I really liked this dentist, but, they wont answer their phone for some reason. Like ever. We came up with a treatment plan and havent been able to start because I cant seem to get an appointment scheduled. So I scheduled one through zocdoc and it got cancelled. Went to their site, requested an appointment (I have open availability, so I selected multiple days, multiple times) and never heard back from anyone. What in the world? How do you do business?

Went to this dentist and his wife when I was seventeen in 2015, my work took place at a Comfort Dental they worked at.Unfortunately for me, they chipped a molar while doing the work. When I went back to get a checkup for my wisdom teeth I asked if it was chipped because it felt sharp which the dentist replied no and told me it’s supposed to feel that way. Went to another Comfort Dental and they lied to me saying it wasn’t chipped as well. Six years I’ve had a chipped tooth that was never confirmed until today while getting work done on my teeth. I asked them if it was chipped. Confirmed the tooth is indeed chipped within the five minutes I sat down. It shouldn’t have happened while getting my wisdom teeth out. Not only did they chip my molar and knew it was chipped they lie to me about it. They knew it happened and didn’t care. Let me leave with a compromised tooth.

It has been a lifetime since I have been to the dentist because of a horrible experience. I was dragged in due to a cracked tooth that was extremely painful that lasted about 2 weeks. I want to give a HUMONGOUS THANK YOU to Dr. Braud and the lovely ladies for a painless experience! I would recommend this dentist to the highest of standards possible!!! Love them!! I will be back and recommend them to anyone who needs dental work at a painless experience!

I love this practice! The employees are so friendly! They seem to really love their jobs. I asked one why she said it was an awesome place to work the doctors treated them very well. Then I met the dentist Brandon.......He was absolutely the best. He puts you at ease it really didnt feel like being at the dentist at all! They are busy but worth the wait!

Love Dr Braud and his office family. The technicians talk highly of him and the whole office seem to be an extended family. I originally was sad Dr Rogers seemed to disappear into thin air with no notice, but Dr Braud has proven a worthy replacement. Yes, I have waited a few times over the years, but honestly, thats life. Candy is the best heigenist ever and Dr Braud is funny and entertaining and personable. Dr Salazar is my crown queen love the whole lot of them.

I have been coming to this dental office for many year. I love all of the staff. Surper nice and all of the Dentists are nice. Brandon and his wife run a nice business. I was having problems paying for all the dental work I needed after my insurance coverage ran out and Brandon was offering me some help with the payments. SUPER NICE GUY! the work is quality and they matched my fillings to the exact shade of my teeth. Thanks guys.

This is hands down my favorite dentistry ever. Friendly assistants and amazing doctors. They have you in a chair in a timely matter and always take care of their patients. Me and my family will be lifelong patients. Affordable and very compassionate towards your dental needs.

Due to staff calling me 10 minutes before my 1st scheduled appointment that there was no hygienist available Im only able to comment on the unprofessionalism of this clinic.

My appointment is at 2:30. 3 pm comes and nothing. Apparently there is some asinine excuse saying appt was at 2 and its my fault that I wont be seen until maybe 3:30 at the earliest?! Do you have any regard for other peoples time or any common decency of communication? Im so surprised at how you treat people. Missing work and paying a baby sitter to sit for an hour to not get seen. Wow. Will be taking my business else where and spreading the word at how you treat people, thanks.

I had a root canal done there, for some reason my insurance didnt go through. I went back for my check up and they let me know I owed $829 I paid no problem. What sruck me is that they never hounded me for the money, didnt try and turn me into collections. I had no idea I even owed them money. Anyway they are very kind and good people from the front desk (especially the tall guy with the glasses hes hilarious) to the hygienist to the Dr and his wife. They are professional and they do excellent work. I will always go back to them and they are 45 minutes from where I live. Oh and the music is the best part. It took me back in time.

