I am the owner of a 2017 Cadillac CTS 2.0 Turbo luxury sedan. I purchased this vehicle brand-new from Banks Chevrolet and in the same year during the winter had a incident where the vehicle slid off the road at low speed and hit a snowbank and incurred minor damages. The vehicle was less than a year and a half old when the incident took place. I brought it to Banks collision Center so I would have some continuity. This was an error in judgment on my part. The vehicle required a full replacement of the front bumper cover and paint work (no body work) on the left rear door and quarter panel as a result of scratches. The car was ready approximately one week after dropping it off and upon first inspection, heavy runs were noticed in the left rear quarter panel and the paint did not match in texture or color. After some time talking to the manager, they agreed to repaint the door, quarter panel and other affected areas. The second time was no better and still did not match the vehicles color or texture. Keep in mind this vehicle was only a year and a half old and had approximately 15,000 miles. This happened one more time until I finally accepted what was still an inferior product. Fast-forward another year and a half: Now at this point, the front bumper cover, which was replaced with a brand-new one started to lose all of the paint. I made another appointment and brought it back only to hear the body shop manager claim the splotches of missing paint were somehow due to rock chips. I fervently disagreed because I’m not an idiot and he finally conceded it must be a problem with the paint products they used. Again, they took the vehicle back in and repainted it. All seemed well after that event and I’m still waiting for some other failure to develop. In all fairness, at least for me, the manager did step up and concede the issues laid squarely in their arena. After some bickering about all of the issues, the manager preformed a full recon of the vehicle at no charge. I do give props to the manager for admitting their faults. However, I should have never had to take the vehicle back in the first place much less that many times for paintwork that was so obviously flawed. I fervently suggest not sending your vehicle to this establishment regardless of whether you purchased it from Banks Automotive or not. Simply spoken: their paint work is comparable to that which comes from a Rust Oleum spray paint can and was applied by a person who is legally blind. I’d like to say the issues stopped there but, either they lack a quality control process entirely or the person in that department is the same legally blind individual who applied the paint. To this day I still own a $60,000 car that now has a flat looking paint appearance on the rear quarter panel and door which doesn’t match any other part of the vehicle; it’s an absolute and utter disgrace! Regardless of the monetary worth of any vehicle, each end customer” deserves to receive no less than what they paid for, deserved, and are duly owed.In the ending, Banks Collision Center (as it stands) is a stain upon the fabric of the brand name “Banks Chevrolet”! My overarching hope for issuing this scathing but fair review is that it evokes some true change within the establishment and moving forward, Banks Collision Ctr. will try to cultivate a workforce and managerial team that is better equipped to provide the customer with a better overall experience.

My Jeep was hit by another driver. I had it towed to BANKS COLLISION. Ive gone to Banks for years because they are local and can be trusted to get the work done at a fair price. Its nice to know that when youve been in an accident you can choose the repair facility that you want. My Jeep was repaired in a timely manner and looks great.

Got a new engine cradle, radiator, front bumper cover and transmission here. It was phenominal. They kept me up to date with what was going on with my vehicle, gave me an accurate estimate very quickly and made the whole process extremely easy for me. Would definitely recommened going here if you get into accident.

This is the second time we have used Banks Collision for auto body repair. Throughly impressed with the friendliness and knowledgeable staff.They worked directly with the insurance company making it really easy for us to just drop off the vehicle and get the repairs done. They called to update us when they were waiting for parts and gave us an estimate of when it should be complete and held to that estimate.Having the Enterprise Car Rental onsite was very helpful as well and kept us going while our vehicle was being repaired.I would definitely recommend Banks Collision.

I was a victim of a hit and run and brought my car here for repair and I couldnt be happier! Everything looks amazing, you cant even tell that at one point it was bashed in. Friendly people and fast service. If I ever need my car repaired again from an accident, I know where to go! I would definitely recommend you going there as well!

