I cancelled my grandsons appointment because none of the Barbers or clients had on face masks. There were no social distancing set up and no temperatures were taken. The shop does very good haircuts but with the Covid19 spike, they should adhere to the rules for their employees safety and the clients.

The first time my family stopped in on our way out of town. The barber took my son and we were on our way in 15-20 min with a great cut. The second time we experienced another great cut 15-20 min.My second visit was weeks later, was without my husband... Im sorry for those women that experienced disrespect, I did not. My son really likes the environment and the barbers were courteous to us both.

Im giving it two star because I take my son to get his hair cut here and let me tell you that just because Im a girl they think they can treat a women however they want.They do a good job on cutting my son hair Im not saying they dont its just the customer service its not good at all

They suck. This shop both woman and guys work here. The guys swear they can cut hair. I didnt even get a line up on the forehead and the barber left me with multiple cuts on me. He wasnt sure of why he wanted to charge. I shouldnt have paid for the poor job done. Ill just never go back

I went in there thinking I would be treated like VIP but it was the worst experience I have ever had. The place was busy and once I finally got seated to get a hair cut it felt like the person cutting my hair was in a rush. This place should change its name to not so vip service. Would not recommend. My first time there. At first i thought i was going to get a fresh haircut being that its called VIP barber and went in there no matter the price. So an African American brother approached me offered himself to cut my hair.im HISPANIC btw he rushed so fast because he noticed one of his customer came in and messed up my haircut and ive been growing for 3 months to get that perfect look. Im highly dissatisfied
