We celebrated my daughters Quinceañera on this hall ,the service they provided was extraordinary. Carolina, Victor, Manny and their team were so helpful in every way from the beginning to the end. I enjoyed this banquet hall and I really recommended. The food was good, bar tenders were fast and friendly, security guards very professional. Cake was delicious! I got a lot of compliments from friends and family. The parking lot is very convenient, all my guests parked inside the property and didn’t have to be looking for street parking. I recently had 15 party at this banquet hall. Everything was awesome and they exceeded my expectations. The food there was great and the dj was great. The decorations were beautiful and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have my party. I got many positive comments towards the hall and everyone has a lot of fun. The service was great and everyone was nice. I really highly recommend this place for anyone looking to throw a party.

Had my daughters Quinceanera this past Saturday June 16, the service was amazing. I was very fascinated with the teamwork between the catering service and the bartender. My guests were all pleased with all the available parking and elegance inside the hall. My daughter and her friends enjoyed the lighting effects throughout the event. The food was delicious and most of my guests enjoyed a second serving. Staff did not give us any hard times, all of the leftover food and drinks were packed and ready for us to load by the end of the event.Would definitely recommend this hall for your events. I have received so many compliments from my guests. Loved my party

Stay away from this place. DO NOT BOOK YOUR EVENT HERE THEY ARE THIEFS. They are really unprofessional, will try to change your package to make you pay more. At first they are super accessible, friendly, great customer service but as soon as you agree to the package and they take your money things change real quick. They dont answer calls, they lie, they deny things they change everything on you, super unprofessional and stressful dealing with VICTOR, BRENDA AND MANUEL . Save your self some head aches and dont deal with these crooks and liars.

The location is very sketchy, the security looked like they where drunk, what they offer was not what we were promised. The parking lot cement was gravel. We were told that small hall was in its owen lot, but it was right next/joint with large hall. It was stated that the small was recently remodeled, but it looked poorly made for a cosmetic job. The bathroom looked good but were mask with a strawberry smell. There was a party happening that day in the large hall, so you can literally hear and feel the music of that party coming from the wall its joint from inside the small hall. So imagine having a party, and someone else parting in the other hall, thus, making your music becoming overlapping by the other party. Both halls are sharing parking lot, but the lot is small and can only hold for one party. If there is no more room for both parties, then your guest will have to park outside. The entrance for the large hall looks good, but the entrance for the small hall is terrible. It was painted camouflage, like a back door exit for a theme place. The price is high and the package is limited. They didnt offer me a package nor contract sheet. All I was handed was a flyer. This hall were originally wearhouse turn to banquet halls. All I can say is that the small hall is not worth it.

I recently went to an event at Santa Fe Fiestas , it was very beautiful the waiters where very polite , bartenders were fast , Dj played excellent music , food was wonderful , the hall was elegant had good lighting. Security and parking was good we had no problem at all with this Hall it was my cousins quinceañera and I would definitely recommend coming here.

This banquet hall was lit , went to a wedding and they put on a dope robot L.E.D show it was amazing the salon was huge we had no issues at all with the service 100% recommended Santa Fe Banquet

Worst experience ever. The owner is the epitome of a charlatan, he is completely unprofessional and in our experience the personification of greed. In the middle of our event he proceeded to make demands for more money, charging extra outrageous fees, effectively breaking the terms agreed upon in our verbal contract which in the state of california is considered legally binding. We felt we had no other choice but to agree to his new terms in order to prevent the abrupt cancellation of a birthday party. In addition, his security personnel were extremely rude to our guests.While these unfortunate events took place during the party we had issues with him following the conclusions of our party as well. We have been trying to collect jumpers from this location for days to no avail, however, the owner had the audacity to contact me warning to charge a storage fee if they remained there any longer. Within hours I had someone pick up the jumpers, which unbeknownst to him is a family friend. The owner proceeded to openly bad mouth and defame my family in front of the family friend picking up the jumpers in a disrespectful manner.We paid to rent the banquet hall, for a location to carry out a birthday party, in order to have a good time with family and friends. The owner threatened to turn this wonderful experience into an absolute nightmare with his greed and rude demeanor.If youre planning on conducting business with this man and renting this hall I strongly urge you to reconsider. If he did this to my family there is nothing stopping him from doing it to others. The location is not worth the trouble, if he continues to take advantage of situations and demand more money in the middle of events. Save yourself the headache, I wish I had.

Omg beautiful hall went to my nieces Quince it was amazing dj was awesome they did this cloud father daughter dance it was the first time seeing an emotional dance loved this hall I will be getting married soon and definitely coming back and using the photo booth it was so cool check out the pics !

We had my parents 50th anniversary at Crystal Hall. We loved it, the decoration and cake was beautiful. The food is delicious, the waitresses are really nice. We really had great time. Thank you for great service!

The owners of this place are scammers!! do not rent here. They have hidden fees so be careful. They charged just to let the photo booth in. They also stoled bottles of alcohol and beer. A month before the wedding they were charging for the seat cushions and the table mats. This was suppose to be included with the packet. They had more hidden fees. Two nights before the wedding there was an extra $500 (!!!!!) fee to let glass liquor inside the hall. All this should have been discussed when the contract was being made instead of popping up with all these fees in the end.

Extremely unprofessional doesn’t even say hello when he picks up the phone I said hello and the response I got was yea very sluggish and lousy and I asked for price range on the hall and the guy said well i don’t know how many people will be in your party I responded about one hundred he asked what kind of event I said birthday party he responded yea I don’t want kids no teenagers is it a high school party I responded no not at all it’s all adults and I hung up for how rude the guy was very horrible.
