Worst warehouse ever first there’s long line of trucks waiting for a dock I lost 2 hours and secondly when you got a dock there are trailer park in front of it there’s no space to manœuvre and third when you checking in they want you just wait there until they call you I have been waiting for an hour and no one call also they don’t want you to talk finally loading is an other history you can’t even imagine how long it takes. Please stay away from this guys

Worst place ever. no response to emails, never picks up their phones. charges 2 pallets for goods that show they are packed on 1 pallet, then rejects the driver when they arent paid for.

Waited too long to get my partial noon to 4 pm . After that I can’t get anything on my truck anymore. If you guy take a partial from here please be aware you only take what they have.

It takes 3-4 hours to get loaded at this place, everything takes an hour to do, wait in line to check in an hour, dont have all the paperwork, another hour, after you get to the dock, its another 2 hours. average wait time is 3 hours. UPDATE: Yesterday arrived at 815am, didnt get out until 140pm, today arrived at 7am, didnt get out till 2pm. I suggest to the management to have a better support system, invest in quicker and better systems to avoid delays, we could have walked the load from compton to los angeles and it would have been faster.

I came and the line to get into the parking lot was super long. Then the line to process your papers took forever and when I finally got to the front of the line, all the other workers had someone at their window except the last one next to a wall...she sat there laughing and flirting with a driver that already had his papers processed and when I tried to go up to her window, she and the girl sitting next to her yelled at me to wait until Im called. Some girl on the other side of that wall helped me but only if I went to get a paper from the security. The warehouse workers are completely useless but the food truck was alright, I guess.

They take all day for one pallet and they treat you like cattle because no matter what you have to pick up your merchandise. Super rude. When you ask anything they act like you just insulted them even if theyre not busy.

This place is a scam. If you drive a flatbed, they will charge you to load your trailer. They load damaged freight onto your trailer and refuse to note it on the BOL. The place is dirty. The lot is crowded. Not a good place to do business with at all.

To whom this establishment belongs,This women here is very unprofessional and rude. She was yelling at a driver who was seeking assistance as he has never been to this warehouse before. Her behavior was utterly shocking and unacceptable. She called the driver the N word. Please give your employees a proper training.

Last minute surprise fees for “forklift charges” and a several hour wait to pick up your order. Not to mention the horrible attitude of the employees and don’t bother calling. Nobody will ever answer the phone. Avoid if possible.

When you come here in the afternoon dont expect that you will be able to get your cargo fast as there is a long line of truckers here. I dont know why it suddenly this CFS became so busy maybe all the shipments are being dropped and devanned here rather choosing other warehouse. The line gets overwhelming and you wouldnt3be so happy while you are in line to get inside. The line sfarts from outaide the street and when you get close to the gate, theres still line that you need to get through amd park your truck for you to go inside the building to check in and have your paperworks processed by STG. Its such a pain in the behind waiting in line. But the good thing is that there are 6 windows opened to accept your paperworks for you to be able to pick up your cargo. If you will pick up using a truck that is dock height good luck getting a door without waiting. If you will be picking up using the ramp then there is a ramp fee charge of $35 now and still you have to wait for an available forklift driver to get your cargo and to be loaded into your truck.Juat go early in the morning and then maybe there would be less line. It wouldnt be completely no line that you will see at least its going to be less rather than going in the afternoon and the line would start from outside the premises on the street and if you wont make it to their citoff time then you have to go back the next day. There are drivers where they had been waiting for 12 hours and just gave up and left the warehouse and have other truckers pick it up.

They have prepared fairly well for social distancing pick up. It is a large operation and expect delays, but I was actually surprise to get my shipment delivered at the ramp in 45 min from the time I arrived.

First time picking up here and the wait time is absurdly long. 2 hour wait after all paperwork was finished. Total time spent here was 3.5 hours.

No entry for drivers from dock,made to walk from door 1 to door 30 for shipping desk.

One of the worst places I’ve ever beenYou have to be in line for 3 hrs to get your load to be processed and then you will wait another 3 hrs to get loaded. If you ever get here be ready to waste your time here, at least 6 or 7 hrs

Not the best, but not the worst Ive seen. I arrived at 10am on Monday, 2 hours to get loaded (flat bed). Employees were helpful enough.

HORRIBLE CASHIER SERVICE, THE GIRL HAS A HORRIBLE ATTTITUDE, THE DISPATCH DESK OUTSIDE GOOD SERVICE AND THE FORKLIFT DRIVER HAD GREAT ATTITUDE AND VERY HELPFUL! THE DID HOWEVER DAMAGE MY SHIPMENT.

