Dublin was responsive and quick to install a new Trane system after the old went out. Due to Covid and a newborn I had them install quickly, leaving exposed gas and refrigerant lines. After several months of trying to schedule them (with intents to pay for service), they continuously cancel, reschedule, and then repeat without doing any work.Chance in particular has been to my home 4 times to review the work, even though he did the same thing weeks ago. Will have to reach out to another company to get this done so I can regain use of my closet.

I had this company come out about a month ago to install a new handler system, and AC unit. I wanted to give it some time before writing this review to see how much I would like my new AC system. I LOVE IT.I live in a 15 year old condo on the second story in a hard to reach part of town. Most AC companies did not want to even come out and look at my unit to replace it because my unit is on the roof of a condo building in the city. It did require a crane to take the old one off the roof and put the new one up there, but they were able to arrange that for me with no head ache on my behalf.The crew showed up on time, were friendly/respectful, and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed chatting with the crew in passing throughout the day and actually found out that its close family and friends that have all worked with this company for quite sometime, which I loved.From the free estimate to the AC install it was painless and informative. Everyone through this company answered all of my questions and I know for a fact they really do know what they are doing. They cleaned up after themselves and worked hard.Coincidentally, my downstairs neighbor hired a different company who came a full hour before Dulin showed up and they were asking my techs questions on how they were installing my handler system. Plus that other company was still there 3 hours after Dulin left my house.All in all the humidity levels in my house and moisture levels are basically nonexistent (I run my AC at 68 year round). I am so thrilled with my new AC.Dulin Mechanical truly is the way to go, especially if you have a condo needing work done. So thrilled and very impressed with how this company truly puts the customers experience in the forefront.

Excellent experience with the entire team at Dulin!!! Searched for a second opinion because Morris Jenkins wanted to charge me $12,000 for 1 AC unit. They said it wasnt work fixing. Dulin came out quickly..checked to see if the unit was under warranty ( which it was and was never even suggested to us by Morris Jenkins).. ordered the part (Lisa spent 1.5 hours on the phone for us) and fixed the part in a timely manner( JJ was our installer) All professionals were amazing to work with. We are very pleased. We have dropped MJ and are also enrolling in the Dulin yearly maintenance plan. They have earned our business! Thank you Dulin.

Installed 3 new AC units and furnaces August 2018. Very competitive quote, very professional and courteous. Installation was done promptly and went off without a hitch. Had a minor issue with one of furnaces today when I turned on the heat. The owner, Joey Dulin, was able to come by and fix it, along with replacing a smoke alarm battery. That was above and beyond what I expected, and that is the type of service you can expect from Dulin. Highly recommend!!

The reason you cant find me in your system is because I waited for weeks for a quote from Joey. I got someone elses quote with their name and address on it. I called weekly to check on the quote and Joey never seemed to be in the office. Ive talked to you (Lisa) about 10 times. If youd like Ill happily call you back. So since I cant judge the quality or value of the actual labor and product, Ill judge the quality and value of the people and their ability. Still 1 star.

A Dulin Mechanical Technician performed a six month tune and check up of my HVAC system. He was polite, professional and thorough. He took his time and checked everything. I followed him around (from the third floor, to underneath the house, to the outside). He explained what he was doing as he checked the evaporator coil for soiling and air flow and outside as he cleaned the condenser coils to looking new and much much more. He even fixed an issue with the thermostat system. Dulin makes you feel like they are family. I highly recommend Dulin Mechanical and I personally would not use anyone else for my HVAC system.

I have recently purchased my Trane HVAC system from Dulin Mechanical Services. When I called them to get an estimate, the owner Joey Dulin came by and checked everything personally and gave me the quote on the same day. I had estimates from several dealers and Dulin by far was less expensive than the others. He was very honest and told me I could probably use my existing system for a bit longer but I had so much problem with the system that decided to replace the downstairs HVAC unit all together. They go the extra 100 miles to make sure you are satisfied with every aspect of the installation and their services. I am a very picky person and everything needs to be just perfect, no shortcuts are allowed in my book. The installation crew were extremely polite and professional. They did a fantastic job and I couldnt be happier. Joey is such an awesome person and was a pleasure dealing with him. The minute I saw him I knew I can trust him. I recommend these folks and am sure you will be just as happy as I am.

My appointment was a 2-4 appointment and Dulin Mechanical said they would call me 30 minutes before they would be at my house. My phone rang at 1:45, I was home 25 minutes later, and the technician was there waiting. He came in, diagnosed the problem, told me how much the part was going to cost and replaced it.I installed a new thermostat, and the factory settings were set for a gas heat pump and I didnt know it so the system was pumping out heat. But he changed the settings in the thermostat and then the system worked great.The part that was replaced was the same part another HVAC company replaced, and they told me that a fuse would blow before the part would. Well that didnt happen. But Dulin replaced the same part for $110.00 less. The other company also told me I needed all these other parts replaced and how much they were going to cost, and if I didnt replace them everything was going to become a thousands of dollars disaster an so on.Dulin Mechanical did a very professional job, they did not try to sell me unnecessary service and parts, and did the same job as the last company for $165.00 cheaper.
