Ordered a set of tires on September 14th, received an email that they were having trouble processing orders, and I’d get a shipping notification emailed once the order had been processed. Pretty normal stuff, I gave it about 5 business days and checked my email just to see an email that says due to corona things are slow blah blah. I get it, I’m in parts and service and there is a lot of stuff that takes longer than normal right now, it’s just the way things are. I waited until the next day and called their customer service line. There were 15 callers in front of me, I don’t have an hour to sit on the phone and wait just to ask 1 question, so I submitted the question online and asked them to contact me. I receive a phone call from someone who says he needs to check on the tires I ordered, after being placed on hold for a few minutes (I would of thought he would have had this information ready since he called me) he comes back and tells me they are on back order with no ETA. I asked him to cancel the order and refund my money. The tires cost $1200 through 4 wheel parts and were “not available with no estimated time of arrival”. I found the same exact tires $300 cheaper delivered to my door in 2 days through Simple Tire. Just because of how this entire transaction was handled through this company I won’t ever buy anything from them again and will tell everyone to stay clear of 4wheel parts for price gouging as well since i saw first hand how much their mark up is.

Terrible customer service. Order brakes from these people 2 months ago. Called to get a status update, waited 2 hours on hold, provided my order number and was told to hold while they transferred me… they transferred right back to the beginning of the line I’d just waited 2 hours on. Called again another day, waited 2 hours, only to learn they had no idea when my brakes would arrive.Do yourself a favor and order from a business that values your business. 4wheelparts ain’t it. Once they get your money, they couldn’t care less about you.

ZERO Stars!I ordered one new wheel from this place. It arrived USED. A valve stem was already in the wheel. The center cap is missing. There is dried tire lubricant all over the wheel. The powdercoat is damaged. At some point, this wheel was tossed around and attempted to mount. Then it was re-boxed and sold as new.I tried to call sales and they immediately transfer without attempting to help me resolve this issue. you are caller number 135 in line.I then emailed their customer support with photos and a description of my concern. They did not get back to me.I run a powersports dealership and this is TERRIBLE service.You can keep your pre-scripted response and apology. If you actually read my review, you would have known that I have already emailed you in attempt to resolve this. I sent the email over 10 days ago with my order information and photos. I got NO RESPONSE from this very email address you have instructed me to contact.

Zero Stars. Quick to take your money and run. Been trying to get a hold of someone since last Thursday. When some does answer they just transfer me to hold. I’m on hold as I’m writing this review for 56 minutes now and counting. 2021 here, get an online chat service setup with real people already. Website said it was for my Jeep then the emailed receipt said it was for another model…. I’ve always taken my trucks here but obviously won’t be any longer.

I bought a borla exaust system for my wrangler on line, but after a week I get a call, they said that the have no in stock that part and the will send me a MF one same price and I ask if have all part that borla and the said yes, one week later I did get the box and was no a complete system, if I want the rest is 400 more? ??????after that they dont want return the item or send my money back

Im just trying to upgrade my oem shocks . I called asking about the differences about the bilstein 4600 and 5100 series these guy kept me on the phone for ever then transfered me to the west covina store . Amazon has better help then these guys

I had a very frustrating experience trying to claim a warranty at this location(warranty was purchased online). After dealing with a few confused employees at the store and some less than competent people on their customer service line, I had a stellar experience with David Quinones in store. He quickly handled the warranty process and got everything sorted out. It was obvious that David knew how their own warranty works, where I felt the other employees I dealt with did not. David went above and beyond and even provided a follow up call the next day. If only I could have dealt with David from the start, then I would have nothing to complain about 4WP and Transamerica in general.

They are open Monday thru Friday 9am -6pm on Saturdays from 9am to 3pm and closed Sundays. This place is pretty cool. First time being there just for a look around couldnt stay long but will be going back. Found out they do installation there as well from the products they sell. They also offer curbside pickup. Make sure to wear your masks in there.