My car had a stolen catalytic converter, ruined bumper, and had been keyed. Banks gave it back to me looking better than it had in years. Every part of the repair looks really, really good and they cleaned my car too-- down to folding the blanket I had in the back seat! In addition, their Covid protocols are exceptional. The woman at the desk picked up my keys in a Clorox wipe and handed them to me in the wipe so that she never touched them. Everyone wears mask and they keep all indoor transactions brief.

Excellent facility to have your vehicle worked on. I brought my mothers vehicle to them to fix a repair from a hit and run. Technicians do amazing work. Communication with the staff is top notch. Informed me every step of the way during the process. Work was completed on schedule, even with the additional supplement, they completed the repairs on time. Paint work was amazing, looked like it just came off the show room floor.I would recommend this repair facility, as they do stellar work.

Had my front end fixed after being in a collision. Part of my grill flew off second day driving because they ordered cheap parts and not a VW grill. 7 months later used a automatic carwash for the first time because I was in a hurry and the paint on my front bumper chipped all off. They literally just painted the bumper and did not prime anything, the paint is just on plastic. Poor quality and attention to detail...I am not happy with this collision center at all!

Brought vehicle in for accident repair - we were called on time when vehicle thought to be ready - upon inspection found several less than perfect issues - told by Older gentleman they would correct issues and call when ready - 2nd attempt to pick up vehicle not all items corrected - told it is what it is - Asked to speak to his Supervisor, spoke to Tim, he not only repaired the issues but went above and beyond to fix ALL of the issues, and for this we are thankful for Tim!

I cant say enough great things about Banks collison! From the wonderful girls at the front desk to Tim the manager. They are very welcoming and understanding and go above and beyond the line of work to ensure their customers are happy! I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs any repairs done! These guys are honest and true! Ill never take a vehicle anywhere else if repairs are needed! I wish there was a way to give more than five stars!

I had been in an accident and the other persons insurance (Geico) had this as a recommended spot. It was convenient to my office so I agreed. After getting the run around on when is actually get my car back (a few days turned into weeks) I finally had my car and thought everything was great. A couple weeks later the rear break light showed signs of water getting in on the same side they worked on (never had an issue in the years I had my car). They hesitantly and not so thoroughly dried it out for me once, and now a couple months later its full again and this time blew my light!

They have had my car for a month+ they said it would be done two weeks ago and then miraculously came upon new damage that same very day. My father has called at least 20 times and has never heard back from Rick. He has been given very little information. Do not recommend going here especially if you are in a bind.

Im not surprised to see so many negative reviews here. They fixed some scratches on my brand new vehicle. I go to pick it up (2weeks after date they committed it would be done) and noticed the scratches were still visable (clearly didnt sand enough). There was runs in the paint. Last but not least, a new dent on the door they just painted. I immediately brought it to there attention. They agreed it should be redone. 2nd time around I notice there is a ding in the bed from the inside out (they had to repaint that panel as well). I needed my vehicle back I honestly dont want them touching my vehicle again as theyve put enough bondo into my vehicle that never needed any bondo/fill work to begin with.I do not understand how they are in business and will never reccomend or bring another vehicle there.

They repaired some scuff style scratches on my car. When I went to pick it up there were tiny black specks all over one of the panels they did. At first the man showing me the car couldnt see anything. So I asked him to feel the panels and the little nubs were easily felt. He finally agreed they were there and took the car back for another day.I came back to pick it up and there were still black specks all over it. Even on top of the pin-stripping. Anyways, he went back into the shop and got a compound to wipe off the black spots that they claimed were adhesive. After I basically had him go over the entire panel, the spots were gone.There were still paint nubs in the corners. I looked it up and paint nubs can be directly contributed to the vehicle not being properly cleaned prior to painting. If you could see my vehicle when I picked it up, it was a mess. The service person claimed it had been washed twice. It was utterly ridiculous. I had washed the vehicle before bringing it in and it looked cleaner when I dropped it off and a mess when I picked it up. Then I was told that the nubs were imperfections in my new car. I walked around and found not a single nub anywhere else except on the panel they painted. They walked around and started pointing out nubs, all were dirt that I wiped off (after they supposedly washed it twice) and they completely ignored me as I wiped them off in front of them and pointed out it was dirt.They should be embarrassed of their work. If you go expect corners to be cut and quality to be low. They will act like you are being unreasonable if you complain about their work.

