Rude and ill-mannered !They think they are smart and cunning !They invent problems ! Judging by the reviews, everyone has different. Then you have to pay $, they say not payment within 20 minutes will be Reschedule . in my case my pallets were very high loaded it is not safe.

Very rude and mean people (day shift) meet you there. Slow moving guard check amigo can close his window in front of 4-5 drivers just to get himself burrito from kitchen on wheels (20minutes). Nobody cares if you have appointment, they only cares when you got late to it for couple minutes. Guys from receiving office act the same, dont say hi, hello etc to them, they dont know what does it mean.i think only people with no education, but with good source of income can act like that. For my OTR Brothers dont come earlier of your appointment, pretty easy street parking, and there is a Lumber fee.(mine was 180$ ) Get in at 7.30am - 10am still at the dock.

I wish I can give 0 star, some people are rude here, don’t like it, if you are taking their freight, think again

Quick to get it done what you need to do at the time you have to be there at the appointment the only thing they took to long to unload in@5:00am out @7:30 am

Extremely friendly guys on the night shift, five stars just for that plus the place was pretty easy to find esp in the middle of basically LA. Nice big sign so you know youve got the right entrance for trucks. Tip: they way you to park in the lane all the way to the right before you go check in (:

No parking out side. Come here on appointment time or else good luck driving around. Barely fit 4 trucks in the drive way to check in and wait to get a door. Unloading is slow 3-4 hours easy. Good size lot smooth backing.

$180 for roll off delivery then they male you sit and wait for hours after empty for your paper work. been empty for 2 hours and no paper work and already paid lumper. avoid if possible.

People working at main gate really rude, my dad is an old person who still drives trucks but being the first time at the place tried to ask twice about the procedure and the guy without even looking at his face, his full attention was to his cell, gave him faces and very rudely told an old man to read instructions outside in a sign. Nasty, if you are not able to work with people go and work somewhere else!

No drop. If you are late you have to make another appointment. Receiving never taked phone.

Unloaded 30 minutes before my appointment time. Heres a hint, dont lie or be a jerk to the guard.

Trash. Charge a lumper fee and can’t even unload on time.

6 hours loading time avoid if you can they need fresh ELD hours LOL

The security guards at the entrance were cool, maneuvering into dock is easy enough, the lumper seem to unload me pretty quick, in and out in 2 hours.

VERY slow unload. Use the two right lanes to check in dont use 3rd lane.

Fast paced for sure the average unload time is anywhere from 1hr to 2hrs

One of the wrost And weird facility they unload you on time take you lumper too but not give you papers work. I have a 3 pallets they take 5hrs.
