He was sufficient and very reliable.. we had 2 different groups of men to come in and Anthony did more for us then the 2nd group did... hes a great worker and he walked us through each step and kept us posted.... this man deserve a raise.. thank you Anthony and servpro..

Anthony from SERVPRO of S. Cabarrus county responded to our late night disaster when our washer overflowed. We can’t say enough about his efficiency and professionalism. Even though we had multiple rooms and areas affected, Anthony stayed until 1:30 AM, making sure we were well on the way to drying out and preventing mold and mildew growth. Every step of the way, Anthony has kept us apprised of the process. Anthony and SERVPRO have really made a rotten situation much more manageable!

I highly recommend this company for any water damage needs you may have!We had minor flooding due to a leaking water heater from our attic. Thankfully the water dripped between a inner wall, and ran under our floor (could have been much, much worse). We were able to get most of the flooring up, to start the drying process ourselves. Our insurance company recommended we call ServPro, to make sure it was all done correctly, and we are so very thankful we did!Anthony and Patricia came out the same day we called, even though they were very busy, and probably had bigger jobs. Regardless, Anthony was very, very thorough in checking everything from the attic to the crawlspace, before taking up a few extra bits of flooring that water had gotten under, a baseboard that we didnt think about, and insulation that we thought we checked (he even took the flooring we had already pulled). He then treated the areas with a mold preventative, before setting up the fans and dehumidifier. Anthony was also very informative, and reassuring. It took a few days for everything to dry enough to where he felt confident that the equipment could be removed. He was great at communicating and stayed on top of the drying process each day.Hopefully we will never need this service again, but if we do, ServPro of South Cabarrus will be our 1st call. Anthony also explained how the company can help with repairs. Once our new water heater is in place, if we need a contractor, we will definitely look into this further with them as well.

Anthony and Chelsea were amazing! So detailed oriented, explained everything and assured me it would be ok! They took care to check in on me and the progress of my water damage drying out. Without a doubt I’d use them again (but hopefully not because of an emergency)

SERVPRO came to my home when we had a flood in our basement and did a wonderful job! Cody & his crew were so professional, prompt and thorough. He always communicated with me what was going on, how they would handle things and was very compassionate about our unfortunate situation. Joyce in the office was also wonderful. She always called me back, answered questions, worked with us thru the mess we had with insurance, etc. This company is top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs their type of service.

We called on SERVPRO of South Cabarrus County to help us when a plumbing leak ruined our flooring throughout our home. They were very responsive, did quality work and acted as a liaison with our insurance company to complete the job. The owner of the business even made a personal visit to our home to ensure quality service was taking place. I hope I dont have to call them again, but I will keep their number handy in the event of another disaster.

During the roof repairs on my home we noticed water damage on a inside wall. The roofer company plans were to remove the drywall and paint, however it isnt within their scope of work to check for mold. I then called Servpro and their team came out on short notice the same day to check for mold. The team took time to explain mold (how, when, where,why) to us which gave us a good understanding of how to act next time if we suspect mold in our home. They treated the inner wall for mold and worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was done in order. After a tropical storm came through we had water over an inch deep in our office. I called Servpro of South Cabarrus County and they were on the scene very quickly! They assessed the damage and began clean up immediately. The staff was very professional and explained the measures they were taking to clean up from the damage. I called ServPro to my very recently purchased condo after set off sprinklers turned my living room into a lake. A team, headed by Anthony, responded immediately and I was astonished at how quickly they arrived and began the water removal. Without them, the situation would have escalated immensely. After an electrical fire displaced our family a week and a half before Christmas, John and his team were extremely punctual and communicative. They kept us in the loop during the entire process and I feel like they went to bat for our best interests. Very thorough and professional.

On February 6, 2020 there was a tornado that came through the area in which I live and it was confirmed of at least 125 mph wind in the area where my house is. The wind pulled shingles and felt paper off my roof exposing the wood. My house was built 72 years ago and it had slates for the roof under the felt paper and shingles. Once the wind pulled them off water began to get into my attic which in return caused my living room ceiling to collapse. I had contacted my insurance agent and he informed me he had SERVPRO on stand by to come out to put a tarp on my roof. They ( SERVPRO) had a roofing company come out the day of the tornado and put a tarp on my house and on February 7, 2020 I signed paper work for SERVPRO do the clean up and water mitigation. SERVPRO came back out on Sunday, February 9 and set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry the house out. Through out this process SERVPRO was very professional and very informative of what they were doing and what was next in the process. When I found out that my family had mold in their home, which was resulting in numerous medical issues, I was devastated. I reached out to John and Elaine for advice, thoughts and opinions. They told me the good, the bad and the ugly that was going on inside the home. However, they did not leave my family hanging. They went above and beyond to assist my family in making sure that all mold was removed and my family was given a fresh start. Their kindness went above simply restoring a home. They helped restore a family and their hope in life.

My experience was very unpleasant. Job was never completed. New flooring that was replaced still has bubbles & excess material that needs to be trimmed. Made several attempts to get it fixed and was told they would call me back & they never did or have. They left a hot water line under the house from the dishwasher on that resulted in a couple hundred dollars on my water bill. Were unwilling to fess up & help us fix that bill. Feel as though we were lied to & stole from. I would never recommend them for a job.

After all the storms I had a shower in my living room. The next day I was not sure were to start so I called Servpro at lunch time and they were at my house within 3 hours; walked me through the process, inspected, tarped the roof and documented the damage for insurance. They were extremely nice and respectful of my property. They knew what they were talking about and I would strongly recommend them to anyone that has a disaster in there house.
