Hello - I wanted to offer an update after having poor service with Rick Chaney the owner of Axis Global Logistics called me personally to offer his sincere apologies over the treatment and poor behavior received from Rick. He offered to make every situation right which I admire and felt he was completely sincere. Although I did not use their service I truly believe that he is running a legitimate company attempting to offer a good service at a fair price. In the future I would absolutely contact them and if I felt I had service issues would reach out to him immediately. There are tons of choices out there however if you want a true gentleman who cares about his customers I would make every attempt to use their service.