Even if I had a minor accident, I was never their priority. It took them a week and a half to return my car to me because they negligently damaged my car TWICE in order to keep it longer and force me to prolong my rental purchase in order to make more money (which I was unable to do because I am too young--19). Being 19 years old and coming to them for my first accident in over two years of driving, I felt manipulated and thoroughly unimportant as a customer. (They even charged my insurance company for their mistakes!)

Was in an accident 2015 toyota corolla had my car over a week I got back my car Thursday noticed that my door handle on my car was chipped Was not there before and also that when they put the new front bumper they did not properly put the bumper on so nothing is flush i went here because it was recommended to me And I regret every second of it. Word of advice find another auto repair place.

After our 2018 GMC 3500HD was severely damaged during hurricane Michael, we got it up to Banks collision. The truck was a total mess so bad they literally had to rebuild the hole truck. In just a little over a month we got her back and she looks brand new again! Couldnt be happier with the time frame or the quality of work.Last month we had a mishap with our 2016 GMC Terrain with the right front fender getting crinkled. We took it to Banks collision and they were able to fix it in an hour!Jared and the team are great people that have worked magic on our 2 vehicles. Friendly staff and service I highly recommend them.

Worst place to bring your car. I had a car fixed here and none of the panels line up after and has extra bondo on it they never sanded off just painted right over the chunks of bondo and it has over spray all over it.

HORRIBLE (1 star is too much): They failed to provide us an ACTUAL Repair Invoice for what was ACTUALLY done. I only received an PDF Estimate from our insurance company and a verbal from Banks Collision. Based on the Estimate and a verbal its all set from Banks Collison I think Banks Collision may be charging our insurance company for parts and labor that was not actually done. Can you say FRAUDULENT ? Hear me out...following the collision with a guard rail in the LAST 14+ inch snow storm in March 2017, the car was DRIVEABLE to our residence 50+ miles away yet the estimate revealed that the radiator and A/C condenser both needed replacing. Tell me, how could the vehicle be driven 50 miles home and then from home to Banks Collision needing a radiator and A/C condenser (that were both on the estimate) ? In addition, [1] the paint doesnt match and [2] I recall that the Right & Left Headlight & Foglight assemblies were on the estimate yet only the LEFT headlight assy was replaced and the RIGHT headlight assy was CLEARLY not replaced. That said, Im very suspect of fraudulent charges to our insurance company by Banks Collision for charging our insurance company for parts and labor that were neither needed nor performed. Im confident that there may have been MORE parts and labor charges that were charged to our insurance company that were not actually replaced or performed. Check your invoices, estimates, and inspect your post repairs carefully people.

This place is a real awful place they keep giving several different dates an tell you your car has been in pieces over a month comes back sounding like a motorcycle because they never fixed it an the whisper they charged 96$ to fix banks get you head out of your rump . I don’t know what the hell happen to this place same as the dealer ship repairs department ... you don’t deserve the title collision center what’s sent in comes out worse an you charge for things that don’t get done we will be chatting when you open an reporting to BBB!

I took my vehicle in for a quoted 2 day repair for a bumper replacement, and it ended up being 5 days with no communication from Banks Collision Center. I called daily for updates and wasnt provided with any information other than theyd have to get back to me and they never did. Took me over twenty minutes to leave with my car, they had it backed into an impossible corner. I wouldnt recommend this center for any repairs.
