I received outstanding service at this Midas location. Sam was very friendly and made sure to fit me in at a time that worked for my schedule, even though they had a very busy week. Furthermore, Sam walked me through everything going on with my car and explained each cost to me. Ive never had an auto shop be so transparent and fair with costs before, and actually take the time to educate me about my car (rather than take advantage of my ignorance). Every issue I was having with my car was properly fixed and it is now in excellent condition. Prompt. Quick. Extremely fair price. Friendly people. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Ii go to Midas because I trust the owner hes very honorable and a respectful gentleman. Hes also very conservative of the cost you can afford. I will. recommend his business and service to anyone whom needs car service repairs.

If you tell somebody youre going to have your car done in 2 hours you should honor it. Say what you mean ,means you should speak your words with power. Speak your truth and really say what you feel. Mean what you say is not being an hypocrite, once said , assume your words as your truth. Its also a circle,if you say what you mean, you can mean what you said .

I went here and got my brakes supposedly done. I was first told my rotor was replaced, then another person told me it just needed grinding. My brakes still grinding. Just dont know why people cannot just tell the truth😵

Had a 8 am appoimtment sat for 2 hours without my car even being worked on. There excuse is theyhave work from yesterday. I dont understand why tell me it would be 8 am appointment if they knew they had a fulll lot of cars. For the prices they ask it seema they would keep a better schedule than that .

Got my brake pads done here over a year ago. Today during service at another shop, was told wrong sized pads were put on and it messed up somethings by my axel. Cost me an extra 400 to have fixed. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

Over priced, They tried to charge ridiculous prices for stuff, only come here if your retired and have nothing better to spend your money on. I felt like the guys behind the counter here are only charging so much because they get commission if they up sell you, without showing you options like the last manager who was here years ago. I miss Yash great guy great customer service skills and i always came here because he knew i would throw so much money in cars here at a reasonable price every time. Now they want too much for labor, way too much for parts and they want you to leave your car in their hands for 5 hours plus...🤔 never coming back.

The technician here Was the worst technician I have ever seen. He just rejected to do my oil change because he wanted me to some more work before oil change. They want more money than customers.

Got there at 8 when they open. 4 people ahead of cause i got out of line to move my car so they take a car in for service. Went for an oil change. So im sitting and waiting and other peple are coming and they telling them to come back another day because they have cars waiting from previous days and that they wouldnt get their cars back until 3 or 4pm if they left it. A lady that got there at the same time as me left without getting serviced. I waited 2 hours 45min. I also left without getting serviced. Absolutely ridiculous for an oil change! Never again will i visit a midas.

Very small location, I called and they told me it would only be a hour wait & I didnt need a appointment. When I got there the wait time went to 2 hours or more. SMH I LEFT!!

I have been a customer for over 10 years and they have always taken care of me.

Sorry but I had to turn this place down after the scammed they gave me plus the damaged they did to my fathers SUV. My dad truck went in for an oil change and heater radiator change didnt got called till 4 days after this is what I found. Dash had missing screws deep scratches missing rubber covers on dash. Broken shifter got the interior with oil fingers all over. The truck Viber alarm was damaged. In the motor I found missing screws broken sensors a black marker sitting in the middle of the engine block and they charge me more than $1000.00 for the work I ended up paying more then that to fix the damages they made. Customer support was no help at all. Ash keep making me go so many times because he was going to fix the damages but every time I go he forgets. They are not professionals I went to school for this I know they screwed up. Never coming here again. Some years ago they made one of our truck get a transmission flush the next day transmission was dead. This guys dont know what cars need they just wanna make you come back to rip you off more. They also added new expensive brake that was there best it was the cheapest brand auto parts sale and the disc got Wobbly 2 weeks after they installed it. Dont trust Midas they love to scam there customers. They supposedly made a brake fluid flush when I did the brake there was no signs of brake fluid change so I did it my self. The old break flued is dark black In the white bottle. The new Yellow clear Brake fluid is in the Brake reservoir after I Bleed the whole entire brake system. I made the oil change my self and found out the Oil plug screw was forced on too tight and was stripped discovering the seal was bad. Why was I never told I needed a new plug instead of forcing it tight so it wouldnt leak.

I arrived at 8 am ...... about 8:30 am they put my car in and got it up .... and the employees went to Carl Jr .... to pick up food .... and they sat down to breakfast as if they had no clients ...... if they enter at 8am ... they must already come in for breakfast .......... what a bad feeling .... .

Very kind .and above all very attentive ... I want to congratulate them for acting quickly to help a little girl who was lost ... they did everything possible to communicate with their school until someone arrived from there for the girl ... it is worth mentioning that a couple who were in the place looked at the girl in the street crying and they took her inside the establishment and that is how the gentlemen of the office acted ... CONGRATULATIONS 👏👏🙏☺
