Absolutely garbage, the only reason I gave two stars instead of 1 is because the staff was friendly and helpful, otherwise this place is not maintained, so tight you cant get around without blocking someone, trailers are all blocked in so your trailer is most likely buried behind a bunch of others, no systems in place, security is a joke, I could have picked any trailer I wanted from the lot and drove right out with it and they probably wouldnt figure it out for weeks. I actually hope someone does that so they tighten up.

This review pretty much sums it up. They had containers dropped everywhere. No where to maneuver even for the yard dog.. avoid at all cost!.. showed up at 30min before appointment it was 14 hours later before they had a door and I had to argue with the security guard. Do not go here.. DO NOT GO HERE!

I would give 0 if that was option, terrible place, takes more than 24 hour to get loaded

Very bad experience in this company.. They discriminated driver and choose who will be first instead who was at the line first.. Took us 15 hours to be load after hear lies from security and false arguments about our load.. Security get your phone number and never called you to let you know when your load is ready or will be ready.. No respect to drivers... none

EDI has cost me thousands of dollars because my shipment wasnt delivered to me when it was supposed to. I paid 6 grand for inflatables in California to be shipped to me in Mississippi and its been over a month and I still havent received my shipment. Customer service cant tell me any information on it. Ive been put on hold for hours. Ive spoken with multiple CS reps and Managers but no one has any helpful information on finding out where my shipment is or when it will arrive. Absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life.

VERY VERY VERY bad company EDI, specially Claudia Customer service person very Rude and unknowledgeable dont know what they doing, I was suppose to get my shipment on Monday, no show up I called said in typical rude manner will bring it tomorrow, which is Tuesday NO SHOW, called again some Rude lady said do WHAT EVER YOU CAN WE WILL NOT BRING IT TILL WEDNESDAY, and hang up the phone called and talked to Michelle Castillo same attitude, said you can pick it up from our Location but will not bring it till WednesdayThey really not care about their customerSo please be careful if you do business with EDI keep at least 3 to 4 days extra in your hand because they dont have NO problem lying or giving you attitude

After using this trucking company and so many late shipment arrival times we have decided not to use them for LTL loads anymore. They simply are a company of no integrity or honesty to the common man or shipper.

Edi Express is not a reliable company. Their company truck got hijacked 3 times over the past 3 years that I know of, could be more and its inside job. DO NOT USE this company.

Easy to find and get into any time of day or night. Nice people.

They work 24/7 you can drop anytime and security is great

Dont mind coming here. I drop my trailer, they put it in the dock, load it, pull it back out, then call me when its done. Some days take longer than others, but were usually gone before morning traffic

The shipper does not provide restroom facilities for truck drivers in my opinion this is unacceptable. The porta potty that they suggest the drivers use as a joke its not maintained at all.

All I did was deliver Freight there huh I know nothing about the company

I haul freight for this company and we always have to wait 3 to 5 hours for loads. we have dropped trailers on their lot 24/7.

Bad communication. No a serious company. Kept changing delivery dates and times, for more than one week. Will not use EDI Express again!!!!