Get here early. The line to enter begins out on the main road and in the morning local drivers appear out of nowhere, so be ready, as they will drive around you. This place opens the floodgates at 4:30 am and local drivers fight to get in line at the office at 5:00 am to get processed as soon as possible. Be ready and try to hold your position or theyll not wait. Parking and driving through here is tight.Once you get past the gate and receive your gate pass, park in any dock you can find that is empty. You can drive around to the back and follow the loop to come back out the same gate. Flatbeds get loaded at one of the ramps. There are two ramps, one on each side of the warehouse. They charge flatbed drivers $35.00 for use of the ramp to get loaded and give you a receipt, paid at the office when you came in. This place is very messy and broken pallets with exposed nails and garbage is everywhere. You might have to clean the area youre looking to back into so be careful. I included a satellite image of the location so you can see the set up.

Complete idiots and rude to boot. I gave them their OWN tracking number and they expected ME to know all of the details. All they could say was its in limbo and we dont know where. Then they said the information listed on their site wasnt enough detail to track and that I needed to figure out how many pieces were in the container I was getting! As the customer (not the shipper) I couldnt give them any more info than the vendor gave me. Totally useless customer service. Choose someone else for shipping!

Worst shipping & logistics experience of my life. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! After working with them, I learned they are known for refusing pickups for petty reasons that result in them collecting more storage fees by the day. THEYRE A TOTAL SCAM! I ended up paying over $560 more in fees to get my shipment released after they refused to let my shipping company pick up my shipment TWICE!. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ST GEORGE WAREHOUSE.

I usually dont leave negative reviews on companys because I believe everyone can make mistakes and everyone is human. But I need to write my experience. In order other people shouldnt sufferSo basically the culture there is that they dont really care if your shipment is picked up or is delayed for days. when you try to communicate they seem to not really understand or care to do what is needed to get the shipments out. I had to wait 2 weeks they should get out My pellets released. It needed to go to 2 truckers and they were to lazy to go look at the pallets to look on the labels. When the trucker came they didnt bother to communicate what pallets need to go to what trucker. there is no one to talk over there. nobody seems to care that we are actually people just needing help. I lost over $8000 due there negligence.This is my experience the last 2 weeks. Stay away just to stay insane!!--

Have historically not enjoyed dealing with St George in various cities. BUT dealing the LA terminal this week, i had no issues getting through on the phone. the lady I dealt with was able to find my shipment and give me all the info i needed, and paid by paycargo one day along with emailing all the release and customs info. anyway called next day and all good to go. (now hopefully my trucker can get in and out LOL)

Worse place to pick up a load from. Slow, parks trailers in front of the docks which makes it hard to back into.

A transporters or trucking companies nightmare. Long waiting time. Be prepared to pay additional undesclosed fees at the time of the pick-up. Be prepares to cancel the rest of your day. If you are a trucking company be sure to add waiting time and associated fees to your quote.

I use to work here and every time I moved departments it surprised me how little they know and how little they cared about their customers. Just look at the rest of the reviews and you can see how incompetent they are. I was fired because someone with less abilities needed my position and was given to them thanks to nepotism.

It is Your BROKERS RESPONSIBILITY to Communicate with YOU when the Last Free Day is (Demmurage) so You wont be Charged with Storage Fees! It is Your BROKERS RESPONSIBILITY to Provide You with the Correct Paperwork (Customs Clearance, Delivery Order, & OBL Rls which is Done online) You MUST have Hard Copy of Delivery Order issued to you or your Trucking company. Once you have all those Documents Whse fees Must be Paid Prior to Pickup (whse fees may vary) they Acept Cash, Company Check, and Now Taking Credit Cards you Are also Welcomed to Pay Online... Now keep in Mind that its a Whse soo they Expect a Truck (Bobtail) to Pickup if You are driving a Small vehicle/ Uhaul you Wont Be Dock-Level so you have option to load Yourself or you Can load on the Ramp & their is a $35 dllr Ramp Fee on top of Whse fees However If You drive a Flatbet its Usually $50 dllrs. Warehouse is open from 4:30am - 5:30pm.Once You enter The Gate you Must Check in with Security they will Assign a Gatepass for you & direct You to Pick up Windows(Where paperwork is processed) once that is Done you go to Desk in whse and Tell them What dock you Parked/ or if you paid for Ramp.Hope This information is found Useful && GoodLuck!! 😊

It took 4 hours for me to get my goods. There was a huge line and only 3 people were staffed to handle the line. When we got the paperwork done, the amount of people to handle our goods were abysmal. Be prepared to be here for a while

This has been one of the worst freight loading experiences of my entire life. The have a stupid little protocol and they wont reveal the steps to anyone except the broker. So if you have to get something done and your broker doesnt have good contact with these idiots or if there are multiple parties coordinating, you can pretty much expect your driver to sit here for HOURS AT A TIME. UP TO AN ENTIRE DAY SOMETIMES!!!!!!!!! WORST SHIPPER ON THE PLANET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their forklift broke our boxes and product was spilling out of it and the driver tried to hide it. They only wanted to reimburse us for $400.00 and it cost us $3,000 not including the shipping
