The team always does a great job. Ive been getting my oil changed there for 5 years. Staff is knowledgeable and not pushy with recommendations.

They dont take appointments, which I like. I drove up at 12:30 on a Wednesday and was ready to go in about 15 minutes! They filled my tires and washed my filthy windshield, too!

Got here at 740 they had me in by 750. Really respectable people here. Offered water to me and my son. Prices were good. Offered other services but did not make me feel pressured on getting anything. Will definitely return here. Oh and even though it’s raining right now they still cleaned my windshield😃.

I am usually skeptical of oil change places but by far this was the best. It was a very reasonable price in a very reasonable amount of time. They offered us cold water bottles while we waited and do free top offs between oil changes. He was very informative about my car and helped me understand things I was curious about. They also filled the tires. Will for sure come back again.

Came in pretty last minute, but we still got the same service described in other reviews, excellent. Quick, informative, they actually clued us in to a weird hole in our car (used, what can you do?).

These gentlemen were great. In and out in 15 minutes. Oil and transmission fluid change. 240$ on a 2011 tundra. (8 quarts)

Yesterday at around 5:40 p.m. I drove up to inquire about the cost of an oil change. The guy told me like $47....so I said...sounds good 2 me. The guy was terrific...took care of EVERYTHING...I DIDNT EVEN GET OUT OF THE CAR!!..SO 4 $50...HE checked the trans fluid..the brake fluid..the power steering fluid changed the oil and filter and filled with 5 or 6 qts... then he checked all 4 tires for corrrect pressure....and the best part....it took about 15 mins....ALL OF THIS AND EXCELLENT SERVICE 4 $50.16. Which included tax...Best $50 I EVER spent. Oil changes on market st. In concord next to ned$ auto body and paint.....EXCELLENT PRICE AND EXCELLENT SERVICE....YOU GUYS ROCK ..and Thanks Again..a customer for life!! Sincerely, Darlene Green

It was a Sunday and I really needed an oil change, I went to two other places before this and both were closed, so 3rd times a charm right? The employees were friendly and I liked how they gave me the different options. Overall fast and easy oil change, they even cleaned my windows and offered me a nice cold bottle of water.

If you live near Concord and need a good oil change place, come here. Every time I have taken a car here they always provide wonderful customer service. Theyre fast, friendly and honest. I never feel like theyre trying to sell me stuff I dont need. In fact when the dealership told us we need x y and z done to the car, we asked them about it and they told us the car was fine. I really cant say enough how much I love this place and all the amazing people who work here.

Its uncommon for me to review a business but i was very pleased with the service here. Joe helped me at the Concord location and was very promt, courteous and did not over charge me like Oil Changers normally tries to. The staff were even friendly towards eachother and did not use foul launguage (*cough* Oil Changers) I will definitely be coming back for my next oil change.

The bumbling idiots at Lafayette Jiffy Lube are SOL. This place is worth the drive. The way they talk to each other has this vibe of military precision. You dont get out of your car but they do offer you a free bottle of water. I tip here. These dudes are legit.

They just put synthetic oil (costs twice as much) in my car without asking. Then lied and said it was required for my car. I corrected them saying that it is recommended, but not required. All they could say is, Well... and no worries. They didnt try to remedy the situation, and they didnt seem to care at all. Very disappointed and wont be going back.

Be aware they try to sell you something else. I do my first oil change here. They try to sell that I need to change my transmission fluid and flush my cooling system because its dirty even though its newly change when I both it in the dealership.. and they try to sell there engine cleaning fluid even it is not necessary.. and they never check your tire pressure unlike the other express oil change I experience..

Be aware that they will always try to sell you something else. They try to change my direction oil saying it was dirty i i was changed 2 months ago in somewhere else.

Good. Feels more comfortable getting your car serviced here as they show you the oil theyre using etc, so an honest set up. You pay more than Jiffy Lube, but to be honest I dont know how these places make a profit unless theyre not doing it right. So, I would rather pay a fair price for the correct job being done. It cost $87.95 for a Toyota Prius premium (Mobil 1 0W-20) oil change with filter and a general mechanical check up (no issues found or invented.......).

Very professional. No pressure to upgrade. All products shown to me before they were put in the car. Never even had to get out of the car.

Good service when in a rush. If your drain plug is f*** up, then they can do upper evac to change oil.