Wonderful service! Friendly staff, wait times were minimal, and doctor had great bedside manner. These people are professionals. Great at navigating difficult insurance policies. Affordable, pleasant, and precise. Spent the whole time joking with the staff. Went in for a ROOT CANAL and reconstruction. Left smiling. Teeth look great!

Love the out going and the friendliness of the Brauds. And the uncle who cares about how straight your teeth. They really care about people. Happy dr Rodgers put him there. I recommended a few friends and family there. 🤗😃

More like Brandon FRAUD!!!!!!! If I could give this 0 stars, I really would. Please do not go here, they will try to make you come back for visits for things that you dont need. Ive never had such a weird experience at a dental office before. The staff was super pushy on getting fillings done on 11! cavities when Ive never had one in my life before. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! They will try to mess up your teeth for money. If you’ve had a similar experience, please reach out to me because I have filed an investigation into this practice. IT IS AN OUTRIGHT SCAM AND THE WHOLE STAFF IS IN ON IT!

I have been going here for years but had a terrible and somewhat traumatic experience upon my last visit. It was the Monday after Halloween and they called at 11am to see where I was for my 11:30am apmt. Upon arrival, they were understaffed and had a temp hygienist doing my fillings and a regular hygenist doing the numbing. I shouldve left then! I wasnt numbed correctly so I had to have additional shots and then was numbed on both sides of my mouth only for Dr. Braud to not do work on that side. It was rough! I guess he had had burnt his hand over the weekend, was rushed to get out of town for his family vacation and was upset with staff for not showing up, not having things stocked or tools ready to go. It just started off bad! The temp was really friendly and quite a trooper. She did her best with having limited help and items readily available. Unfortunately, the drilling by Braud was rushed and extremely uncomfortable because he went fast with no breaks so I couldnt breathe. I kept having to inhale massive amount of tooth smoke and particles while chunks flew off hitting my other teeth. Very disturbing. Ultimately my 11:30am apmt finished at 2pm for a couple fillings and I was left with a large gap between my molars that now collects food everytime I eat, an off bite, bruises on my cheeks, and blisters on the inside of my cheeks from the tools rubbing and other mouth trauma. The bill was also different from what I had been shown initially with no explanation or break down of the numbers. I was exhausted so I just paid and left.I tried calling to speak with Dr. Braud about it but he was out of town and the gal that answered wouldnt let me speak with anyone else because it wasnt their practice. After patiently waiting a week for a call back to address the issue, I never received one. You guys messed up! Next time just cancel the appointments instead of trying to save face (or lack there of in this case). Id like my money back so I can pay a new dentist to fix your work. Since I cant get a call back, I am leaving a bad review and next will complain to BBB or DORA. Please address this issue and refund my credit card so I dont need to take additional action. Thank you.

What a great place!! I never have to wait long to be seen. The staff is great and make sure they do their job well. Had a tooth pulled and it was quick and painless. Next day still no pain! I was so happy that I am able to make payments also. The staff and doctors always make you fell great. I am so happy I found this dentist! A big thanks to the doctors and the staff!!!!!

The place is a NIGHTMARE waiting to give a their patients a incurable disease.Holding mentally challenged adults down for cleanings. Staff turn over should be a clue. I understand people with Medicaid have limited options but this place should not even be allowed to do dentistry on dead people.Run far and away from this place.

His quality of work has been observed over the years, as I’ve watched his business grow quite substantially over the years, a testament to his great service. Highly recommended!

I have been getting extensive dental work at this office for almost 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say. I Always get the best service and they are very personable and cares about his patients. They are in high demand because of the care they give to each individual patient but its WELL WORTH IT.

