Poor customer service from the hispanic female thats by the entrance on the left and a young hispanic on the right. I m just a trucker now but I worked at Best buy customer service for 7 years and she is lacking big time maybe cause it was after 3pm and she was tired? What ever the case may be I ended up leaving and coming back and finished getting help by the young hispanic gentleman who actually looked me in the eye when speaking to this lonely trucker.