Ordered online the problem is they want to sell stuff that they dont have been waiting for almost two months for my order to be shipped and when you call to check status be prepared to be on hold for two hours just to talk to someone very poor customer service.UPDATE:So now that theyve been telling me itd ship out on the 16th of June I call to be placed on hold for two hours again just for them to tell me oh now you have to wait 12 to 14 weeks for something that was supposed to shipped two months ago mixed with the extremely poor customer service and them not being able to tell the truth about products that they sell oh sure they tell you after they take your money that itll be 6 weeks before you get it then its just one lie after another I will never buy anything from this place again and I recommend anyone looking here to find a actually reputable company to buy from

I ordered cargo box online when their store showed they had them in-stock. However, AFTER the entire order was completed, I received an email stating that I have to wait for them to get the box from the manufacturer. Absolutely no help from anyone regarding this matter!Ridiculous!*As a follow-up, James Porter (sales manager) made a great effort at rectifying this situation, but was unable to. He immediately refunded my money and was very professional.

MARCOS (the manager) HORRIBLE customer service. He is so RUDE and makes snobby remarks like (its your own fault) for something they messed up. I cancelled my order 4 different times( including IN STORE cancellation) and they STILL shipped it to my house. When in the store one man told me they had NOT RECEIVED my order yet and then a week later over the phone another man told me they SHIPPED my order way BEFORE the first man told me they had NOT even RECEIVED the order yet. How can you SHIP an order you have NOT yet RECEIVED in your system?? MULTIPLE people LIED straight to my face either because they did not know the correct answer or they just wanted to push the call/ complaint along. Now, in these UNCERTAIN times I am stuck waiting 3+ weeks for my money back. WONT be doing business here anymore! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Bad customer service and long waiting time. After 2 months never received my order, called customer service to cancel and they didn’t process it had to call another 2 times in order to finally be able to get a refund.

Perfect place to shop for Truck parts, prices are a little high but when you are in a pinch they are a reliable resource.

4 Wheel Parts will never get my money again after this type of customer service. I ordered shocks and a steering stabilizer online 4/15/2021 showing they were in stock, on 4/20/2021 they took my money out of my account. On 4/21/2021 I called them to inquire why my order hadnt shipped only to be notified they were out of stock and wouldnt be back in stock until the middle of May. Customer service rep didnt really seem to care at all about the fact that the site said they were in stock when I ordered or that I was cancelling my order since it would be taking over a month to get in stock. Was waiting on the phone for 30+ minutes as well, Ive read other issues like this but hoped it wasnt true.

They specify in Jeep products here... although it says they dont. Employees are either too focused on their phones or just dont care about you unless you have a Jeep.

Good luck getting parts in a timely manner. 3 out of 4 packages arrive missing parts, or empty. This is the last time I order anything from them again. I am awaiting my final parts that have been reshipped again. Its been a month.

Bought a side step from here and went to MTR Motorsports on Florence in Huntington Park to install for hell-a cheap! Better price than place 4-Wheel recommended.

Called with a question and halfway through asking my question I was hung up on. I called back a few times later on and got the same treatment. Hung up on twice while I was asking my question. The third time they pick up the phone hang up without saying anything.Horrible customer service!All I wanted was new coil springs for my Raptor.

Customer service is horrible. If you call via phone all youll do is sit on hold for 30+ minutes just to not have your questions answered. Employees work slow and dont seem to care about helping their customers in a timely and efficient manner. Advice, if youre going to use this store, go in, you wont get anything out of them calling them on the phone except a waste of your time. Order for pick up as well. Their shipping methods take weeks to fulfill no matter how far or close your are or whether the part is in stock or not. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I purchased my IPF lights and some accessories from this place. Staff are helpful. There always room for improvement. I’ll shop there again.

Very fast to sell. Very slow to provide the product. I ordered tires on Friday 09/11/2020 and was told that they are not in Jacksonville, FL Your tires are shipping from PA. I called the WPB store on Monday 09/14/2020 to make an appointment for installation. I was told then the tires are not comming from PA but now Compton CA. The evening of 09/14/2020 I get an email from customer service your tires are in. So I call the store on 09/15/2020 again to be told no tires here, he needs to get them from BFG. The West Palm Beach store said the tires are shipping on 09/18/2020. Today I did get the tires on 09/25/2020. After calling customer service several times to be told the tires are in and the store says no. Customer Service hold times are long they are processing about a customer every 11 minutes, so if you are 10 in line that is over 110 minutes of hold almost 2 hours. While sitting in the waiting room to get the tires on the guy next to me was waiting a month for his tires. The West Palm Beach location was on top of the order and got the customers in and out as fast as they could. But the Customer Service and the emails are horrible. I was driving on the tires and did get an email stating my order was not ready then a few hours later they were ready. If you are looking for tires it might be a few dollars more spend the money to not have the hassle. This was my first and last order.

