Bidding was easy and customer service is very good aswell Unfortuinatley i purchased a truck that was supposed to have nothing wrong with it and after driving it about 2 miles i have found there are major engine issues and the truck will need an engine, after contacting them about it they said its not an issue we found with the truck and we are not going to help

I purchased two trucks and both were as described. The staff assisted and everything went off without a hitch. Definitely plan to work with them again.

Terrible experience. Its been three weeks since I bought a vehicle from jj kane. They still havent sent me all the title paperwork. I now have a truck that I cant drive. The people are nice enough if you can get in touch with them, but they never call back.Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Poor experience for first time buying from auction out of Myrtle Beach. Poor customer service so far. Hopefully these guys can make something right but they have told me it’s my loss and not their fault. False as I was described that the truck was way different then what it is.It took awhile but they finally made this somewhat right. It took me a month to get my money back but they did make it right. Thanks

I have probably bought a minimum of 50 vehicles from JJKANE , in the last 5 years. Ever since COVID it’s gone to hell. If there is a flat tire they mention it in the discrimination....if the windshield is cracked, they mention it in the discription. Well this time there is a serious electrical problem. All three Gentlemen (who work there) knew about it. They mentioned it to me upon pickup. There was nothing in the discription about it. I drove 8 hours to pick up. I called the office in NJ but they refuse to help..... last time I buy here

Being an auction company you would think they would be helpful and kind to people asking questions about the Duke Power auction. Wrong. They were very rude and pretty much said just look online if you have any questions. They just lost two buyers.
