked up a black 2016 Ford Focus ST from a the dealer about 3 weeks ago. The car looked great in the lighting sitting on their showroom floor. When I got the car home and looked it over out in the sun, I was surprised to see excessive water spotting and swirling in the paint (especially on the hood).I had Mic do a wash, buff and wax on the car. All I can say is this is how the car should have looked from the dealer. Mics pricing was extremely fair (especially considering the amount of work done), and I couldnt be happier with the results.After the work was done, Mic took the time to answer questions and recommend products to use when detailing the car myself. I highly recommend Immaculate Mics and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was driving down the road near this business when some kids threw an egg at my car! I pulled in to the manual car was next to Immaculate Mics but the change machine was broken so I asked this nice gentleman, Mic, if he had change. He didnt but instead he said he would wash the egg off the car, which he did, and with a big smile and a great attitude. He wouldnt take any money for his effort but as I began to look at the car he was detailing before I interrupted him, I realized this is the place I want to bring my car in the future! Nothing less than amazing job. Down to every detail, every spot of my cars are of course immaculate! Whether it’s my smaller Prius or larger suv they handle it with great care and satisfaction. And I don’t make it easy on them. We live in our cars. I’m never disappointed. Great job, great service!!!