Great service, in and out with what i needed and answered a few questions.

Customer service is bad. Sent incorrect wheels and am now burdened with finding a way to get them returned. If they had actually done something when they responded the first time I alerted them of the issue, I could have had return labels to have ups take them back right when they showed up with the wheels. They neglected to stop the shipment or send me the labels to do this. I was told if I refused the wheels it would delay me getting the correct wheels.

This is Mecca for the off-road enthusiasts. These guys definitely know their stuff and more importantly have quality products. They completely stand behind all the things they sell. Heres my experience yesterday... I called the day before asking about the specific part for my specific Jeep. Their answer was, of course we have that (in a you idiot what do you think we do here kind of way and attitude.) But you have to come down...I drove 39 minutes to the Compton store to find they did Not have what I needed!The guy that did help me at the counter was helpful and nice and came to my car in the parking lot to see what I was talking about... but couldnt help in the long run...The store is nice and has a lot of cool stuff for 4x4 enthusiasts to look at. But you never know who youre dealing with on the phone when and if they want to move to the next better sale...I got more info from Amazon. And the prices are better.

Horrible customer service part was back ordered for over two months they didn’t inform me of the back order even though I paid expedited. I emailed multiple times and never got a response. When I came down the mountain and called customer service they were short and rude which lead me to cancel the order she said she would refund me then hung up didn’t give me a chance to say anything else or ask for email confirmation or anything. I won’t order from here again. I can’t believe a company would allow this type of customer service. I’ll never order from here again. I ended up finding the same part from a local car shop and had it installed for cheaper than what 4wp wanted for just the part.

Was told the part was in stock. Wrong. 2 months later and nothing. After 3 attempts each over and hour on hold I was able to cancel my order. Then they gave me a 25 gift card that never showed up. What a disaster. When you call to buy something they have plenty of people picking up the phone but if you need help it will take hours.

Poorly packaged- Ordered a rubicon express lift kit and a ARB compressor on-line, several of the boxes i received were damaged (shipped from compton store to san diego) - luckily no missing parts!?! ...The ARB compressor was simply shipped in it original box, the compressor was damaged with broken fins the box was almost falling apart.... beware of ordering on-line.

I ordered front leaf springs, and they are only 2 hours away from me.. 9 days later they still havent delivered them. And the wont be back for 2 more daysSome fly by night shipping service picked them up and brought them to Fontana (45 minutes from me) and there they sit.4 wheel parts hasnt even shown any concern, they act like this is normal business to them!DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.if you do youll be sorry...

Great place to go for offroad parts and help. Usually they have the lowest prices and almost everything ships for free. The sales clerks are always knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Plus the only get you what you need. No adding on extras just to ring up the cost.

I ordered a set of KO2s for my truck. Turns out they were being shipped all the way from California, not from the Baton Rouge location near me, which is not an issue. The issue was not being able to check the status of my order. I would input my Zip code and order number and it would come up saying that the Zip didn’t match the order. I contact customer service multiple times over the course of a couple of weeks trying to remedy the issue. After two weeks of going back and forth they finally tell me my order was cancelled. I call my bank to check my charge history because I was also confused why the charge no longer appeared on my history. The bank tells me that the charge never even posted to my account. This means that I placed my order, then it was immediately cancelled and I was never notified that it was cancelled. I had to pry for weeks only to finally be told the truth. I was hoping that this process would be smooth since they had the best price on the tire I was looking for. But after dealing with incompetent customer service with a piss poor ability to let the truth be told, it’s not worth it at all.

