He was highly professional and I appreciate the fact he kept a safe distance and wore a mask/booties. He educated me throughout the entire process and I appreciate that. Flooding in the home is never expected and was very concerning for us when it first happened. Dustin was very responsive and put us at ease late at night and gave us guidance as to what to do until they arrived. The work isn’t completed yet but I just had to write to share how great this trying experience had been working with Metrolina Restoration. I must compliment the initial two young men that came to work on our leak on Monday morning as well as Alex who came and joined them. All 3 have been informative, professional and thorough. I haven’t received by quote yet however the technician was very professional. He spent his time evaluating the area and providing education on water damage. I had another company come out and they seemed to want to rip off the insurance company, not Metrolina.

These guys are TOP NOTCH at restoring your home. I had a toilet flood incident (dont ask...) and they were calm, collected, walked me through the steps that I needed to take, and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Dustin answered our emergency late in the evening on a weekend. They got a team to come extract the sewage water that affected the carpet and made sure everything was dry and treated properly.They have done everything in their power to make sure everything was handled. I would totally reccomend them for emergencies.

They got out to my property quickly; however, they charged me over $2,000 for drying out old ratty carpet on slab. They did not even remove the carpet. I would not hire again. My biggest concern is the fact they never gave me a quote.
