Have been using these guys for 5 years or so before they even cared about sellers permits. When they legitimized I gave them one anyways 4 years ago.Ordered early Friday for a pickup Monday morning.My assistant gets there and they cant sell to him without my sellers permit and had my name in the system completely wrong (Im not joe Jackson). They tell me its expired I resend the exact same one. Hurdle completed after 30 minutes.They send my assistant to the loading dock where he sits another stroke of time only to be told they have no idea what I ordered (parchment paper) and need him to confirm but hes literally a driver. He calls me and tells me theres an issue but the dock worker wont tell him what it is. Now they need to refund an item I just paid cash for because one of the pieces is incomplete. I dont even want to wait for the money back I just had them take the incomplete one and leave.A small pickup order here took over an hour and didnt even get what I needed.The workers here seem far more incompetent than the old downtown location.So many better suppliers to order from.

Excellent customer service! Already driving over while placing phone order when I was unaware of the will call minimum. The representative kindly reminded me of it and took my order anyways. Turns out I ordered the wrong item and they quickly fixed the issue. Everyone from front desk to customer service to will call all very kind and helpful. Come here for all your packaging needs!

I’ve been buying with bio for years and it’s gone from bad to worse every single visit. Prices continues to increase there is no consistency. They couldn’t find my resell permit so decide it’s my fault and wanted to charge me taxes when it’s there responsibility to keep records of there customers info. Very sad lost a long time customer today will never come back.

The company seems to be interested in discovering pragmatic new innovations in glass augmentations. If you are interested in sophisticated pioneers, this is a must see company. The staff seemed super busy, possibly in need of more support staff, but were nice enough to allow us the opportunity to learn more about what the company was about. I am personally very interested in seeing how this company progresses.These other reviews from these other reviewers seem outdated and thoughtless. This company as of 3/17/21 seems to be promising.

I have been ordering from them for over 7 years now and after getting a good review from me they treat me like garbage lol. I ordered every week sometimes twice a week and spend a good amount of money with them all for them to not even give me a call back when an issue comes up. Its a shame because my representative that I call is stellar. Ness always handles every situation professionally and has very good customer service. Unfortunately he is limited inwhat he can and cant do and when an issue came up his boss or whoever he answers too cant even give me a call back to explain the situation. Its so surprising that they wouldnt value my business as I have given so much of it to them for so long. There are quite a few options other than Biohazard and after doing some research some of them have better pricing too! I would highly recommend NOT giving this unappreciative business your hard earned money.

Horrible experience, would not recommend to other business owners.I made an order with them on April 20, 2021. The money was immediately taken off my account and the order was listed as processing for seven days. I called them and they told me that they did not know where my order was, nor did they know when I would be receiving it.They explained to me that they I had no idea where my order was due to it being ordered on 4/20 but I ordered From another vendor on the same day and those items will be here on 4/29/21. Eight days from the day that I ordered it and no idea where my order was. I asked them for a refund and canceled my order only to find out that it will take me three days to five days if not 10 days to get my $538 back from them. Couldn’t tell you about the product other then the people selling it don’t seem to concerned about getting it to you.

Best customer service for packaging needs in LA

Customer service is horrible. Theres no accountability within the company. Anytime I order they have issues with their software or a turn over of all new employees. The list goes on and on. I wish I could purchase the materials we need from another vendor but I have to keep coming back to Biohazard. I honestly dont see how you guys stay in business with your operating tactics.

Their customer service is top notch and will greet you at the door, no matter if youre big or a barely budding business! Theyre over decades of experience and will find ways to meet your needs faster than you expect.

Avoid this company. i interviewed there. they make you jump thru hoops, takes online tests, phone interviews. then when i drove to interview in person, she cancelled. then they rescheduled then got interview and even with experience didnt get job. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. And by the way, all for 14 an hour.

This place looks great. And has great merch but buyer beware. They switch prices and overcharge you. One item I purchased had a 200% markup. Obviously they took advantage of us placing a big order and slipped in office changes at the last minute.You shouldnt have to watch closely to make sure you arent being ripped off.

Update: Friday 3 August 2018. I was contacted by Jeanette who is the Bio Hazard customer service lady. she was very accommodating and found a way to make things right.Now that Jeanette and Bio Hazard are taking care of us we will be sending them all our packaging business.Thanks JeanetteBio hazard = aptly named, they are a hazard.I was buying supplies here and they were fine but when I stated to try to get my printing done they totally messed up my job. They messed up the legal disclaimers and printed the labels without my sign off. I had my product subsequently rejected from dispensaries.When I called to talk to someone no one would take my calls. I was told Keith would call me back. I called every day for weeks and I never got a call back from him.What a COWARD. Horrible customer service. These people do not care about the marijuana industry, they have NO HONOR, they just want to line their pockets off the hard work the rest of us have done to make this a real industry.

Came downtown on a supply run and had to see the guys at Bio, great as always even hooked me up with cookies , Gabriel got me sorted out and walking out with the best deals , if your downtown give them a visit

Had everything I needed, one stop shop.

They make generic glass pieces that last a few months at best before cracking.I highly suggest you use a real glass blowers not a foundry to get quality glass that lasts.I have pieces 20 years old that have survived everything cause they were hand made.Bio Hazard glass is just a cheap company cashing in on naive consumers. Educate yourself buy proper glass pieces.

We did receive our order from them, there was an unexpected delay from the shipping service which is understandable, they did follow up with us more than once which made us feel more comfortable, we will order from them again .

As with most reviews here, the first couple transactions were great. After that, they continually failed to meet their posted online prices, would change pricing after already agreeing upon a final number, would try to charge shipping when it clearly says Free Shipping on orders over $3000. The one time held my order for over 2 weeks, would not give me any update on it, and after playing phone tag for roughly 4 days, finally get a call that they could not give free shipping and give the advertised sale price at the same time, it wouldnt be fair.Venessa is the worst sales rep I have ever came into contact with, regularly lies and intentionally slowed my purchasing process, to harm business, out of spite. This is after I asked for a new rep because she would fail to respond for days and weeks on end. Even after attempted contact every one to two days. Two other major partner companies of mine have also dropped them as a supplier (they are much bigger than I am). Keith is a terrible businessman who lures you in with one or two good deals then hits you HARD in the wallet. They will probably have Alma answer this trying to make it seem like they want to make it right, and she is the only decent sounding person there.... the issue is nothing she tells you will actually happen.There are a dozen other shops on the same street that provide better service with the same products and prices. Do not waste your time or give these people money. From their shenanigans, I have spent roughly 50K in the past couple months, at a shop right down the street, instead of here. Never Bio, not once.

This place does not practice good business. They wanted to charge me $25 extra to add a unit # to my delivery address. If there would have been a place to put the unit # when I ordered it would have been done.

Very poor costumer service was shipped broken merch they will not replace! waiting to resolve sence 7-1-16 sent pictures ive lost hundreds of dollors of broken or missing glass they put in as credit but will no apply or disclose if or how much credit i have. ive been in this business sence 1985 ive never had such a problem! nice glass but buyer be where!!! i would post no stars but this review wont allow a NO STARSplash of color WV. ,M.T