I have been to this office many times now and every time, whether one of the knowledgeable assistants are working on my teeth or Dr. Salazar, Dr. Braud always makes his presence know with a handshake and a glance over my file to see what is being performed. I was lucky enough to have my teeth worked on by Dr. Braud and his staff. I had my teeth cleaned, a number of fillings and my bite adjusted the following day. Went here with terrible tooth pain after having a bad experience at comfort dental. So needless to say I was very nervous. Everyone here was super friendly and did everything they could to put me at ease. I needed 2 of my teeth pulled and when we realized my insurance wouldnt cover everything they worked with me and I walked out without having to pay a dime that day AND they still pulled my teeth so I wouldnt have to leave in pain. I will be recommending these guys to everyone and definitely be coming back for all my dental needs! Thank you guys so much for everything you did for me! Best dentist experience ever!!

Dr. Braud has been my familys dentist for over a year now and I cant begin to say how incredible he and his staff have been. Both myself and my wife have needed emergency services, and they have gone out of there way to take care of us even when they are obviously overbooked to begin with. They must be doing something right, as the place is always packed. Somehow they still make you feel as if you are the most important patient of the day! The front office staff is gracious and competent. I have recommended them to all my friends.

One of the most disappointing experience of my life. A year of frustration. For dentures that still dont fit or look straight. Staff members that lie to your face and then step out into the hall and laugh at you. To quote Brandon M. Braid DDS YOUR TEETH ARE SO NATURAL LOOKING. THEY LOOK BETTER THAN MINE. One step out into the hall I should have been a used car or an insurance salesman. Ha ha.I would not recommend them to a toothless beggar even if they promised to give away the dentures for free.

I work for a nonprofit and I am at the point where I have lost count of how many times my guys have came back (myself included) in tears because after years of embarrassment they can finally smile. The quality of service seems to be at an impossible level because of the personal attention that Brandon and his whole team are able to give us and how they are able to look past homelessness, felons, and addiction. Not only treat us with respect, but to transform our most vulnerable parts of our bodies into something we can show the world with confidence.I was a drug addict for many years and even with a long amount of sobriety, I was always ashamed of my smile.... so i stopped smiling and that can really ware down on a person. I didnt realize how good it felt to smile until I could do so with a clean, confident, beautiful smile.This review does not have enough stars for how great these people are and I recommend their outstanding dental services, hands down, to any one!Words cant describe the love, care, selfless dedication and proven experience they put into each individual.

Excellent staff and facility!! My husband and child who is 3 go here and we love all of the staff especially the Brandon and his wife (the dentists!) They both are truly amazing and would recommend to anyone seeking compassionate, kind amd patient skilled dentist!! Dr. Braid is so gentle and kind to his patients and truly cares! I have grown up around dentists my entire life, amd none as caring as this one! My son had such a great experience here and would recommend for kids and adults! Some reviews mention getting an apt is hard or waiting long periods of time, however ocer the two years we have attended here we have never had an issue at all for either thing!! Always able to make apts quickly within a week and longest Ive waited is the typical 15 min wait which is normal!!! Love this place!!! I wanted to update this as i seen many people stating they are fraud and try to rip you off. I am sorry this is not the case, I had excellent care here they took the time explaining my options to me, even with what my medicaid insurance would cover, and helped me to know how much work I would need done and still have enough to get my cosmetic side done (missing a couple teeth causing teeth to shift, to me its cosmetic, but also important for the rest of my front teeth lol) they were extremely helpful, amd took the time to explain all work they have ever done before doing it and let me have my options even on state Medicaid where as other places that Ive been too just told me what they can do and didnt give me choices and treated me poorly because of my poor person insurance. So to say these guys rip you off is not correct, they have been nothing but helpful, kind and considerate to all of our dental needs! Never had any issues with any staff stealing or going through personal belongings. Please consider them before taking the few bad reviews and skipping them! They truly are great people and service here!!!