I was having shipping issues with an order I placed online , I showed up at the Compton location to get it all squared away . I worked the a manager named David who really went above and beyond for me , Expediting and tracking my order for me . He was very knowledgeable and even helped me change my choice of tires I was getting, and am very pleased with the tires recommended (Toyo Open Country R/T ) all in all he turned a bad situation good and made me feel like a friend and not just a customer. Would definitely recommend this location !

I’ve been here a few times and the customer service was bad each time, they are quick to say no when you ask for a promotion the company advertises online, until I had to pull up the page and show them what i was talking about, returned some items once and the “manager” was giving me a hard time returning it when they were clearly not used. Once I was standing in line and two employees we’re having a conversation at the register instead of helping me. And they say they price match but when you ask for it they of course say they don’t do it there. Very rude customer service

The sales persons are very knowledgeable about the LEDs and winches. Very kind and works fast. I purchased 1 winch and 2 LED lights. Also prices are same same as Amazon products.

Experience couldve been better. I arrived for a will call item and was supposed to be a quick pick up but wound up sitting for over 30 minutes just waiting after I have them the order info. The initial walk up was quick but it all went downhill after that.

I ordered seats in December of 2019 paid in advance they said they had a discrepancy in their inventory they would ship in 2 to 3 weeks , called in February they said March called in April they said May called in June no ETA their representative had an oh well attitude, I will no longer be doing business with them and would suggest to anyone else to do the same!

Redondo 4 Wheels I would not given any starthey are bad service they put customers on hold and then transfer back to some the do not have clue.The gave me have appointment at 9am to put in a rug Bed liner and they would not call me to say it is ready.They said the job should only take 3 hours here it is store will be closing at 5pm and I still do not have my truck.They would not even offer me a site while they make me wait longer then they said. The people here are pretty enthusiastic about off road vehicles and the parts that build epic rides.Recently one of the sales folk helped me select shocks for my CJ. He chose exactly what I had settled on myself while researching shocks at home. He even took a tape measure out and took measurements to select the correct length shocks. I respect that immensely. I had received poor service there in the past but this made up for it. Plus, i have been there a few times recently and have not seen the douche who dismissed me so easily.They sell the parts and at the right prices. PLUS, they are close to me.

Placed an order, 4 wheel parts delivered the wrong parts, they placed a new order and after 1.5 months it never got delivered. Tried calling and service was terrible. I never got around to explaining my problem because I kept getting transferred to the wrong department. Overall I would never deal with a company or service entity like this one. This is my second and last time dealing with this store. First time, I ordered Bilstein shocks, a set of four. They took the money right away and neglected to put on their site that they were out of stock and that they are back ordered for a month. I called and got a return. Then I decided to go in the store in person to buy some ARB summit steps for my truck which cost like $800. I figured they’ve been in the game for a long time, reputable company so I’ll shell out the additional money for the protection and listed durability. I go home to install these steps, turns out they are incomplete. Apparently you have to order another set to complete. THIS WAS NEVER LISTED ON THE WEBSITE. At this point, I’ve already gone this far, I’ll go ahead and fork over an additional $200 for what I thought was the rest of the kit. A week later, package comes in the mail, still missing pieces. At this point I’m furious and feel like I just got duped into purchasing really expensive steps for what I originally thought was $800. They lured me in with that price just to find out that I have to pay more to actually get what I thought I was paying for.!!!!!! GTFOH!! Never, in my years of online shopping have I experienced something this ridiculous. Last time I’m dealing with this store. It has a great warehouse and is huge, but the service is terrible. What a waste.

Multiple phone calls and emails to complain about their stores along with their crappy service. Long story short it took 6 weeks to get my wheels and tires in. then they gave me the rebate for the wheels at the time of pickup because it was lower than the time of sale and they gave me the gift card for the tires at the time of sale because it was lower than the time of pickup. they gave me the crap deal of the two which is complete bull. Then it took 3 hours to mount tires. Dont know if they had to make the tires there or what but it was ridiculous. All this was the Colorado springs location. Writing this review here though because I was told this is the headquarters building that would be answering emails and complaints. But it seems like thy could care less when they screw there customers. I have been a customer of 4 wheel in multiple states and every store showed complete garbage service. Ive had nothing but problems with everything ive dealt with with them. This last order was the last straw. I will never do business with this company again.
