Terrible Service. waited 3 1/2 weeks to have my fridge repaired and they never fixed a thing. order parts 2 times and scheduled a time for repair. then they call and tell me they forgot the part and have to reschedule. I called bestbuy and demanded a different service company.

Called to have my LG front-loading washer stabilized. The office said that the tech would call at 9 AM to let us know when he would be by that day; instead, he called at 3 PM and said he would be there at 3:30. At 3:30, the tech came in, reeking of cigarette smoke; he woke up my 19-month-old daughter by ringing the doorbell, despite the sign on our door requesting that people not ring the bell.He took one look at the washer, and said that he couldnt do anything because it was in a tray. At least as of 2007, our citys building code requires washers to be in a tray. He then demanded $69 for the service call, even though he was on the premises less than five minutes and did not perform any work. He got a check, but I stopped payment on it almost immediately.These people should not get your money. Take your business elsewhere.
