I guess most of the time, insurance is one of those things you don’t think about until you need it. State Farm and Mr. Asemi have been taking care of me and my family for 16 years. The office is very responsive, professional and caring.I had a run of bad luck a while back (rear-ended 3 times in 2 years!) and Mr. Asemi and his team worked really hard for us to ensure we received medical care and our car repaired quickly and safely. In one accident, we were hit by an unlicensed and uninsured person and it took a long time and a lot of paperwork to get things settled. It could have been stressful, but Mr. Asemi’s team did everything they could to reduce our stress.Life has been pretty uneventful, but Mr. Asemi stays in contact and (VERY IMPORTANT!!!) makes sure that our coverage is updated and will take care of our current needs. He reviews our coverage on a regular basis and ensures that we have every option available to make sound financial decisions.I hope to never have to call their office other than to say hello, but if I need to, it’s nice knowing they are there looking out for my best interests.