Went in with two broken teeth. I briefly saw both Brandon and Elizabeth, neither of whom took any time with me past informing me I would need fillings. I have never had such a bad experience in a dental office. Im sure they were busy or what-have-you, but I will never be back to this office.Followup: For further context, they informed me I would need fillings for my chipped tooth but did not bother to take a single minute to discuss my options, simply informed me that this is what is needed (I saw them both for a total of about 90 seconds). I am writing this follow up because I received a voicemail from Brandon saying that he cannot control how my insurance files a service (I chose to go to Perfect Teeth in Cherry Creek instead - Braud said it would be 500+ dollars, it was $194 at Perfect Teeth). That is a misleading way of trying to get me to change my review, as dentists dont have control over insurance coverage, sure, but they absolutely have control over what treatment they are recommending and how they file that service. Im honestly pretty creeped out that he pulled up my personal phone number to leave a voicemail on the subject, poor professionalism on top of poor dentistry. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

The lady who was working on my teeth was rude and seemed impatient. It almost seemed like she was mad or just wanted to be off the clock! I wasnt satisfied with the work done, I almost felt like asking her if she was even certified to be a dentist. They shouldnt be taking peoples money if they cant give good quality work in return!

I had a horrible experience here. If all you need is a cleaning and basic work feel free to go here, but if you need a lot of work run away! They refused to give me a treatment plan with a payment schedule, even when I asked for one. Oh they didnt say they wouldnt give me one, they just conveniently forget to do what they promise. That way once they have you in the chair, they can do whatever they want and you are clueless, it wasnt what you were told was going to be done until after you paid and have to suffer the consequences. I have missed work due to having to make appointments to fix what they screwed up. I am now going to another dentist, and missing work again, because of the pain level I am in from them screwing up and not fixing the problem when I told them there was a problem.PS found out when you are using nitrous you are not to be driving, and yet they told me it was safe for me to drive home for months.!

Great doctors, they have genuine care for Thier patients. 2 years ago comfort dental (10th federal) did a horrible job with a crown and only refunded partial of the bill. Brandon braud agreed to repair the damage that comfort dental had done at a small cost. Dr. Salazar did a great job ,she removed the old crown that comfort dental put in and she put in a new one and adjusted the bite perfectly.Im so happy I found this place.

I went to get some bottom dentures, I was not satisfied with the cosmetics of the dentures. After a year having and dealing with them. The tyres to adjust them like 4 times. The dentist does not do the adjustment a asistent dose it and going back and forth trying to do the adjustment. I just had them adjusted from a dentist that did the adjustment right there next to me. WoW what a good fit. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE.

Great dentists and hygentists the only thing is the wait time is forever!!!! 40min or more each time just to get back then another wait in the room for things to get started.

So I hate going to the dentist.... like, hate it!!Id rather do anything than go to the dentist.like stand naked in a snow storm at 6th Ave and Kalamath handing out bananas.... or wrestle rabid raccoons for leftover muffin bottoms after being dipped in raw honey.just so you get it, the dentist is scary to me.I get anxious, nauseas, nervous, chills, hot flashes, constipation, irritable bowels, hand sweats, blurred vision and menstrual cramps. For real!But today was different....The staff here put me to ease with their warm friendly and easy smiles. They spoke to me with kindness, compassion and knowledge that helped me to chill out.They are professional, efficient, clean and above all great human beings. They dont try to over sell you gleaming white teeth, extra extractions, golden grills or diamond studs.They keep to the basics and are really, as far as I can tell, just concerned with their patients oral health and well being.I wont say that Im going to just pop in for a quick x-ray or a periodontal charting but I am certainly way less concerned with my next visit.Ill refer anyone I know to this office.2 thumbs high !!

Stole money , they charged me over what I had to pay for my braces . Always keep your receipts because then they put another story . Not only I have experienced this they had another client, she heard me while I was asking why they were stealing from me and she called me over and told me they have done that to her as well . At first I liked it now I don’t want to step into that place . Careful for the doctors that don’t wear gloves too . Nasty !

Boy was I wrong about these rush rush people. They had the wrong file for me almost took out teeth that didnt need to be pulled BECAUSE THEY HAD ANOTHER PATIENTS FILE NAMED VANESSA AS WELL. Patients beware.

They are slow,and over book.Expect to wait a couple hours before youre called to be seen.
