Our company received a notice from the LA County Sanitation for a connection fee for the year ending June 30, 2015. The amount of the fee was very significant. I spoke with our safety consultant and he said we needed to hire a water flow engineer. Four different sources gave me the same recommendation, Robert MacDonald, President of The Conservtech Group. He was here on time, walked our premises, learned about our operations, studied our water bills, looked at the flow of water from our premises, did water quality samples, and then he went to work. He has a good relationship with County personnel. There were no negatives about our experience. When he finished with his report, he asked me to look it over and then sent it to the Sanitation District. By the way, the Sanitation district was also very professional and helpful, and I believe wanted to make sure what we previously sent to them was correct.When it was finished, they approved Bob MacDonalds report, and there was no connection fee due.
